The absence of distribution transaction channels from upstream to downstream is one of the business problems at Toko 66. Therefore, a system such as Supply Chain Management is needed which can manage the flow of transactions from upstream to downstream and can also make it easier for owners to create sales reports. Based on the research results, it can be found that a system has been created that implements web-based Supply Chain Management to help owners, admins, suppliers and customers in carrying out transaction flows from upstream to downstream. The business process from upstream to downstream has also been running in accordance with the Supply Chain Management procedures that apply at the research object location so that it can provide information regarding the existence of sufficient product stock to ensure a good transaction flow from upstream to downstream.

Services at these two laboratories utilize the Laboratory website which can be accessed publicly via the address https://labdesainfurnitur.poltek-furnitur.ac.id/, in which the purpose of developing the website is to simplify the process for stakeholders to access information regarding practicum activities conducted in the laboratories. Ease of access to this information needs to be evaluated, especially related to usability on the website. The evaluation of the laboratory website's usability is performed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which provides a structured approach to measuring the effectiveness and user experience of the website. It is hoped to obtain a representation of the user's experience of the function and appearance of the laboratory website as advice on what features might be developed to improve the services. According to the results of data processing from 44 respondents, the average SUS score was 59.32. Based on this score, the Acceptability Range category is still in the marginal range, meaning there are still several things that need to be corrected or improved so the website can help in the daily operational activities of the laboratory.

Abstrak: Laboratorium Gambar dan Laboratorium Komputer Program Studi Desain Furnitur merupakan sarana penunjang praktikum di Politeknik Industri Furnitur dan Pengolahan Kayu. Pelayanan pada kedua laboratorium ini telah memanfaatkan website yang dapat diakses secara publik melalui alamat https://labdesainfurnitur.poltek-furnitur.ac.id/, pemanfaatan website bertujuan untuk memudahkan para pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi seputar kegiatan praktikum di laboratorium di setiap waktu. Adanya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tersebut perlu dievaluasi untuk mengetahui kegunaan website bagi para pengguna serta sebagai masukan untuk pengelola laboratorium dalam mengembangkan website di masa mendatang. Evaluasi website laboratorium dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Melalui evaluasi kegunaan pada website laboratorium diharapkan diperoleh representasi pengalaman pengguna terhadap fungsi dan tampilan website laboratorium dan diperoleh saran fitur-fitur yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di laboratorium. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 44 responden menghasilkan skor SUS dengan rata-rata 59,32. Berdasarkan skor tersebut, rentang akseptabilitas website masih berada pada rentang marginal, sehingga masih ada beberapa fitur yang perlu ditingkatkan agar website dapat membantu kegiatan operasional laboratorium sehari-hari.

Abstrak:. Puskesmas Gambir Baru Kisaran adalah satu satunya yang berada di gambir baru kisaran. Data kunjungan peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Gambir Baru Kisaran Tahun 2023 dari bulan Januari – Desember ada 3.048 peserta BPJS. Jika pelayanan puskesmas yang diberikan pada masyarakat sangat baik tehadap pasien BPJS, maka akan semakin banyak peserta BPJS yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan berbagi informasi kepada masyarakat tentang manfaat dari BPJS Kesehatan melayani Poli Umum, Poli Gigi, Instalasi Farmasi, Ahli Gizi, Rawat Jalan dan Bersalin. Berdasarkan permasalahan di masa yang akan datang seperti lama waktu layanan di loket penerimaan pasien yang diterima pasien lebih lama dari waktu estimasi yang ada pada SOP klinik yaitu 10 menit, petugas klinik harus berprilaku 5S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan dan Santun) pada saat melayani pasien, proses pengambilan obat yang memakan waktu lama setelah pasien selesai melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan, pihak puskesmas harus memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan keinginan dan memahami kebutuhan pasien, tenaga medis dan petugas lainnya, serta dapat membantu jika ada permasalahan pasien, tenaga medis melakukan tindakan secara tepat dan cepat, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan klinik. Hasil dari perhitungan jawaban realita dan harapan pasien/responden Puskesmas Gambir Baru terhadap 16 pertanyaan, hasil rekomendasi keputusan adalah 4 atribut harus ditingkatkan dan 12 atribut lagi harus dipertahankan dari 201 responden- pasien/pasien di Puskesmas Gambir.

faced such as subjectivity assessment resulting in diverse mindsets. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran which is located at Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, East Kisaran District, Asahan Regency. The process of determining the overall champion students still relies on conventional assessments by manual means so that it requires a long assessment time, assessment is also subjective, this tends to limit recognition of diverse student potential. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system application in determining the overall champion students at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran with specified criteria. The SAW method is used as a weighted summation method of the performance of each alternative across all attributes. The best alternative decision result as the General Champion Student of class IX in the Odd Semester of 2023/2024 at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran is Naurah Ghaisani Lubis with a score of 0.906. Based on these results, it can help SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran in determining the overall champion students and become a reference in decision making.

Abstrak: Sekolah menjadi institusi pendidikan dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar untuk meningkatkan potensi siswa. Dalam dunia pendidikan menentukan siswa terbaik masih menjadi kendala yang sering dihadapi seperti penilaian secara subjektivitas mengakibatkan pola pikir yang beragam. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran yang beralamatkan di Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, Kecamatan Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan. Proses penentuan siswa juara umum masih mengandalkan penilaian konvensional dengan cara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu penilaian yang cukup lama, penilaian juga bersifat subjektif, hal ini cenderung membatasi pengakuan atas potensi siswa yang beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan siswa juara umum di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode SAW digunakan sebagai metode penjumlahan terbobot dari kinerja setiap alternatif di semua atribut. Hasil keputusan alternatif terbaik sebagai Siswa Juara Umum kelas IX pada Semester Ganjil Tahun 2023/2024 di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran adalah Naurah Ghaisani Lubis dengan nilai 0.906. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat membantu pihak SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dalam menentukan siswa juara umum dan menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

For this reason, there is a need to evaluate the performance of Scout trainers to increase the effectiveness of training and improve the quality of Scout education. The purpose of this research is to identify trainer performance quality criteria, evaluate their performance, and contribute knowledge in the development of a Scout trainer performance evaluation system. Then, the exponential comparison method (MPE) is used to provide a comprehensive assessment of the trainer's performance based on predetermined criteria. The results of this research are a web-based decision support application by applying the Exponential Comparison Method to evaluate the quality of Scout trainer performance, which can help improve the quality of training and provide guidance for Scout education providers. This research makes an important contribution to the development of a more efficient and effective Scout trainer performance evaluation system.

Evaluasi kinerja membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, serta area untuk perbaikan dalam pelatihan. Pentingnya kualitas kinerja para pelatih dalam Gerakan Pramuka tidak dapat dianggap rendah, karena mereka mempunyai peranan sentral dalam membimbing, melatih dan memberikan inspirasi kepada peserta didik. Untuk itu kebutuhan akan evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pramuka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria kualitas kinerja pelatih, mengevaluasi kinerja mereka, dan menyumbangkan pengetahuan dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka. Kemudian, metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE) digunakan untuk memberikan penilaian komprehensif terhadap kinerja pelatih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah aplikasi pendukung keputusan berbasis web dengan menerapkan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial untuk mengevaluasi kualitas kinerja pelatih Pramuka, yang dapat membantu meningkatkan mutu pelatihan dan memberikan panduan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan Pramuka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka yang lebih efisien dan efektif.

UD. Nazwan adalah usaha bisnis yang menjual produk celana, sepatu, seragam sekolah, kemeja, baju dan sendal. es from Accelerated Segment Test (FAST) method in a web-based Inventory Information System to increase the speed of object detection and recognition in the stock monitoring process. The system development method in this research uses the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) which consists of 7 development phases. The FAST method helps ensure that the objectives are clear, specific, and achievable, ultimately leading to a more efficient and effective system. Implementing of this method in the web-based Inventory Information System is expected to provide faster and more accurate results in identifying stock changes, thereby minimizing the risk of shortages or excess inventory. Users can easily access real-time stock information via a responsive web interface. The system performance evaluation’s findings demonstrate that the FAST approach can speed up object detection, which benefits inventory management. Implementing the FAST method in a web-based inventory information system can bring many strategic and operational benefits and is expected to significantly increase the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management in an increasingly competitive market.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode FAST pada Sistem Informasi inventaris berbasis web guna meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi dan pengenalan objek pada proses monitoring stok barang. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) yang terdiri dari 7 fase pengembangan. Metode FAST membantu memastikan bahwa tujuan jelas, spesifik, dan dapat dicapai, yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan sistem yang efisien dan efektif. Implementasi metode ini pada aplikasi inventaris berbasis web diharapkan bisa membagikan hasil lebih cepat dan akurat mengidentifikasi perubahan stok barang, sehingga meminimalkan risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan. Pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi stok barang secara real-time melalui antarmuka web yang responsif.Hasil evaluasi performa sistem menunjukkan bahwa metode FAST mampu meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi objek, sehingga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap manajemen persediaan barang. Dengan adanya implementasi metode FAST pada Sistem Informasi inventaris berbasis web, dapat membawa banyak manfaat strategis dan operasional dan diharapkan bisa memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menaikkan efisiensi dan kecermatan pengelolaan persediaan barang di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

There needs to be a selection in determining the eligibility of RASKIN for the right people and avoiding mistakes. The selection process can be completed using the application of computer science. Based on this, a decision support system is needed that can be used by the Sei Silau Timur village head's office staff in distributing RASKIN rice, which later this application can help and benefit the village community. This research uses the AHP method, which is carried out by comparing a matrix of several criteria and alternatives. The final assessment result is implementing the AHP method, where criterion 4, namely Total Income, is selected, with Alternative 1 named Selamet.

Abstrak : Sebagian dari masyarakat di Desa Sei Silau Timur di kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kisaran mempunyai penghasilan yang rendah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam program penanggulangan pangan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Bulog untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dengan menyalurkan raskin ke desa-desa yang masyarakatnya berpenghasilan yang rendah. Dan tidak semua masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan penerimaan RASKIN karena kuotanya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan dengan seleksi dalam penentuan pemberian kelayakan RASKIN kepada orang-orang yang tepat dan menghindari kekeliruan. Proses seleksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penerapan secara ilmu komputer. Bedasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh petugas kantor Kepala Desa Sei Silau Timur dalam proses pembagian beras RASKIN, yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, dimana metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penilaian akhir yang terpilih merupakan implementasi dari metode AHP, dimana yang terpilih adalah kriteria 4 yaitu Jumlah Penghasilan dengan alternatif 1 bernama Selamet.

To estimate the amount of water, an appropriate method is needed. The method used in this research is the back propagation algorithm artificial neural network method. When developing forecasts, past data is necessary to produce accurate results. This research aims to develop a predictive model that can estimate the volume of water that will be used by PDAM Tirtauli in the future. It is hoped that this predictive model can help PDAMs in planning more efficient water supply management and can reduce the potential for water supply shortages in the future. This research uses water distribution data for the 2015-2022 period. Training data starts in 2015-2021, testing data starts in 2016-2022. In this research, results were obtained using the Matlab R2011a application. In this research, the 5 architectures used are architecture 6-53-1, 6-58-1, 6-61-1, 6-81-1, 6-87-1. Based on these five architectures, the best architecture was obtained, namely architecture 6-87-1 with a root mean square error test value of 0.00010031 and an accuracy of 92%. The results achieved in 2023 are the total water volume of PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar of 189,610,426.

Abstrak: Meningkatnya taraf hidup menyebabkan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan air minum. Namun, perkiraan pasokan air saat ini masih belum optimal, dengan produksi air kadang-kadang lebih atau kurang dari kebutuhan. Untuk memperkirakan jumlah air diperlukan suatu metode yang sesuai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode jaringan syaraf tiruan algoritma back propagation. Saat mengembangkan perkiraan, data masa lalu diperlukan untuk menghasilkan hasil yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model prediktif yang dapat memperkirakan volume air yang akan digunakan oleh PDAM Tirtauli di masa mendatang. Model prediktif ini diharapkan dapat membantu PDAM dalam perencanaan pengelolaan pasokan air yang lebih efisien dan dapat mengurangi potensi kekurangan pasokan air pada masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sebaran air periode 2015-2022. Data pelatihan dimulai pada tahun 2015-2021, data pengujian dimulai pada tahun 2016-2022. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil dengan menggunakan aplikasi Matlab R2011a. Pada penelitian ini 5 arsitektur yang digunakan adalah arsitektur 6-53-1, 6-58-1, 6-61-1, 6-81-1, 6-87-1.
