Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) penggunaan role playing atau bermain peran untuk meningkatan percakapan siswa XI-5 SMP Negeri 7 Tanjung Balai; (2) bentuk dari kegiatan pembelajaran untuk berkomunikasi dalam percakapan sehari – hari dengan menggunakan media interaktif; (3) sistem pembelajaran percakapan dalam dialog dengan menggunakan bermain peran; dan (4) peningkatan keterampilan siswa untuk berlatih bahasa inggris dengan menggunakan media interaktif seperti video, gambar dari CD untuk berkomunikasi dalam percakapan dan kemudian siswa mencoba untuk berlatih bahasa inggris dan menggunakan ekspresi di kelas dengan topik sederhana. Kemudian digunakan untuk memberikan latihan berbicara tetapi juga dapat mengembangkan dalam sesi mendengarkan. Kita dapat menggunakan percakapan untuk memperkenalkan dan fungsi mempraktikkan, struktur, atau kosa kata, dan untuk menggambarkan tingkat kesopanan , tingkat formalitas, dan nilai – nilai pencapaian sikap dan budaya. especially when several criteria must be considered. This study aims to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to the PKH employee assessment system in Batu Bara Regency. The criteria used in this assessment are attendance, teamwork, responsibility, communication, and length of service. The SAW method is applied by determining criteria weights, converting employee values, normalizing the decision matrix, and calculating preference values to obtain the final ranking. The results show that alternative A1, Rahmi Rizkya, obtained the highest score of 0.9504 and ranked first, while alternative A5, Toni Syahpradanadaely, obtained the lowest score of 0.4831. Based on these results, the SAW method can help the employee assessment process become more objective, structured, and useful as a reference for evaluating PKH employee performance.

Abstrak: Penilaian pegawai PKH Kabupaten Batu Bara membutuhkan proses evaluasi yang objektif dan terukur untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penilaian yang masih dilakukan secara manual dapat menimbulkan subjektivitas dan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama, terutama jika penilaian melibatkan beberapa kriteria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) pada sistem penilaian pegawai PKH Kabupaten Batu Bara. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian meliputi kehadiran, kerja sama tim, tanggung jawab, komunikasi, dan masa kerja. Metode SAW diterapkan melalui penentuan bobot kriteria, konversi nilai pegawai, normalisasi matriks keputusan, serta perhitungan nilai preferensi untuk memperoleh hasil perankingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alternatif A1 atas nama Rahmi Rizkya memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,9504 dan menempati peringkat pertama, sedangkan alternatif A5 atas nama Toni Syahpradanadaely memperoleh nilai terendah sebesar 0,4831. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, metode SAW dapat membantu proses penilaian pegawai menjadi lebih objektif, terstruktur, dan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam evaluasi kinerja pegawai PKH.

oaches rely on a single detection perspective, limiting their operational reliability. To address this gap, this study proposes a hybrid anomaly detection framework integrating Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Shannon entropy, and autoencoder reconstruction error. Shannon entropy is incorporated as an additional feature, while LSTM and the autoencoder capture temporal and reconstruction characteristics. The resulting hybrid representation is processed by a constraint-based threshold selection mechanism that enforces FPR . Experiments on the TON-IoT and Edge-IIoTset datasets achieved average F1-scores of 0.9250 and 0.9934, while maintaining average FPR values of 0.0091 and 0.0714, respectively. Analysis of entropy distributions showed consistent differences between normal and anomalous traffic across both datasets, indicating that Shannon entropy provides discriminative information for anomaly detection. These results demonstrate strong detection performance with controlled false alarms, while ablation studies confirm the significant contribution of Shannon entropy to overall model performance.

Abstrak: Penelitian deteksi anomali Internet of Things (IoT) telah menunjukkan performa klasifikasi yang tinggi, namun sebagian besar masih berfokus pada accuracy dan F1-score tanpa mengendalikan false positive rate (FPR) secara eksplisit. Selain itu, banyak pendekatan hanya memanfaatkan satu perspektif deteksi sehingga reliabilitas operasionalnya masih terbatas. Untuk mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka deteksi anomali hybrid yang mengintegrasikan Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Shannon entropy, dan autoencoder reconstruction error. Shannon entropy digunakan sebagai fitur tambahan, sedangkan LSTM dan autoencoder menangkap karakteristik temporal dan deviasi rekonstruksi. Representasi hybrid yang dihasilkan kemudian diproses melalui mekanisme constraint-based threshold selection dengan batas FPR . Hasil pengujian pada dataset TON-IoT dan Edge-IIoTset menghasilkan F1-score rata-rata sebesar 0,9250 dan 0,9934, dengan FPR rata-rata sebesar 0,0091 dan 0,0714. Perbedaan nilai entropy yang konsisten antara trafik normal dan anomali pada kedua dataset menunjukkan bahwa Shannon entropy menyediakan informasi diskriminatif untuk deteksi anomali. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan performa deteksi yang kuat dengan false alarm yang terkendali, sementara studi ablasi mengonfirmasi kontribusi signifikan Shannon entropy terhadap performa model.

process has traditionally relied on experience and subjective judgment, which may lead to less optimal decisions. This study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting fast-moving drug suppliers using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The WP method is applied because it is capable of processing multiple criteria simultaneously through structured weighting, including demand frequency, delivery lead time, remaining shelf life, purchase price, and profit margin. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP and MySQL. The results show that the implementation of the Weighted Product method successfully produces preference values and accurate supplier rankings, enabling the system to correctly determine the most optimal fast-moving drug supplier based on the defined criteria. Therefore, the developed system can assist the owner of Annisa Pharmacy in making more precise, objective, and structured inventory procurement decisions.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan stok obat fast moving di Toko Obat Annisa memerlukan ketepatan dalam menentukan supplier agar ketersediaan obat tetap terjaga dan risiko overstock maupun out of stock dapat diminimalkan. Selama ini, proses pemilihan supplier masih dilakukan secara konvensional berdasarkan pengalaman, sehingga berpotensi menghasilkan keputusan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) pemilihan supplier obat fast moving menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP). Metode WP digunakan karena mampu mengolah beberapa kriteria secara simultan melalui pembobotan yang terstruktur, meliputi frekuensi permintaan, lead time, sisa masa kedaluwarsa, harga beli, dan margin keuntungan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Weighted Product mampu menghasilkan nilai preferensi dan perankingan supplier secara objektif, sehingga sistem berhasil menentukan supplier obat fast moving yang paling optimal sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu pemilik Toko Obat Annisa dalam mengambil keputusan pengadaan stok obat secara lebih tepat, objektif, dan terstruktur.

ssion in this study aims to optimize the selection process for candidates for Student Council President at SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai through the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method. The MOORA method is used to normalize values, weight criteria, and calculate optimization values to produce the best alternative ranking. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with school officials, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the MOORA method is able to provide objective and transparent ranking results, where M. Asril Sitorus Pane obtained the highest score of 0.347 (Rank 1), followed by M. Rian with a score of 0.333 (Rank 2). The implementation of this system is expected to be able to provide recommendations for the best candidates regularly and accurately, so that it can support fairer and more accountable decision-making in the next Student Council President election.

Selain itu, melalui pokok pembahasan pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan proses seleksi calon Ketua OSIS di SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). Metode MOORA digunakan agar dapat melakukan normalisasi nilai, pembobotan kriteria serta perhitungan nilai optimasi guna menghasilkan peringkat alternatif terbaik. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pihak sekolah serta dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MOORA mampu memberikan hasil peringkat yang objektif dan transparan, yang dimana M. Asril Sitorus Pane memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,347 (Peringkat 1), diikuti oleh M. Rian dengan nilai 0,333 (Peringkat 2). Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi kandidat terbaik secara sistematis dan akurat, sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih adil dan akuntabel dalam pemilihan Ketua OSIS selanjutnya.

This study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method to objectively determine the best used laptop. The criteria applied in this study include brand, screen resolution, laptop size, and battery durability. The system was developed through requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and black-box testing. The results show that the system successfully generates rankings based on MOORA preference values. The highest optimization value of 0.4321 was achieved by Lenovo IdeaPad Slim (A04) and Lenovo ThinkPad (A06), indicating that these two alternatives are the best recommended used laptops. Therefore, the developed system enhances the objectivity, effectiveness, and accuracy of the laptop selection process at Tech Kios Laptop Kisaran.

Namun, proses pemilihan laptop masih dilakukan secara manual dan bergantung pada penilaian subjektif, sehingga berpotensi menghasilkan rekomendasi yang kurang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) guna menentukan laptop bekas terbaik secara objektif. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi merek, resolusi layar, ukuran laptop, dan ketahanan daya baterai. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian menggunakan metode black-box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan peringkat alternatif berdasarkan nilai preferensi MOORA. Nilai optimasi tertinggi sebesar 0,4321 diperoleh oleh Lenovo IdeaPad Slim (A04) dan Lenovo ThinkPad (A06), yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua alternatif tersebut merupakan rekomendasi laptop bekas terbaik. d by various factors, requiring investors to determine the appropriate timing for buying, selling, or holding stocks. Therefore, this study aims to predict stock prices in the materials sector using a combination of CNN–BiLSTM algorithms. The research data were obtained from Yahoo Finance and processed through min–max normalization, data splitting, sliding window, model implementation, and evaluation stages. Testing was conducted on INTP and SMGR stocks with data split scenarios ranging from 60:40 to 90:10. The results show that CNN–BiLSTM performs best with a 90:10 data split, with minimum MSE and MAPE values of 0.000153 and 2.471% for INTP, and 0.000199 and 2.208% for SMGR, respectively. These findings indicate that increasing the proportion of training data improves the model's ability to learn historical patterns and produce more stable predictions.

Abstrak: Sektor materials merupakan salah satu sektor saham yang diminati investor karena tingginya aktivitas pembangunan di Indonesia yang mendorong pertumbuhan jangka panjang. Pergerakan harga saham dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor sehingga investor perlu menentukan waktu transaksi yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi harga saham sektor materials menggunakan kombinasi algoritma CNN–BiLSTM. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Yahoo Finance dan diproses melalui tahapan normalisasi min–max, pembagian data, sliding window, implementasi model, serta evaluasi. Pengujian dilakukan pada saham INTP dan SMGR dengan skenario pembagian data 60:40 hingga 90:10. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa CNN–BiLSTM menghasilkan performa terbaik pada pembagian data 90:10, dengan nilai MSE dan MAPE minimum masing-masing sebesar 0.000153 dan 2.471% untuk INTP, serta 0.000199 dan 2.208% untuk SMGR. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan porsi data latih meningkatkan kemampuan model dalam mempelajari pola historis dan menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih stabil.

This research aims to optimize a domain-specific RAG system by improving embedding performance, enhancing prompt robustness, and increasing retrieval accuracy. The research methods consist of three stages. The first stage involves fine-tuning the bge-m3 embedding model and evaluating its performance using MRR, Recall, and AUC. The second stage applies prompt engineering techniques, namely the SRSM and Autodefense, to mitigate direct-injection and escape-character prompt injection attacks. The third stage evaluates the proposed RAG system using Precision, Recall, and F1-Score metrics against four baseline models. The results of research show that the fine-tuned embedding model achieves higher performance than the original model, with MRR@1 and Recall@1 values of 0.80 and an AUC@100 of 0.7023. In addition, the proposed prompt engineering techniques demonstrate robustness against prompt injection attacks, while the overall RAG system attains a perfect Precision, Recall, and F1-Score of 1.00. In conclusion, the proposed approach effectively enhances retrieval accuracy, embedding quality, and system security, resulting in a more reliable RAG-based FAQ system for information technology product security certification.

Abstrak: Studi ini membahas optimasi RAG untuk sistem FAQ di bidang sertifikasi keamanan produk teknologi informasi di BSSN. Meskipun LLM menghasilkan respons yang andal, mereka seringkali kurang memiliki pengetahuan terkini dan spesifik domain, yang dapat diatasi melalui pendekatan RAG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem RAG spesifik domain dengan meningkatkan kinerja embedding, meningkatkan ketahanan prompt dan meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan. Metode penelitian terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap pertama melibatkan fine-tuning model embedding bge-m3 dan mengevaluasi kinerjanya menggunakan Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR), Recall, dan AUC. Tahap kedua menerapkan teknik rekayasa prompt, yaitu Self- SRSM dan Autodefense, untuk mengurangi serangan direct-injection dan escape-character prompt injection. Tahap ketiga mengevaluasi sistem RAG yang diusulkan menggunakan metrik Presisi, Recall, dan F1-Score terhadap empat model dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model embedding yang disempurnakan mencapai kinerja yang lebih tinggi daripada model asli, dengan nilai MRR@1 dan Recall@1 sebesar 0,80 dan AUC@100 sebesar 0,7023. Selain itu, teknik rekayasa prompt yang diusulkan menunjukkan ketahanan terhadap serangan injeksi prompt, sementara sistem RAG secara keseluruhan mencapai Presisi, Recall, dan F1-Score sempurna sebesar 1,00. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan yang diusulkan secara efektif meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan, kualitas embedding dan keamanan sistem, menghasilkan sistem FAQ berbasis RAG yang lebih andal untuk sertifikasi keamanan produk teknologi informasi.

The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which facilitates the determination of priority handling of community complaint reports at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Bengkulu Representation. This decision support system is built on a web-based platform using PHP programming language with a MySQL database that can be accessed offline by the admin of the Ombudsman. With the existence of this priority recommendation, it is expected that work will become more effective and efficient, as resources can be focused on reports that most need attention. Based on the test data used, which consists of 12 Community Complaint Reports from July 2024, it was found that the priority handling recommendations for community complaint reports were derived from 3 reports with the highest final AHP values. The recommended priority handling reports are registration number 0021/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 2.074, registration number 0020/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.964, and registration number 0018/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.866.

The purpose of this study is to build a Desktop-based decision support system application that can facilitate hospitals in selecting the eligibility of the scan results of Covid 19 patient data. The urgency in examining the scan results of Corona patient data is a very pressing public health issue, because the long-term impact is very significant for patients. Thus, a scientific discipline is needed that can support the decision-making process, namely the Decision Support System using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. PSI is a simple and easy calculation method, based on statistical concepts without having to determine attribute weights. The results of this method are clear and firm values based on the level of strength of the rules applied. The results of the research conducted on the PSI process can be concluded that valid Covid 19 patient data is Recap File I with a value of 0.2042 which is declared valid and accepted.
