plies (Molina & Albir, 2012) translation techniques framework to identify how judgment meanings are transferred into English. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the data consist of clauses containing judgment expressions in Indonesian and its translation in English. The findings reveal that translation techniques such as modulation, amplification, established equivalence and literal translation are predominantly employed to preserve positive judgment values especially normality and propriety. The study demonstrates that translation technique choices significantly influence the maintenance of cultural values, moral evaluation, and character identity. This research contributes to translation studies by integrating appraisal theory with translation techniques in the context of traditional cultural texts.

In addition, violations of the prudential principle and weak internal controls led to investment decisions being made without adequate risk considerations and opened opportunities for collusion between internal and external parties of the company. The findings of this study emphasize that fraud is a direct consequence of governance system failure rather than merely the actions of individuals. Therefore, this study recommends the need for comprehensive governance reform through strengthening risk management, enhancing the transparency of investment reporting, and implementing independent oversight mechanisms to prevent similar cases in the future.

Based on this phenomenon, the authors are interested in conducting research by taking the title: "The Effect of the Driving School Project, Parents' Occupation and Family Environment on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Students of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang ". This study aimed to determine the effect of the driving school project, Parents' Employment, and Family Environment, on the Entrepreneurial Interest of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang students. This research uses a quantitative research design with a linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between variables X1, X2, and X3 based on the well-being of students in the Jombang schools. The results showed that 1) the driving school project variable did not affect the entrepreneurial interest of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang students. 2) The variable of parents' occupation affects the entrepreneurial interest of students of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang. 3) Family environment variables affect the entrepreneurial interest of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang students. 4) The variables of driving school projects, parents' work, and the family environment simultaneously and positively affect the variable of entrepreneurial interest of students of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang. Based on the analysis of the article, the researcher obtained articles including, the span of the article publication within a period of 12 years. From the 10 journals studied and analyzed above, it can be concluded that the prevention and treatment of hamstring injuries requires a comprehensive approach, both through education and physiotherapy.

This study aims to identify the main challenges faced by MSMEs in recording and reporting assets, analyze the factors that cause a lack of accuracy in asset recording, and evaluate the effect of limited managerial knowledge and access to technology on the quality of financial reports. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with MSME owners/managers and field observations. The results of the study indicate that lack of accounting knowledge, limited human resources, and minimal technological support are the main factors that hinder accurate asset recording. In addition, inaccuracies in financial reports can have a negative impact on the ability of MSMEs to obtain funding from financial institutions or investors. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase capacity through management training and the use of accounting technology to improve the transparency and accuracy of MSME financial reports.

Dengan adanya produk lokal Biomassa, peningkatan mutu UMKM melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan design product untuk pelaku UMKM (PKK) di daerah Enok. Pertama, tahap pembuatan produk Biomassa yang dilaksanakan pada minggu ketiga. Kedua, tahap persiapan yang dilaksanakan pada minggu kelima. Ketiga, minggu yang sama tahap penyusunan materi dan menyiapkan segala bahan keperluan dalam melaksanakan pelatihan desain digital marketing pada produk lokal. Keempat, pada minggu yang sama tahap terakhir pelaksanaan pelatihan digital marketing. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM sangat antusisas mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi pembuatan produk yang sebelumnya tidak terfikirkan oleh masyarakat yang bisa menjadi inovasi baru serta semangat dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan digital marketing.

d. The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.
