This research uses AHP method decision support system with comparison of criteria and alternatives in the selection of superior corn seeds in producing the best alternative.

Abstrak: Penggunaan masih cara yang tradisional dengan mencoba bibit jagung yang di tanam oleh para petani di Tanjungbalai di Kabupaten Asahan. Petani akan memilih bibit jagung yang waktu tanamnya cepat, namun akan memiliki menghasilkan yang kurang baik pada ukuran buah mengakibatkan hasil produksi menjadi kurang memuaskan. Akibatnya timbul suatu masalah yang akan terjadi dengan tidak adanya penentuan sejumlah kriteria yang bisa mendapatkan bibit jagung yang berkualitas. Para petani kurang paham dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam mendapatkan bibit jagung yang bagus. Hal ini diperlukan penggunaan sistem yang mampu menjawab dan memberikan solusi dalam pemilihan bibit jagung menggunakan sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif bibit jagung unggul. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan metode AHP dengan perbandingan kriteria dan alternatif pada pemilihan bibit jagung yang unggul dalam menghasilkan sebuah alternatif yang terbaik.

This study discusses how to implement the program code for notifications on mobile applications based on hybrid mobile applications and the use of oneSignal as a push notification service. The method used in this research is analysis, code implementation, testing, and evaluation of the results of several implementation methods. The analysis carried out contains an analysis of what methods can be used to make notifications to the mobile application. After getting the method in the analysis phase, the next step is to try various methods of implementing the code and testing the code of the mobile application program using the code-and-fix life cycle method. The test results of each implementation method are then evaluated and the best code implementation method is determined. The final result of this research is recommendations for implementing program code into hybrid mobile applications using the oneSignal service.

Abstrak: Aplikasi mobile saat ini tidak bisa lepas dari adanya penggunaan notifikasi. Banyaknya jenis device mobile yang digunakan user, mengakibatkan penggunaan metode untuk membuat notifikasi yang dapat berjalan di semua jenis device penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana mengimplementasikan kode program untuk notifikasi pada aplikasi mobile yang berbasis aplikasi mobile hybrid serta penggunaan oneSignal sebagai servis push notification-nya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis, implementasi kode, testing dan evaluasi perbandingan hasil beberapa metode implementasi. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi analisis metode apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat notifikasi ke aplikasi mobile. Setelah mendapatkan perbandingan metode pada tahapan analisis, tahapan selanjutnya yaitu mencoba berbagai metode implementasi kode dan dilakukan testing kode program aplikasi mobile dengan menggunakan metode code-and-fix life cycle. Hasil testing masing-masing metode implementasi kemudian dievaluasi dan ditentukan metode implementasi kode terbaik. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi implementasi kode program kedalam aplikasi mobile hybrid untuk memunculkan notifikasi pada aplikasi menggunakan servis oneSignal.

The problem of delays in the distribution of BOS funds and the price of goods that can change every year, thereby affecting the unstable amount of funds spent on operational costs. The purpose of this study is to utilize a decision support system in determining the priority of receiving BOS funds at the secondary school level using the AHP method combined with GIS so that the implementation of the information system can be optimized. With this system, it is very useful to monitor the distribution of BOS funds so that they run smoothly by the expectations and goals of government programs. Determination of latitude and longitude using google maps to obtain maps and locations of aid recipients, connected with MySQL as a database and PHP programming and modeled with UML. The results of this study can be used to determine the receipt of BOS funds and their mapping by providing various criteria and alternatives for decision-makers.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang pemanfaatan Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dan dikombinasikan dengan Geographic Information System (GIS) untuk menyeleksi penerimaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) jenjang SMA sebagai rekomendasi bagi pihak pengambil keputusan, agar seleksi penerimaan dana BOS tersebut dapat berjalan secara tepat, cepat dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Masalah keterlambatan pada saat penyaluran dana BOS dan harga barang-barang yang setiap tahunnya bisa berubah sehingga berpengaruh terhadap tidak stabilnya jumlah pengeluaran dana untuk biaya operasional. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan prioritas penerimaan dana BOS jenjang SMA dengan menggunakan metode AHP dikombinasikan dengan GIS, sehingga implementasi sistem informasi dapat optimal. Dengan adanya sistem ini bermanfaat untuk memantau penyaluran dana BOS agar berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan harapan dan tujuan dari program pemerintah. Penentuan latitude dan longitude menggunakan google maps untuk mendapatkan peta dan lokasi penerima bantuan, dikoneksikan dengan mysql sebagai database dan pemrograman PHP serta dimodelkan dengan UML. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk menentukan penerimaan dana BOS dan pemetaannya dengan memberikan berbagai kriteria dan alternatif kepada pihak pengambil keputusan.

Perusahaan ini mengalami penumpukan barang pada inventory yang membuat perusahaan membutuhkan peramalan penjualan agar tidak terjadi kelebihan barang. Melakukan peramalan penjualan perlu diikuti dengan pengukuran tingkat kesalahan untuk mengetahui tingat akurasi prediksi dari peramalannya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kesalahan peramalan dalam metode trend moment dan indeks musim. Penelitian mengambil sampel data kerudung mulai dari periode Agustus 2019 sampai November 2019. Hasil pengukuran kesalahan dengan metode trend moment nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) adalah 0.47% dan pengukuran dengan pengaruh indeks musim nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) adalah 0.45%.

But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. Therefore there must be a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. The results of this study are knowing the usability of implementing incoming and outgoing letters in the Information Systems Study Program.

Abstrak: Program Studi Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu program studi yang ada di Universitas Terbuka. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan salah satu tugas yang harus dijalankan agar proses layanan menjadi maksimal. Namun pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga terjadi permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari surat yang masuk atau surat yang keluar karena masih di simpan dalam folder-folder, hanya bisa di akses oleh satu orang karena masih disimpan dalam sebuah komputer dan sulit mengklasifikasikan surat yang masuk. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Model yang digunakan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan model watelfall, sedangkan model pengujiannya menggunakan black box. The program is designed as an implementation of the explicit formulas of finite difference formulated by Khan and Ohba. Through this program, one can easily calculate the second derivative of a function numerically with any order of accuracy and visualize it in a graphical form. Error of numerical derivatives in each order of accuracy confirm the validity of the obtained results.

Abstrak: Dalam makalah ini dibahas pengembangan program aplikasi komputasi pada MATLAB untuk menghitung turunan kedua suatu fungsi dengan menggunakan metode beda hingga pada berbagai tipe (maju, mundur, atau pusat) dan sebarang orde ketelitian. Program MATLAB ini melanjutkan program serupa yang telah dibuat untuk turunan pertama. Program ini dirancang sebagai implementasi dari rumus eksplisit beda hingga yang diformulasi oleh Khan dan Ohba. Melalui program ini, seseorang dengan mudah dapat menghitung turunan kedua suatu fungsi secara numerik dengan sebarang orde ketelitian dan memvisualisasinya dalam bentuk grafik. Galat dari turunan numerik di setiap orde ketelitian mengkonfirmasi kevalidan hasil yang diperoleh.

While the use of applications in the field of education is still felt to be lacking especially in rural schools so that there is a gap between urban schools and rural schools. This condition occurs in SMP PGRI Malangbong where the use of applications is still lacking. One example is in the recording of books in schools that are still manual which complicates operations in the school. The solution offered is to create an online book recapitulation system which is expected to be very useful for school operations. The online book recapitulation system was built using the waterfall method starting from the analysis, design, implementation, testing to maintenance stages.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi di bidang pendidikan, survei Penggunaan dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dilakukan terhadap 4.014 sekolah yang tersebar di 34 provinsi. Berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan, SD dan sederajat sebanyak 64,55 persen, SMP dan sederajat sebanyak 19,22 persen dan SMA dan sederajat sebanyak 16,23 persen. Sedangkan penggunaan aplikasi dibidang pendidikan masih dirasa kurang terutama di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan sehingga terjadinya kesenjangan antara sekolah diperkotaan dan sekolah pedesaan. Kondisi tersebut terjadi pada SMP PGRI Malangbong dimana penggunaan aplikasi masih sangat kurang. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam perekapan buku di sekolah yang masih bersifat manual yang menyulitkan operasional di sekolah tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat sistem rekap buku online yang diharapkan sangat berguna bagi operasional sekolah. Sistem rekap buku online ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian sampai dengan pemeliharaan.

This, in the long run, will cause large losses. The purpose of this study is to build applications that function to help provide information that makes it easy to control the process of entry and exit of goods. The system development methodology used is object-oriented system development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results obtained from this research are the design and construction of Inventory Information System POS (Point of Sales) in the form of Context Diagrams and UML Diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams), with the results of black box testing conducted already in operation properly according to the needs of the retail owner.

Abstrak: Data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Badan Pusat Statistik (Susenas, BPS) 2016 menunjukkan, jumlah rata-rata pengeluaran pulsa secara nasional per bulan pada 2016 mencapai Rp 22.182 per kapita [1]. Tentu saja hal ini menjadi peluang usaha untuk para pengusaha retail counter. Namun, dalam proses pengelolaannya proses input, output dan pelaporan barang yang dilakukan secara manual (masih menggunakan kertas) tidak termonitoring dengan baik, seringkali terjadi adanya barang keluar ataupun barang masuk yang tidak tercatat datanya. Hal ini dalam jangka panjang akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang berfungsi dalam membantu memberikan informasi yang memudahkan dalam pengontrolan proses keluar masuknya barang. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem berorientasi objek menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Inventory P.O.S (Point of Sales) berupa Diagram Konteks dan UML Diagram (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram), dengan hasil pengujian black box yang dilakukan telah beroperasi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan owner retail.
