. This study aims to determine the effect of Benson relaxation on pain levels in breast cancer patients. A quantitative research method was employed using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 17 patients selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The average pain score of respondents during the first measurement (pre-test) was 6.12, and during the second measurement (post-test) it decreased to 3.12. The difference in average pain levels between the first and second measurements showed a reduction of 3.00 points. The statistical test results revealed an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant effect of Benson relaxation on reducing pain in breast cancer patients. Benson relaxation can significantly help lower pain levels after therapy. This relaxation technique plays an important role by inhibiting sympathetic nerve activity, which in turn reduces oxygen consumption by the body and relaxes the muscles, leading to a sense of calm and comfort.

The main character Perseus is the center of attention in the study of narrative structure because of his role as a mythological hero who faces a series of challenges that are full of values of courage, sacrifice, and determination. Propp's theory is used to identify narrative functions such as dispatch, magical agent, struggle, and transfiguration that appear in both movies. The method used is qualitative with content analysis technique by comparing the stories, characters, and moral messages as well as narrative functions in the two movies with the theme of Greek mythology. The results show that the comparison of the narrative structure of the two movies with the character Perseus has strengths in the dramatic aspects of heroic attitudes in accepting choices and fighting for life so that the integration of heroic material can be adapted to literature learning involving character values. This finding confirms that the narratological approach through comparative literature can be an important pedagogical tool to teach story structures with character values through popular media. This research recommends the utilization of mythological movies in literature learning and character education at various levels of education as a means of strengthening narrative literacy and understanding moral values.

, and learning outcomes of students in mastering Arabic vocabulary using the singing method. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The results showed that the average vocabulary mastery score of students increased from 79 in the first cycle to 90 in the second cycle. This indicates an 11%-point improvement in students’ Arabic vocabulary mastery. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the singing method in learning can improve Arabic vocabulary mastery among sixth-grade students of MI DDI Palirang.

The use of murottal audio from famous reciters/qariahs helps the child hear and imitate the correct recitation as per Tajweed, while the combination with creative methods like hand gestures and hijaiyah card games keeps their engagement. The study showed a significant increase in the ability to memorize short Surahs, from an average of 21.9% in the pre-cycle to 85.9% in the second cycle. One therapy to reduce the discomfort of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is the use of citrus lemon aromatherapy. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester. Methods: This paper uses a type of qualitative research whit a case study design. Results: The results of the nursing implementation stated that after the administration of citrus lemon aromatherapy inhalation, there was a decrease in the PUQE-24 score, namely from the category of moderate nausea and vomiting with a score of 12 to no nausea and vomiting with a score of 3. Conclusion: The effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester is quite effective in helping to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

Land Issues to Investment" on TempoDotCo 's YouTube channel Bocor Alus Politik. Through a nethnography approach, this study examines the comments of netizens in response to the issue, revealing various expressions of digital politics, social identity, and criticism of public policy. Using the Public Sphere theory, and media equation theory, this study highlights the dynamics of interaction between satirical media, public opinion, and digital political participation. he results of the study indicate that netizens' comments serve not only as a means of political expression but also as a reflection of collective negotiation and public discourse surrounding IKN policies. The findings indicate three predominant patterns in netizens' opinions. The first is a rejection of the IKN project, encompassing controversies over its development, concerns regarding its potential impacts, and widespread public skepticism. Second, the perspective of governance and leadership, including the management of the capital city and the political situation of Indonesia. and the third development project of the capital city is considered good which includes community support. This research contributes to a new understanding of digital political literacy and the importance of social media platforms in shaping contemporary political discourse. The novelty of this research lies in the use of nethnography to examine public responses in the context of satirical media, which is rarely the focus of political communication studies.
