and trusted tax consultants because many tax consultants embezzle money and slow down the tax reporting process, as well as the lack of knowledge of taxpayers about all tax regulations, a complicated and frequently changing tax system, and also there are still negative public assumptions about taxes such as corruption in taxes that have been paid by taxpayers. The "Tax Me" application was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development methodology. This application was developed as a forum for tax consulting services in collaboration with the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) institution which is able to provide transparent and reliable tax consulting services. "Tax Me" is expected to be able to provide education to taxpayers, overcome taxpayers' concerns about the tax calculation and reporting process as well as in choosing a tax consultant who can be trusted. In addition, several features of the "Tax Me" application such as: NPWP, Tax Calculation, Tax Consultation, Report & Check Annual Tax Return, E-Billing & Pay Tax, Tax Reminder and Tax Article.

Aplikasi “Tax Me†dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Aplikasi ini dikembangkan sebagai wadah layanan konsultasi perpajakan yang bekerja sama dengan lembaga Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) yang mampu memberikan layanan konsultasi perpajakan yang transparan dan terpercaya. “Tax Me†diharapkan mampu memberikan edukasi kepada Wajib Pajak, mengatasi kekhawatiran Wajib Pajak terhadap proses perhitungan dan pelaporan pajak juga dalam memilih konsultan pajak yang dapat di percaya. Therefore, the implementation of an enterprise architecture (EA) framework is crucial to ensure a strategic alignment between educational goals and technology. However, before implementing the framework, schools must evaluate various factors that influence the suitability and effectiveness of EA, including current technology needs, staff competencies, existing infrastructure conditions, and other factors. This study gathers and analyzes data from related studies, and the results indicate the importance of understanding EA principles to optimize academic and administrative processes. By considering variables in the selection of the EA framework, evaluating school readiness, and identifying existing challenges, this research aims to assist secondary schools in effectively implementing EA. The expected outcome of this research provides theoretical support for the adoption of EA, thus facilitating more efficient strategic and operational planning in secondary schools.

Abstrak: Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) secara luas telah meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas dalam manajemen, penelitian, dan pendidikan di institusi pendidikan. Di era digital ini, sekolah menengah dituntut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan strategi pendidikan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan framework arsitektur enterprise (EA) menjadi penting untuk memastikan aliansi strategis antara tujuan pendidikan dan teknologi. Namun, sebelum penerapan framework dilakukan, sekolah harus mengevaluasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kesesuaian dan efektivitas EA, termasuk kebutuhan teknologi terkini, kompetensi staf, kondisi infrastruktur yang ada, dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari studi terkait, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip EA untuk mengoptimalkan proses akademik dan administratif. Dengan mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel dalam pemilihan framework EA, evaluasi kesiapan sekolah, dan identifikasi tantangan yang ada, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu sekolah menengah dalam mengimplementasikan EA secara efektif. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis yang mendukung pengadopsian EA, sehingga memfasilitasi perencanaan strategis dan operasional yang lebih efisien di sekolah menengah.

comprehensive framework for evaluating software quality. This study analyzes the implementation of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) in the SKEK UINSA application, a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to record extracurricular activities of UINSA students. With 100 respondents (lecturers, students, and alumni), the research employs a quantitative approach to examine both functional and non-functional aspects. The results show that functionality and usability aspects scored an average of 71%, reliability 66%, performance 61%, supportability 79%, and additional factors (plus) 64%. Overall, the SKEK UINSA application demonstrates good quality in terms of functionality, ease of use, performance, and flexibility.

Abstrak: Analisis kualitas perangkat lunak penting untuk memastikan aplikasi andal, efisien, dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Model FURPS+ (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, Supportability, plus) menawarkan kerangka komprehensif untuk evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Software Quality Assurance (SQA) pada aplikasi SKEK UINSA, aplikasi semacam LMS (Learning Management System) untuk mencatat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler mahasiswa UINSA. Dengan 100 responden (dosen, mahasiswa, dan alumni), penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengkaji aspek fungsional dan non-fungsional. Hasilnya, aspek functionality dan usability memiliki persentase rata-rata 71%, reliability 66%, performance 61%, supportability 79%, dan faktor tambahan (plus) 64%. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi SKEK UINSA menunjukkan kualitas baik dalam fungsi, kemudahan penggunaan, kinerja, dan fleksibilitas.

a platform dedicated specifically to accessing Suroboyo Bus transportation services. However, with the advancement of technology and changing user needs, the GOBIS application also needs to be adjusted to remain relevant and meet expectations. Many users have complained about the application's ambiguous interface, unclear colors, and other issues. Therefore, a redesign of this application is necessary. This study employs the User-Centered Design (UCD) method and SUS testing to obtain a new design that can be implemented. The results show a significant improvement in application usability, with the average SUS score from users after the redesign process reaching 82.25, rated as "good" with a "B" grade. Comparing it to the usability score of the previous version, which only reached 57.25 with a "poor" rating and a "D" grade, indicates a substantial improvement. Thus, the new design demonstrates a significant improvement in usability compared to the previous version.

Abstrak: Dalam era digital saat ini, aplikasi pemesanan transportasi telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Salah satu pilihan utama yang sering digunakan adalah Aplikasi Golek Bis (GOBIS) Suroboyo Bus. GOBIS dirancang khusus sebagai platform untuk mengakses moda transportasi Suroboyo Bus. Namun, sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi dan evolusi kebutuhan pengguna, perlu penyesuaian agar aplikasi Golek Bis tetap relevan dan memuaskan pengguna. Banyak pengguna mengeluhkan tentang antarmuka aplikasi yang kurang jelas, warna yang ambigu, dan masalah lainnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan redesain aplikasi ini. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode UCD dan mengujikan SUS untuk mendapatkan desain baru yang lebih baik. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kegunaan aplikasi, dengan nilai rata-rata skor SUS pengguna setelah proses redesain mencapai 82.25, dinilai sebagai "good" dengan peringkat "B". Perbandingannya dengan nilai kegunaan versi sebelumnya yang hanya mencapai 57.25 dengan penilaian "poor" dan peringkat "D" menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, desain baru menunjukkan perbaikan yang berarti dalam hal kegunaan dibandingkan dengan versi sebelumnya.

Abstrak: Salah satu kunci keberhasilan suatu perusahaan atau instansi dalam mencapai tujuan tertentu adalah tenaga kerjanya. During the development process, an analysis of each sprint is carried out from preparation to the development process. The results of development using the Scrum method show that each feature was completed within 8 hours per day, with each sprint completed in a week. The total time required to complete all sprints designed on the BITA Information System is 128 hours. The application of the Scrum method provides results that enable rapid identification of changes during the development process, as well as optimizing the process of submitting and validating titles, determining supervisors, evaluating guidance, and scheduling exams. Thus, this research provides an effective solution in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the final assignment coaching process for students in completing their studies.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang dapat membantu proses pembinaan tugas akhir dengan fokus pada penyelesaian kendala yang sering dihadapi, seperti kejelasan status judul penelitian, proses bimbingan, dan jadwal penelitian. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan metode Scrum dengan skala dan tim kecil. Selama proses pengembangan, dilakukan analisis terhadap setiap sprint yang dihasilkan dari persiapan hingga proses pengembangan. Hasil pengembangan menggunakan metode Scrum menunjukkan bahwa setiap fitur diselesaikan dalam jangka waktu 8 jam per hari, dengan setiap sprint selesai dalam seminggu. Total waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan semua sprint yang dirancang pada Sistem Informasi BITA adalah 128 jam. Penerapan metode Scrum memberikan hasil yang memungkinkan identifikasi cepat terhadap perubahan selama proses pengembangan, serta mengoptimalkan proses pengajuan dan validasi judul, penentuan pembimbing, evaluasi bimbingan, dan penjadwalan ujian. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyediakan solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses pembinaan tugas akhir bagi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan studi mereka.

The clustering strategy uses two forms of cluster analysis, k-means and k-medoids, which have related techniques. The research results show that the k-means algorithm's Davies Bouldin value is -0.430, whereas the k-medoids algorithm's Davies Bouldin value is -1.392. This suggests that the Davies Bouldin value of the k-medoids approach is the lowest, showing that the grouping findings of the k-means method are a better method to apply to the issue of choosing better products.

Abstract: Sebagai toko sembako, toko yuli berkomitmen untuk selalu meningkatkan segalanya, termasuk memilih barang terbaik. Untuk mengevaluasi item mana yang lebih unggul atau populer dan mana yang kurang populer, Anda memerlukan sumber informasi yang cukup banyak. The aim of this research is to create a tool for prospective hotel guests in making decisions on hotel selection recommendations using the TOPSIS and SAW methods. This research uses 8 hotel data points in Laweyan District, Surakarta, and hotel data obtained from the Tourism Office. The results of the McCall Test with 5 indicators, namely accuracy, reliability, efficiency, integrity, and usability, average 86%, so this system is categorized as very good.

Abstrak: Kota Surakarta menjadi salah satu kota yang ramai dikunjungi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara karena terdapat berbagai macam wisata budaya yang menarik. Banyaknya hotel dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang banyak membuat wisatawan kebingungan dalam memilih hotel, sehingga calon tamu hotel memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk memilih hotel terbaik sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu alat bantu bagi calon tamu hotel dalam pengambilan keputusan rekomendasi pemilihan hotel menggunakan metode TOPSIS dan SAW. Penelitian ini menggunakan 10 titik data hotel yang ada di Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta dan data hotel yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pariwisata. Hasil Uji McCall dengan 5 indikator yaitu akurasi, reliabilitas, efisiensi, integritas, dan kegunaan rata-rata 86%, maka sistem ini dikategorikan sangat baik.

Security issues arose when in 2020 Tokopedia experienced a breach, with data from around 91 million accounts being compromised by hackers. Consequently, Tokopedia needed to establish a Data Protection and Privacy Office (DPPO) to protect and safeguard user data privacy.This research addresses how perceptions of security and privacy can influence users' trust in transacting on Tokopedia. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the study evaluates the relationship between perceptions of data security and privacy with trust in transacting on Tokopedia. Based on the calculations of the multiple linear regression model using previously collected respondent data, it was found that perceptions of data security do not directly affect trust in transactions. However, perceptions of privacy are considered to have a significant influence and can increase trust in transactions among students in Pekanbaru.

Tokopedia menjadi salah satu platform e-commerce yang sangat popular digunkanan diindonesia. Masalah keamaan terjadi dimana pada tahun 2020 tokopedia mengalami peretasan dengan sekitar 91 juta akun berhasil diperoleh datanya oleh peretas, sehingga Tokopedia perlu membentuk data protection and privacy office (DPPO) guna melindungi dan menjaga privasi data pengguna Tokopedia.terkait hal tersebut penelitian ini mengangkat bagaimana persepsi keamanan dan privasi dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan pengguna dalam bertransaksi ditokopedia. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, evaluasi dilakukan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara persepi keamanan data dan privasi terhadap kepercayaan bertransaksi ditokopedia. Berdasarkan perhitungan model regresi linear berganda menggunakan data responden yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya didapat persepsi keamanan data terhadap kepercayaan bertransaksi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung. Namun pada persepsi privasi terhadap kepercayaan bertransaksi dinilai sangat berpengaruh dan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan bertransaksi di kalangan mahasiswa di pekanbaru.
