Therefore, UHAMKA and Jayabaya University lecturers held community service activities (PKM) at SMK Jayawisata 1 Central Jakarta with the aim of identifying English language needs for vocational school students. This PKM is held in the form of providing materials and training in English role studies, with the aim of increasing knowledge in business management, e-commerce and career planning. The method used in this study is through a literature study which collects several previous studies to answer the role of English. Use of English and the influence of using English for the purpose of applying knowledge regarding business management, e-commerce and career planning. It is hoped that all SMK Jayawisata 1 students who have taken part in training in the lecturer's role, namely PKM (Community Service), can broaden their knowledge of Business English. Based on the results of this literature study, it can be concluded that English plays an important role as a communication tool for business purposes.

atest information on tax obligations, how to fill out taxes, and the impact and sanctions of tax administration for the community. Participants in this activity were attended by MSME owners and staff. The participants who attended were 10 (ten) people. The service was carried out through the provision of socialization and counseling materials to business actors related to tax administration sanctions. The methods applied included lectures, practices, discussions, and questions and answers. The evaluation showed an increase in knowledge and understanding of MSME actors on tax administration after participating in this program. Participants showed great enthusiasm during the activity, as seen from active participation in question and answer sessions, discussions, and consultations. This shows that the program successfully attracted their interest and resulted in productive interactions between the resource persons and the participants. The output of this activity is expected to improve MSME tax literacy and create better awareness and compliance with tax regulations, thereby reducing the risk of tax administration sanctions and promoting sustainable growth of MSMEs.

This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data sources collected through a literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. The research started with the planning stage which involved analyzing user requirements and formulating system objectives. The next system design stage establishes the architecture and technical specifications of the system. System implementation is done after the design is complete, followed by a testing phase to ensure system functionality and reliability. The result of this research is an SIP that is integrated with the sales activities of Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The system includes features such as inventory management, order recording, and sales tracking. Through the application of SDLC, the development of this system can be done in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring business needs are met optimally.

he AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.

The activities carried out in each cycle consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the research show an increase in English writing skills through serial image media. significant increase in students' understanding of concepts, writing skills, and learning motivation. The integration of serial image media as a supporter of PBL provides a visual dimension that helps students understand the content, stimulates creativity, and increases active involvement in the learning interaction process.

Student’s can translate simple English sentences. The research was carried out with a PTK design consisting of two cycles and each cycle consisting of one meeting. The result of the research showed that teacher skills increased from an average score (good) in cycle one, then increased to (very good) in cycle two. The percentage of completion of literacy habituation learning in reading comprehension increased from 70 % in cycle one to 90 % in cycle two. The conclusion of this research is that the KWL strategy and videos animasi, Ice Breaking can improve teacher skills, student’s activities and learning outcomes.
