s known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to analyze the effect of Psychological Capital (PsyCap), which comprises hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism, on nurses' OCB in regional hospitals and to identify the most dominant dimension influencing OCB. Employing a quantitative correlational approach, this research collected primary data through structured questionnaires distributed to nurses as respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis to test variable relationships and the moderating effects of demographic factors. The results indicate that the levels of PsyCap and OCB among nurses are relatively high, with resilience emerging as the most significant predictor of OCB. These findings strengthen the position of PsyCap as an essential psychological resource that fosters prosocial behaviors among nurses, especially in regional hospitals often challenged by limited human resources. The implications suggest that hospital management should design PsyCap enhancement programs, focusing particularly on strengthening nurses' mental resilience to sustainably improve healthcare service quality. This study also contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on organizational behavior within the Indonesian healthcare sector.

. Limited English proficiency among local children has long hindered effective communication with foreign visitors and restricted opportunities for community-based tourism development. To address this challenge, the program incorporated basic English vocabulary related to the beach environment into interactive activities, such as songs, games, visual aids, and direct exploration of local surroundings. These methods were designed to provide authentic, engaging, and memorable language learning experiences tailored to the learners’ environment. A pre-test and post-test design was employed to evaluate the program’s effectiveness. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in students’ vocabulary mastery, with mean scores rising from 61.36 on the pre-test to 89.73 on the post-test. Statistical analysis using a paired sample t-test revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirming that CTL significantly enhanced vocabulary acquisition. The normalized gain (N-Gain) indicated a high level of progress among participants, showing consistent improvement across all learners. Beyond cognitive gains, qualitative observations indicated that students exhibited greater confidence, motivation, and environmental awareness as they linked English lessons to familiar contexts. This program illustrates that CTL offers a practical, low-cost, and highly effective strategy for empowering youth in remote island communities. By contextualizing English instruction in real-life settings, CTL not only fosters academic achievement but also supports community engagement, cultural pride, and sustainable human resource development in rural tourism areas.

ctivity are crucial elements for the success and sustainability of organizations amidst intense business competition and dynamic changes in the work environment, including adaptation to work models such as Work From Home (WFH). This article uses a qualitative literature study method on articles/journals covering various key variables such as organizational/work culture, work environment, compensation, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workload, work discipline, work stress, and work-life balance. The results of the analysis indicate a complex and interrelated relationship between these variables. It is consistently found that a positive organizational culture, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on improving performance and productivity. A conducive work environment and job satisfaction often act as important mediators in this relationship. However, the influence of variables such as compensation, workload, and work discipline show varying results depending on the organizational context and individual characteristics. This study underlines the importance of a holistic and integrated human resource management approach to optimize employee performance and productivity. Practical implications and suggestions for further research are also discussed.

One prominent manifestation of this progress is the rise of social media platforms, including YouTube Shorts, which offer short-form videos in an engaging and fast-paced format. This platform has gained immense popularity, not only among adults but also among children and adolescents. While YouTube Shorts can serve as a source of education and entertainment, its unrestricted access regardless of age raises serious concerns. Children are particularly vulnerable to exposure to content that is inappropriate for their psychological development, such as verbal violence, consumerist lifestyles, deviant behavior, and misleading information. This situation prompts a fundamental question: to what extent do digital broadcasts influence students’ mindset and behavior? This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the impact of YouTube Shorts consumption on students. The findings reveal a duality of influence: on one hand, appropriate content can enhance literacy, creativity, and language proficiency. On the other hand, without proper supervision, this platform may lead to addiction, weaken social interaction, and normalize behaviors that contradict educational values. Therefore, collaboration between parents and educators is essential. Active supervision at home and digital ethics education at school are crucial to shaping a generation that is both critical and wise in navigating the digital information landscape.

ethod, the study spanned three cycles, involving 35 students from the aforementioned class. Conducted from March to May 2024 at SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta, data collection included observation, testing, and documentation. Results revealed a significant enhancement in student academic performance through the implementation of digital literacy in Social Studies instruction. Analysis across cycles demonstrated consistent improvement in learning mastery, with percentages escalating from 62.85% in the first cycle to 77.14% in the second, and ultimately reaching 85.71% in the third cycle. Beyond academic achievement, the integration of digital literacy fostered active student engagement in the learning process. Students participated more vigorously in discussions, shared information, and adeptly utilized technology to access learning resources. This underscores the dual role of digital literacy: not only as a means of information retrieval but also as a tool for fostering deeper student engagement. Consequently, these findings offer valuable insights for enhancing educational quality, particularly in leveraging digital technology to facilitate more effective and interactive learning experiences.

In humor translation, coherence refers to the interconnectedness of meaning based on shared context and knowledge between the author and the audience, rather than simply the structure of sentences. However, humor is inherently ambiguous and open to multiple interpretations, making its meaning not always directly transferable. A single mistranslated element can alter the entire comedic effect, as humor is often highly culture-specific. In this case, the translator’s role extends beyond language transfer to bridging the knowledge gap that the target audience might have, sometimes at the cost of the humor’s spontaneity. This challenge creates a dilemma between preserving natural comedic effect and delivering accurate meaning. As a result, humor translation often leans toward either overly literal or overly liberal approaches, each with the risk of losing essential nuance. Therefore, pragmatic equivalence involves more than just finding corresponding meanings; it also requires sensitivity to the social and cultural contexts that shape audience responses. The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, with 27 companies selected as samples, making a total of 135 companies studied from the period 2017-2021. The research technique used was multiple linear regression analysis.Partially, the findings of this research state that: 1) Activity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, indicated by a significant value of 0.052 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 1.963 > 1.65648. 2) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.044 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 2.038 > 1.65648. 3) Solvency has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 18.944 > 1.65648. 4) Simultaneously, activity, liquidity, and solvency have a positive and significant effect on profitability, as indicated by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-value of 147.949 > 3.07. The determination test shows that 76.7% of the variations in activity, liquidity, and solvency affect profitability, while 23.3% (100% - 76.7%) is influenced by other factors beyond the independent variables studied in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2021.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan Bosowa Transportation mengenai komunikasi lintas generasi melalui psikoedukasi non-training berbasis infografis. Metode yang digunakan diawali dengan need assessment melalui kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi karyawan. Intervensi diberikan dalam bentuk poster infografis bertema “Connect Beyond Age: Cara Berkomunikasi Lintas Generasi”, yang dilaksanakan di unit bisnis Oto Klinik, Oto Rental, dan Taksi Bosowa. Untuk mengukur efektivitas intervensi, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, sebagian besar karyawan belum memahami konsep komunikasi lintas generasi secara menyeluruh. Setelah diberikan intervensi berupa psikoedukasi non training, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman karyawan terkait perbedaan gaya komunikasi antar generasi, hambatan yang sering muncul, serta strategi komunikasi efektif yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan kerja. Dengan demikian, psikoedukasi berbasis infografis terbukti efektif sebagai media edukatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi lintas generasi dan mendukung terciptanya interaksi kerja yang lebih harmonis di Bosowa Transportation.

Abstrak: Kecanggihan teknologi tidak lain didukung oleh perkembangan AI. AI atau Artificial Intelligence merupakan teknologi yang dirancang untuk membuat suatu sistem yang meniru kemampuan dari manusia. kemampuan AI untuk saat sekarang ini sudah tidak diragukan lagi dikarenakan AI dapat menganalisa data dengan cepat, bisa membuat suatu keputusan dengan sangat akurat serta dapat membantu dalam hal mengolah data yang sudah ada dalam jangka waktu yang singkat. this research, which is quantitative in nature, was the employees of the production unit with a total number of 86 respondents. It is done with data analysis method, using multiple linear regressions.The result of this study indicates that the variables of intrinsic motivation and quality of work life simultanneously affect the employee’s performance with a contribution of 37,3%, while the remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors, which are beyond this study.Partially, intrinsic motivation variables negatively affect and have a significant influence on performance. This is due to the different work cultures in the sector.
