analyze the influence of employee motivation on the quality of administrative services at the Leihitu Sub-district Office, Central Maluku Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design to identify causal relationships between variables. The population in this study consists of all employees involved in administrative services, and total sampling was used due to the manageable number of staff. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure motivation and service quality indicators. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression to determine the effect of motivation on service quality. The results show that employee motivation significantly and positively influences administrative service quality. Employees with higher intrinsic and extrinsic motivation tend to demonstrate better responsiveness, discipline, communication, and consistency in carrying out public service functions. The study concludes that strengthening motivation is essential to improve public service performance. Therefore, organizational leaders are encouraged to enhance work motivation through recognition, supportive leadership, fair reward systems, and professional development opportunities to ensure services meet community expectations.

ased on the scopus database, descriptive bibliometric analysis with the visualization tool VosViewer was used to assess 385 documents on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic Finance and SDGs, which peaked in 2024 based on the period of 2010-2024. Findings- This study found many articles on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and the SDGs. According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs). Romadoni, V as the most prolific writer about this research. Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and SDGs provide the potential for sustainable development and is in line with the goals of sharia, namely maqashid sharia for the benefit of the ummah, this encourages sustainable development (SDGs) through Islamic entrepreneurship and Islamic finance. Practical Implications - Research can be used as a useful research proposal for future researchers who use bibliometric methods in systematic literature review by introducing the network of various variables related to this research, then by getting to know famous authors in the field can provide opportunities to collaborate for further research. The research methods used are literature studies and secondary data analysis from various sources, including academic journals, government reports, and case studies of AI implementation in a number of educational institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that AI has made a significant contribution to improving administrative efficiency, facilitating more adaptive learning, and providing in-depth data analysis for educational decision making. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited infrastructure, and the need to increase teacher competency in using AI technology still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right policy support and investment in infrastructure and training, AI has great potential to transform Indonesian education in a more inclusive and quality direction.

of waste is 615 kg out of a total of 7804.1 kg of medical waste from health centers in Jambi City, so it has the potential to spread disease if medical waste is not managed properly. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained from 8 informants by conducting in-depth interviews and observations in May 2023 - April 2024 using qualitative research data analysis software. In the input aspect (1) Human Resources in the quantity aspect are sufficient, while the qualifications are not appropriate because they come from general administration. (2) Facilities and infrastructure are not sufficient and if there is damage, goods will be procured and reported to envinronmental health authority. Meanwhile, in the process aspect (3) Sorting is carried out by each waste producing poly unit by labeling the type of waste, date and poly, (4) The container used at the Putri Ayu Public Health Center meets the standards of Minister of Health Regulation Number 18 of 2020 (5) Transportation is carried out more than once every 2 days by PT Anggrek (6). Storage is carried out at TPS with a time span of 2-3 days at the latest. There are still input aspects that do not comply with standards (in the case of this research, namely the quality of human resources) causing disruption to process aspects, such as less than optimal management performance in managing medical waste in the container, transport and storage processes.

The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

From the results of the hypothesis test (t test) it was found that the accepted hypothesis was ha, where there was an influence of service quality on prepaid electricity customer satisfaction in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, and from the results of the Determination coefficient test obtained a value of 71.1%. This can be interpreted that the satisfaction of Prepaid Electricity customers in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City is influenced by service quality by 71 percent. Based on the results of the T Variable X test of service quality, a calculated value = 7.515 was obtained with a signification level of 0.000. Using a signification limit of 0.05 we get a table t of 1.697. Which signifies that tcount > t table, which means Ho rejected Ha accepted.

this research, which is quantitative in nature, was the employees of the production unit with a total number of 86 respondents. It is done with data analysis method, using multiple linear regressions.The result of this study indicates that the variables of intrinsic motivation and quality of work life simultanneously affect the employee’s performance with a contribution of 37,3%, while the remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors, which are beyond this study.Partially, intrinsic motivation variables negatively affect and have a significant influence on performance. This is due to the different work cultures in the sector.
