Rifanta Tanjungbalai is engaged in trade and services and this is a benchmark for employees in knowing or understanding the main parts of a computer. The computer assembly training activities are presented in the form of explanations, video screenings, discussions and practice in the field. The benefits derived from this activity include being able to assemble computers and computer parts, so that employees work according to their field of expertise and can master proper assembly techniques. It shows the employees CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai is very proficient in recognizing hardware and software, so that consumers are satisfied with the performance of employees.

Abstrak : Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai merupakan tridharma pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam pemahaman perakitan komputer untuk karyawan CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai dalam melakukan instalasi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, dimana kualitas karyawan sangat berpengaruh pada sumber daya manusia yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam penguasaan perakitan. Sebagaimana diketahui CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai bergerak dalam perdagangan dan jasa dan ini merupakan tolak ukur karyawan dalam mengetahui atau pun memahami tentang bagian-bagian utama komputer. Kegiatan pelatihan perakitan komputer tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk penjelasan, pemuataran video, diskusi dan praktek dilapangan. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini anatara lain dapat melakukan perakitan komputer dan bagian-bagian komputer, sehingga karyawan bekerja sesuai dengan bidang keahlian dan dapat menguasai teknik merakit secara tepat. Ini menunjukkan para karyawan CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai sangat mahir dalam mengenal perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, sehingga konsumen merasa puas dengan kinerja para karyawan.

Hanya saja, dana tersebut masih sangat minim untuk pengembangan di bidang teknologi Informasi. Padahal setiap desa membutuhkan teknologi informasi terutama sistem informasi untuk membantu kinerja pemerintah desa dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat serta memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. Sistem informasi ini akan memberikan informasi lengkap dan dan memudahkan penyebarluasan informasi pada era digital dengan pemanfaatan Internet. Desa Banyuasin belum mempunyai sistem informasi desa dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi serta untuk menyampaikan informasi ke masyarakat. Metode pengabdian ini adalah pendidikan masyarakat dengan melakukan diskusi, wawancara, sosialisasi dan pelatihan untuk sistem yang telah dibangun agar dapat digunakan oleh desa Banyuasin. Sistem informasi desa yang di bangun memberikan manfaat di bidang teknologi informasi dan membuat Desa Banyuasin menjadi desa yang berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi berbasis aplikasi mobile.

The purpose of this paper is to identify strategies for optimizing Community Based Independent Waste Management with the 3 R Concept (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) in Sukaluyu Village, Karawang. This strategy is planned to be able to explore community participation that is bottom-up, starting from the identification of problems and needs of the community, socialization of the concept of 3 R in the household so that people can feel the benefits economically and preserve the environment.The implementation method consists of surveys, hearings, focus group discussions, training, and waste sorting self-practices. This activity is expected to not only improve the environmental quality of the Sukaluyu Village community, but also can change the perceptions and behavior of the community and local stakeholders regarding waste reduction and management. The most important conclusion of this community services is the emphasis on awareness and high involvement motivation of the community in waste management to create culture in the community.

Konsep 3 R ini sering dijadikan solusi untuk memperbaiki lingkungan yang memiliki masalah dalam pengelolaan sampah. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi optimalisasi Pengelolaan Sampah Mandiri Berbasis Masyarakat dengan konsep 3 R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) di Desa Sukaluyu, Karawang. Strategi ini direncanakan untuk menggali partisipasi masyarakat yang bersifat bottom-up, dimulai dari identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat, sosialisasi konsep 3R di rumah tangga sehingga masyarakat dapat merasakan manfaat secara ekonomis dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei, audiensi, focus group discussion, pelatihan, dan praktik mandiri pengolahan-pemilahan sampah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan masyarakat Desa Sukaluyu, namun juga dapat mengubah persepsi dan perilaku masyarakat dan stakeholder setempat terkait pengurangan dan pengelolaan sampah. Kesimpulan penting dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya kesadaran dan motivasi keterlibatan masyarakat yang baik dalam pengelolaan sampah hingga dapat menciptakan budaya di masyarakat.

The stigma of Indonesian society that is still very strong regarding ODGJ is not as strong as that of other people with disabilities. This should not be allowed because it will result in a violation of dignity and value. The purpose of this activity is to establish and optimize the role of Mental Health Cadres (KKJ) in the community who are trained in the early detection of mental disorders in the community. This activity was carried out in the Magelang village in the Central Magelang subdistrict, Magelang city. With a population of 6,441 people, most of the community work in the Magelang village is working in the field of community services, government & individuals. In the 2019 Magelang sub-district has 18 patients with mental disorders. The results of the activities of the formation of mental health cadres (KKJ) in the community trained as many as 15 active cadres and are able to conduct early detection of mental disorders in the community so that the number of ODGJ of Magelang village is known to be 34 people and there are 2 people at risk of mental disorders. After knowing the number of ODGJ cadres implementing to the community one of them by providing psychological knowledge for families and communities.

Abstrak: Masalah disabilitas saat ini menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Akibat adanya masalah disabilitas mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kualitas kesehatan perseorangan maupun masyarakat. Penyandang disabilitas bukan hanya orang yang mengalami kecacatan fisik saja. Orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) termasuk dalam golongan penyandang disabilitas. Stigma masyarakat Indonesia yang masih sangat kuat mengenai ODGJ tidak sekuat pada penyandang disabilitas lainnya. Hal ini tidak boleh dibiarkan karena akan mengakibatkan pelanggaran martabat dan nilai. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk membentuk dan mengoptimalkan peran Kader Kesehatan Jiwa (KKJ) di masyarakat yang terlatih dalam melakukan deteksi dini kasus gangguan jiwa di masyarakat. kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pendampingan kepada kader serta membantu para kader yang telah melakukan pelatihan tentang kesehatan jiwa. Dalam melakukan deteksi dini gangguan jiwa dimasyarakat dan pemetaan rumah penyandang disabilitas. Hasil kegiatan terbentuknya Kader Kesehatan Jiwa (KKJ) di masyarakat yang terlatih sebanyak 15 kader aktif dan mampu melakukan deteksi dini gangguan jiwa dimasyarakat sehingga diketahui jumlah ODGJ kelurahan magelang sebanyak 34 orang dan resiko gangguan jiwa ada 2 orang. Setelah diketahuinya jumlah ODGJ kader melakukan implementasi ke masyarakat salah satunya dengan cara memberikan pengetahuan psikologis bagi keluarga dan masyarakat.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberi judul “Instalasi Sistem Operasi Berbasis Windows 10†bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa dan siswi MAN Asahan tentang Instalasi Sistem Operasi Windows. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi langsung ke sekolah MAN Asahan dengan melihat serta menganalisa permasalahan ataupun troubleshooting yang terjadi pada Laboratorium Komputer disekolah MAN Asahan. Selain itu, Informasi permasalahan pada komputer Lab sekolah juga dilakukan tim dosen selaku pelaku kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada Guru dan pegawai yang bertugas di Lab Komputer sekolah MAN Asahan. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana siswa dan siswi dapat memperbaiki komputer serta troubleshooting yang terjadi pada komputer sekolah maupun komputer dirumah dapat teratasi sendiri tanpa harus memakai jasa perbaikan komputer.

able to arrange the classroom action research (CAR). However, this desire is constrained by the limited opportunities given to them attending CAR training. Most of them do not have enough knowledge about CAR preparation. In addition to being unfamiliar with research methods, they also lack knowledge of how to plan and compile their reports. Seeing this problem, this dedication activity became a concrete effort to help teachers, especially members of the Secang GTT-PTT Honorary Forum at Secang District, to provide training and mentoring for the preparation of CAR increasing the knowledge about CAR development. This community service was carried out within 4 months. This activity was attended by 25 participants. The method of activities carried out to resolve partner problems was through training and mentoring divided into 5 meetings at the SDN 2 Secang hall. Material presented at the first meeting were: (1) PTK concept; (2) preparation of background, problem identification and formulation of topics and problems; (3) looking for sources of reference related to the topic, as well as the design of the CAR implementation; (4) preparation of results and discussion; and (5) finalization of the report.

Abstrak: Permenpan-RB Tahun 2009 tentang Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) tidak hanya ditujukan kepada guru PNS saja namun guru secara umum. Anggota Forum Tenaga Honorer GTT-PTT Kecamatan Secang memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk mampu menyusun PTK. Namun, keinginan tersebut terkendala dengan terbatasnya kesempatan yang diberikan kepada mereka untuk mengikuti pelatihan PTK. Sebagian besar dari mereka tidak memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai penyusunan PTK. Selain awam dengan metode penelitian, mereka juga tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana merencanakan dan menyusun laporannya. Melihat masalah tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini menjadi upaya konkret dalam membantu guru terutama anggota Forum Tenaga Honorer GTT-PTT Kecamatan Secang untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan PTK dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penyusunan PTK. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam waktu 4 bulan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 peserta. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan guna menyelesaikan permasalahanmitra adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dibagi menjadi 5 pertemuan bertempat di aula SDN 2 Secang. Materi yang disampaikan dalam pertemuan pertama adalah: (1) konsep PTK; (2) penyusunan latar belakang, identifikasi masalah serta perumusan topik dan masalah; (3) mencari sumber rujukan terkait topik, serta desain pelaksanaan PTK; (4) penyusunan hasil dan pembahasan; dan (5) finalisasi laporan.

With the community service from STMIK Royal to Porsea Sector Police, we are trying to help the police station to introduce traffic signs to the community using the animated video tutorial method. This animated video tutorial uses Adobe Flash.

Abstrak: Rambu-rambu lalu lintas yang dipasang pada kanan kiri jalan yang sering kita lihat saat berkendara dijalan raya memiliki arti dan tujuan tertentu. Pemasangan rambu-rambu lalulintas adalah salah satu dari pelayanan publik yang wajib diadakan pemerintah oleh dinas terkait demi kenyamanan pengguna jalan dan mengurangi angka kecelakaan lalulintas. Selain sebagai penunjuk jalan, rambu tersebut juga difungsikan untuk peringatan untuk pengguna jalan tentang kondisi dan situasi jalan yang akan dilalui. Untuk hal tersebut maka pengguna jalan harus mengerti dan memahami arti dari rambu-rambu yang terpasang. Namun dengan berbagai sebab, banyak masyarakat yang belum berkesempatan belajar dan memahami tentang arti dan maksud dari tanda rambu lalu lintas. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi komputer dan video animasi, metode pembelajran tentang pemahaman arti dan maksud dari rambu lalulintas dapat dibuat semakin mudah dan efisien untuk menarik minat masyarakat dalam memahaminya. Karena berbentuk video animasi dan tutorial, sehingga mudah ditampilkan dan putar ulang jika peserta pemebelajaran belum paham. Dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat dari STMIK Royal ke Polsek Porsea ini, kami berusaha membantu polsek untuk mengenalkan rambu lalulintas kepada masyarakat dengan metode video tutorial animasi. Video tutorial animasi ini menggunakan adobe flash.
