IUD is a contraceptive that can be used in the long term with high effectiveness in preventing pregnancy, while having minimal risk of side effects if used correctly, but the number of IUD usage in Indonesia is still relatively low compared to other contraceptive methods. Research Objective: To determine the effect of knowledge and attitude on the interest of mothers in using IUD KB at the Wanayasa Health Center. Method: This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 66 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using bivariate and univariate, significance was determined if (p value <0.05). data processing was carried out using SPSS. Result: The results of the study showed that in the knowledge variable there were 37 respondents with good knowledge, 23 respondents with sufficient knowledge and 6 respondents with less knowledge. As for the attitude variable, there were 52 respondents with positive attitudes and 14 respondents with negative attitudes. The results of this study also show that there is an influence between knowledge and interest in mothers using IUD with P-Value = 0.003, while the attitude variable also shows that there is an influence between attitude and interest in mothers using IUD with P-Value = 0.010. The implementation method employed a participatory approach by involving students, teachers, and parents in various Islamic competitions, such as the call to prayer (adhan), Qur’anic speech (syarhil Qur’an), Qur’anic recitation (tartil) and memorization (hifdzul Qur’an), calligraphy decoration, and Islamic quiz competitions. These activities were designed not only as competitive events but also as educational media for the internalization of Islamic values such as discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, and self-confidence. The results indicated an increase in students’ motivation to learn religion, discipline in worship, and the development of mutual respect among peers. Therefore, Islamic competitions proved to be effective in strengthening the character of elementary school students while serving as an alternative community service activity that benefits both schools and society.

ed on ICD-10 according to the 2023 National Medical Practice Guidelines (PNPK) at Udayana Hospital II in Denpasar. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with a total sampling approach of 72 medical records of pneumonia patients during the period from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The research instrument was a checklist for assessing the accuracy of diagnosis codes based on the provisions of ICD-10 and PNPK Pneumonia 2023. The results showed that 51 files (70.8%) were coded accurately, while 21 files (29.2%) were coded inaccurately. The inaccuracy in coding was due to a lack of supporting tests, such as microbiological tests, as well as the excessive workload of the coders. These findings indicate the need for an analysis of coders' workload to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of their tasks, time management, and priorities. This study is expected to serve as evaluation material to improve the quality of service and efficiency of hospital administration.

examines the implementation of service quality in Islamic boarding schools in the Riau Islands Province and its influence on academic achievement, focusing on SMPIT Assakinah Tanjung Pinang, SMPS Al-Himmah Karimun, and SMP BP Tahfidz Attaubah Batam. Service quality in this context is defined as a student-centered paradigm that integrates academic, pastoral, and social dimensions. Drawing on perspectives from Crosby, Sallis, and Brewster, quality is measured by responsiveness to needs, continuous improvement, and the integration of academic rigor, pastoral care, and co-curricular enrichment. Academic achievement, as described by Bloom, is shaped by cognitive, affective, and environmental factors, where the structured environment of boarding schools can maximize outcomes. This research employed a qualitative case study approach with data gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using an interactive model. Findings reveal that service quality is implemented through four stages: (1) conceptualization with a vision integrating national and diniyah curricula; (2) implementation involving active learning, dormitory services, extracurricular programs, and Islamic character building; (3) improvement via SWOT-based evaluation, facility upgrades, teacher development, and digitalization; and (4) continuous evaluation for relevance and effectiveness. The study concludes that comprehensive, integrated service quality is a decisive factor for success in boarding schools. Effective service quality fosters both academic achievement and the development of religious, independent, and morally sound students. By applying Total Quality Management principles, Islamic boarding schools can establish an optimal educational ecosystem, producing a superior and globally competitive generation rooted in Islamic values.

. Limited English proficiency among local children has long hindered effective communication with foreign visitors and restricted opportunities for community-based tourism development. To address this challenge, the program incorporated basic English vocabulary related to the beach environment into interactive activities, such as songs, games, visual aids, and direct exploration of local surroundings. These methods were designed to provide authentic, engaging, and memorable language learning experiences tailored to the learners’ environment. A pre-test and post-test design was employed to evaluate the program’s effectiveness. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in students’ vocabulary mastery, with mean scores rising from 61.36 on the pre-test to 89.73 on the post-test. Statistical analysis using a paired sample t-test revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirming that CTL significantly enhanced vocabulary acquisition. The normalized gain (N-Gain) indicated a high level of progress among participants, showing consistent improvement across all learners. Beyond cognitive gains, qualitative observations indicated that students exhibited greater confidence, motivation, and environmental awareness as they linked English lessons to familiar contexts. This program illustrates that CTL offers a practical, low-cost, and highly effective strategy for empowering youth in remote island communities. By contextualizing English instruction in real-life settings, CTL not only fosters academic achievement but also supports community engagement, cultural pride, and sustainable human resource development in rural tourism areas.

l of compliance with PPE usage varies and is influenced by the knowledge and attitude of the staff. This issue highlights the need to understand the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of cleaning service staff and their compliance with the use of PPE. This study employed an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 58 cleaning service staff participated as respondents, selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that 60.3% of respondents had good knowledge regarding the use of PPE, while 73% had a positive attitude toward its usage. The chi-square test revealed a p-value of 0.03 (<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between attitude and compliance with PPE usage among cleaning service staff. The chi-square test for the relationship between knowledge and compliance yielded a p-value of 0.01 (<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between knowledge and compliance. The findings indicate that the knowledge of cleaning service staff positively correlates with their compliance in using PPE. Staff members with good knowledge were more likely to comply with PPE usage. Adequate knowledge enables staff to understand laboratory risks and the benefits of PPE in preventing exposure to hazardous materials, thereby encouraging safer behavior, promoting communication among staff, reminding one another, and embedding safety values into daily work routines.

eteness of medical record documentation, particularly in the emergency department, is an indicator of service quality that requires serious attention. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of completeness of identification, authentication, recording, and important reporting in the medical records of emergency patients diagnosed with hypertension at Wangaya Regional Hospital, Denpasar City. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population was all 330 medical records of emergency patients diagnosed with hypertension. A sample of 199 files was drawn using a probability sampling technique using a simple random sampling approach. The results showed that completeness of identification reached 100%, authentication reached 176 documents (88.44%), recording reached 174 documents (84.44%), and reporting reached 159 documents (79.90%). It can be concluded that identification had the highest level of completeness, while reporting had the lowest level of completeness. Researchers suggest that hospitals increase outreach and supervision of medical staff, especially in emergency installations, regarding the importance of completeness and timeliness of filling out medical record documents.
