LEARN, PLAY, AND EXPLORE: DISCOVERING EDUTECHMENT AT TAMAN PINTAR YOGYAKARTA

Martuji, Sazliana Idmi, Pamungkas, Joko
Abstract: The changing characteristics of children’s learning in the digital era have created a need for learning environments that are more interactive, visual, and experience-based. Conventional learning is increasingly considered… ered less effective in maintaining children’s engagement due to limited opportunities for exploration and direct interaction during the learning process. In response to this condition, the concept of edutechment has emerged as an approach that integrates educational and entertainment elements to create more enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences. This study aims to analyze the implementation of edutechment at Taman Pintar Yogyakarta as a nonformal educational tourism space. This study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive observational research design. Data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and field notes involving child visitors, guides, and employees of Taman Pintar. The data were analyzed descriptively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that Taman Pintar Yogyakarta has implemented the concept of edutechment through the integration of technology, multimedia, simulations, and educational play activities within various interactive attractions. Children were actively involved in exploration, experimentation, and direct interaction with learning media, creating more concrete and enjoyable learning experiences. However, the study also found that some children tended to focus more on entertainment aspects than on understanding educational concepts. Therefore, stronger facilitation and reflective learning strategies are needed to optimize the implementation of edutechment.

DETERMINANT FACTORS INFLUENCING NURSING RESILIENCE ON NURSING WORK EFFICIENCY AT KING FAHAD SPECIALIST HOSPITAL – QASSIM CLUSTER 2026

A, Hanan Saad, Alayed, Alayed, Hasan, Hafizah Che
Abstract: The complexity of modern healthcare services has led nursing personnel to face high workloads, intensive emotional demands, and dynamic, high-risk working environments. These conditions make nursing resilience an essential… al psychological factor in maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of nursing performance. This study aimed to analyze the determinant factors influencing nursing resilience and its impact on nursing work efficiency at King Fahad Specialist Hospital in 2026. This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The study population consisted of all active nurses at the Qassim Health Cluster, totaling 4,425 nurses. A total of 356 respondents were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Nursing Resilience Scale, Nursing Work Efficiency Scale, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, and Perceived Organizational Support Scale, all of which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that organizational support (β = 0.431; p < 0.001), work engagement (β = 0.388; p < 0.001), psychological well-being (β = 0.362; p < 0.001), and a supportive work environment (β = 0.295; p < 0.001) had significant positive effects on nursing resilience. Conversely, high workload negatively affected nursing resilience (β = -0.276; p < 0.001). Nursing resilience was also found to have a significant positive effect on nursing work efficiency (β = 0.614; p < 0.001). The R-square value of 0.71 indicated that the research model explained 71% of the variance in nursing work efficiency. Nursing resilience is a strategic psychological resource influenced by organizational, psychological, and work environment factors in improving nursing work efficiency. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of nursing management and healthcare organizational behavior literature, as well as practical contributions for hospitals in designing strategies to strengthen healthcare workers’ psychological resilience based on human-centered healthcare management.

FACTORS INFLUENCING WOMEN’S KNOWLEDGE OF BREAST CANCER: LITERATURE REVIEW

Andre Budi, Lady Evelyn Aritonang, Hendrianto
Abstract: Breast cancer remained the most frequently diagnosed cancer among women and continued to contribute substantially to morbidity and mortality, particularly in developing countries. In Indonesia, most breast cancer cases were… ere detected at an advanced stage, indicating inadequate knowledge and low awareness of early detection. This study aimed to identify factors influencing women’s knowledge of breast cancer through a systematic literature review. A literature review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews. Ten national and international research articles published between 2021 and 2025 were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by simple descriptive statistics through vote counting. The results showed that women’s knowledge of breast cancer was influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors included education level, age, attitudes and awareness, and psychological factors. External factors comprised access to information and educational media, the role of health professionals, educational interventions, socioeconomic status, cultural norms, and family support. Education level and access to information were identified as the most dominant factors based on their frequency across the reviewed studies. It was concluded that women’s knowledge of breast cancer was shaped by the interaction between individual characteristics and social environments. Comprehensive and sustainable health education strategies were therefore required to improve breast cancer awareness and support early detection practices.

PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS BEHIND THE ACCEPTANCE OF DEEPFAKE-BASED HUMOR AND DIGITAL HARASSMENT

Kurrota Aini, Vidya Nindhita, Hapsari Puspita Rini
Abstract: The objective of this study was to examine how deepfake-based humor becomes socially acceptable despite its potential to function as digital harassment. This study focused on psychological mechanisms that explain audience… e tolerance and normalization of harmful, identity-based humorous content in online environments. This study used a scoping review design to map and synthesize existing research across psychology, media studies, and cyberpsychology. The sources were identified through searches in major academic databases and were selected based on their relevance to deepfake technology, digital humor, online harassment, and psychological processes such as moral disengagement, online disinhibition, empathy reduction, and social norm reinforcement. The results indicate that acceptance of deepfake-based humor is commonly supported by four interrelated mechanisms, namely normalization through participatory digital culture, psychological distancing that weakens empathy, moral ambiguity created by humorous framing, and reduced accountability through diffusion of responsibility in online spaces. In addition, the literature conceptualizes deepfake humor as a hybrid phenomenon situated between remix-based entertainment and identity-targeting harm, shaped by platform visibility and engagement dynamics. This review highlights that deepfake-based humor may be tolerated not because it is harmless, but because it is routinely framed as “just a joke,” making its harm easier to minimize and socially overlook. Therefore, this study emphasizes the need for more direct empirical research and stronger interventions to prevent deepfake-based humor from becoming a normalized form of digital harassment in increasingly synthetic digital environments.

THE MEDIATING ROLE OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ON THE EFFECT OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION (DEI) ON SOCIAL-ESG PERFORMANCE : A LITERATURE REVIEW

Sofia Yulmatri, Agung Surya Dwianto
Abstract: This literature review examines the mediating role of employee engagement in the relationship between Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices and corporate Social-ESG performance. Amidst the growing emphasis on… ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria, the social dimension, particularly DEI, is recognized as a strategic driver of sustainability. While prior research indicates positive links between DEI and social performance, and between DEI and employee engagement, the specific mechanism connecting these variables remains underexplored. This study synthesizes existing literature to propose and analyze a conceptual model where employee engagement acts as a key mediator. Grounded in Social Exchange Theory and the Job Demands-Resources model, the review finds that inclusive environments foster psychological safety, a sense of belonging, and empowerment, which significantly enhance employee engagement. This heightened engagement, in turn, motivates prosocial behaviors such as Organizational Citizenship Behavior, internal advocacy, and proactive innovation that directly improve measurable Social-ESG outcomes. The analysis concludes that the effect of DEI on Social-ESG performance is not merely direct but is substantially transmitted and amplified through the psychological state and subsequent behaviors of engaged employees. The study highlights the necessity for organizations to integrate DEI strategies with employee engagement initiatives to fully realize their social sustainability goals and provides a foundation for future empirical testing of this mediating relationship.

Sarah Nasution, Sri Handayani Hsb, Anita Adinda
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of gamified learning environments in improving literacy skills among primary school students. Gamification, which incorporates game elements such as points, badges, levels, and… d challenges into the learning process, is considered capable of enhancing motivation and student engagement—particularly in literacy learning, which young learners often perceive as less appealing. This research employed a mixed-methods design involving students from both lower and upper primary grades as research subjects. Quantitative data were collected through literacy tests and motivation questionnaires, while qualitative data were gathered through observations and interviews. The findings reveal that gamified learning environments significantly improve students’ reading comprehension, vocabulary mastery, and reading interest. Moreover, game elements such as challenges and rewards positively influence students’ learning motivation and persistence in completing literacy tasks. These results highlight gamification as an effective and innovative approach to enhancing literacy skills, making it a valuable strategy for integration into primary school instruction.

Strengthening teacher competence and establishing transparent ethical frameworks are crucial for ensuring responsible AI integration in primary education. These findings provide practical insights into balancing innovation and ethics in early educational contexts.

DEVELOPING A GROWTH MINDSET IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS: A TRAINING GUIDE TO ENHANCE DEEP LEARNING

Wahdeni, Tuti khairani, Khairani Hasibuan, Hamka
Abstract: The training program “Developing a Growth Mindset Among Elementary School Teachers: A Training Guide for Enhancing Deep Learning” was organized by the Department of Education of Mandailing Natal Regency to strengthen teachers’… teachers’ pedagogical competence and foster a student-centered learning culture. This initiative was motivated by the 2022 PISA results, which revealed that more than 99% of Indonesian students could only solve problems at lower levels (Lower Order Thinking Skills), while less than 1% reached higher levels (Higher Order Thinking Skills). One of the underlying causes is the prevalence of a fixed mindset among teachers—the belief that intelligence is innate and difficult to change. This training aimed to cultivate a growth mindset based on Carol S. Dweck’s (2006) theory, which emphasizes that abilities can be developed through effort and learning strategies. The method employed was a reflective andragogical workshop involving material presentations, microteaching simulations, and collaborative reflections. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of the growth mindset concept and its implementation in deep learning. Teachers began providing process praise, applying The Power of Yet strategy, and creating emotionally safe and collaborative classroom environments. Furthermore, the establishment of the Growth-Oriented Teacher Community of Mandailing Natal (KGB-Madina) emerged as a sustainable platform for sharing best teaching practices and fostering continuous professional growth.

BULLYING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HADITH IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

Ria Zubaidah, Romlah Abubakar Askar, Abdul Ghofur
Abstract: Bullying is a deviant behavior that has serious impacts on the mental and social well-being of its victims, particularly within educational environments. From an Islamic perspective, acts of harming others—whether physically,… ically, verbally, or psychologically—are in direct contradiction to the values taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This study aims to examine the perspective of hadith on bullying behavior and its relevance in shaping students’ character and social ethics. This research employs a library research method, with data obtained from primary hadith sources such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other supporting literature. The findings indicate that bullying is strongly prohibited in hadith, as it contradicts the principles of Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), the prohibition of harming others, and the obligation to uphold the dignity of fellow Muslims. The Prophet’s traditions guide Muslims to guard their speech and actions, avoid mockery, and build social relationships based on compassion and mutual respect. Therefore, the internalization of hadith values can serve as a fundamental basis for bullying prevention in educational settings.
