This article aims to examine the way of life of the Malay community in Riau as part of cultural heritage that needs to be preserved, as well as its relevance in the present time. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, this research explores various aspects of Malay Riau culture, such as customs, oral literature, traditional clothing, and how the Malay community preserves the environment. Amid the challenges of globalization and modernization, this article shows that the values within the Malay Riau way of life remain essential in creating a harmonious, cultured, and virtuous society. Efforts to preserve culture through education and cultural festivals are also crucial so that younger generations can continue to appreciate and maintain this cultural heritage.

were as many as 918 findings of diarrhea in toddlers at Gang Sehat Health Center. Mother's factor also affects the occurrence of diarrhea in toddlers. Knowledge is one of the factors causing the high mortality rate due to diarrhea. The importance of maternal knowledge and attitudes in handling diarrheal diseases needs to be discussed because diarrhea that is delayed or improperly handled can cause pain and adverse effects on children, namely infant mortality. Objective: To determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge and attitudes about diarrhea management and the classification of diarrhea in toddlers at the Gang Sehat Health Center. Methods: This study used the accidental sampling method with bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. Results: The Chi Square test resulted in a value of 0.934, meaning that the P value > 0.05 indicates that there is no relationship between maternal knowledge and diarrhea classification in toddlers. With the results of the value of 0.443, meaning that the P value > 0.05, there is no relationship between the mother's attitude and diarrhea classification about diarrhea management in toddlers. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan SDMK Klinik LKC DD Palembang menggunakan Metode Beban Kerja (Workload Indicators Staff Needs, WISN). Penelitian deskriptif obervasional ini dilakukan pada tahun 2020, dengan teknik pengambilan data primer melalui observasi kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan di klinik dan data sekunder dengan melihat surat kontrak kerja semua SDMK klinik dan catatan jumlah kunjungan pasien setiap harinya selama 1 bulan. Data dianalisis dengan Metode WISN untuk menentukan rasio SDMK dan angka kebutuhan SDMK. Hasil analisis rasio SDMK dengan metode WISN di Klinik LKC DD adalah jumlah dokter umum dan perawat poli umum masing-masing kurang 1 (satu) orang dan jumlah bidan berlebih 1 (satu) orang, sedangkan jumlah dokter gigi, perawat poli gigi, dan apoteker/asisten apoteker sudah sesuai. Kekurangan pemenuhan kebutuhan SDM memberikan efek beban kerja yang tinggi kepada tenaga kerja yang berakibat menurunkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien sedangkan kelebihan pemenuhan kebutuhan SDM akan menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan keuangan.

The method used in this study is through a literature study which collects several previous studies to answer the role of English. Use of English and the influence of using English for the purpose of applying knowledge regarding business management, e-commerce and career planning. It is hoped that all SMK Jayawisata 1 students who have taken part in training in the lecturer's role, namely PKM (Community Service), can broaden their knowledge of Business English. Based on the results of this literature study, it can be concluded that English plays an important role as a communication tool for business purposes.

The research started with the planning stage which involved analyzing user requirements and formulating system objectives. Next, a system analysis stage was conducted to understand the business processes, information flow, and functional requirements of the system. The next system design stage establishes the architecture and technical specifications of the system. System implementation is done after the design is complete, followed by a testing phase to ensure system functionality and reliability. The result of this research is an SIP that is integrated with the sales activities of Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The system includes features such as inventory management, order recording, and sales tracking. Through the application of SDLC, the development of this system can be done in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring business needs are met optimally.
