ligations" and "religious obligations," where Muslim PTM students struggle to maintain consistency in Islamic discipline, such as five-times prayer and moral development. This research aims to explore the challenges faced by Mechanical Engineering Education (PTM) students in maintaining Islamic discipline amid high academic demands. The method used is a Literature Review with a critical approach, which collects and analyzes various literature to identify gaps in knowledge. The main findings reveal that the primary challenges include the decline of ethical values such as honesty due to the impact of social changes and technological advancements, the risk of weakened character caused by the influence of global secular culture, and the heavy curriculum burden that leads to mental and physical exhaustion as well as conflicts between academic schedules and religious obligations. Furthermore, students' excessive focus on achieving high GPA and technical skills often neglects moral development, compounded by the lack of integration of the ta’dib concept and insufficient support from social environments that can enforce discipline. Therefore, a holistic and integrated solution is necessary to make Islamic ethics the foundation of academic and professional behavior,balancing technical expertise and spiritual aspects so that PTM students can become competent individuals with strong Islamic character.

Di tengah arus digitalisasi dan keterbukaan informasi yang tinggi, generasi Z menghadapi tantangan karakter yang kompleks, seperti menurunnya empati, sikap individualis, dan lemahnya kontrol diri. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pendidikan yang tepat guna menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, koordinator pendidikan karakter, guru PAI, dan siswa SMA Jawahirul Hikmah Tulungagung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana peran guru PAI mampu berperan dalam pembentukan karakter siswa generasi Z melalui kegiatan keagamaan, keteladanan guru, serta dukungan lingkungan sekolah yang religius. This research employs a quantitative method with communication intensity as the independent variable and marital commitment as the dependent variable. The subjects of this study are 30 individuals experiencing long distance marriage. Data were collected using Likert scales, specifically the communication intensity scale and the marital commitment scale. The obtained data were analyzed using simple regression techniques. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between marital commitment and communication intensity. Education focused on these aspects helps create well-rounded students who possess not only intellectual capabilities but also strong moral values, empathy, and the ability to contribute positively to society. However, the rise of globalization and technological advancements, particularly through social media, presents challenges in preserving Islamic values in education. These external influences can expose students to ideologies and behaviors that conflict with Islamic principles. Historical Islamic figures, including the Prophets, have exemplified the correct practice of akidah and akhlak, setting an example for current generations. The Quran and Hadith emphasize the importance of adhering to moral values and avoiding negative behaviors. As such, integrating akidah and akhlak in the PAI curriculum is vital for developing students' character and integrity. This study aims to explore how moral education can shape the character of students by focusing on akidah and akhlak, and how this integration can create a generation that is responsible, principled, and capable of thriving in a complex and diverse world. (PAI), the biggest challenge today is how to deliver teaching materials effectively, adaptively, and relevant to the development of the times and the characteristics of the digital generation. Deep learning implementations offer a variety of opportunities to support a more personalized, interactive, and efficient learning process. Through an algorithm-based approach, deep learning is able to process student learning data to provide a learning experience tailored to individual learning styles. The application of this technology also allows for automatic assessment of students' understanding through text, voice, and expression analysis, so that teachers can focus more on providing character development and spiritual values. On the other hand, the use of AI-based chatbots and intelligent assistants can facilitate discussions and consultations about Islamic teachings instantly and factually. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive qualitative study with a literature study and case study approach. Data were collected through a review of national and international scientific literature and focused observations on the practice of AI implementation in several madrassas and Islamic schools in Indonesia. The analysis was carried out thematically by identifying patterns, opportunities, and challenges of applying deep learning in PAI learning. The results of this study are expected to make a scientific contribution to the development of technology-based Islamic education in the digital era.

rab traders. The Islamization process, guided by a tasawwuf approach, unfolded smoothly, making it easy for the people of Aceh to embrace the Islamic faith. This underscores the significant role played by the tasawwuf approach and tariqa in the Islamization process. Consequently, the prevailing Islamic thought embraced by the community is infused with the practices of tasawwuf. Tariqa, etymologically meaning a method of practice to achieve a goal, has witnessed a notable increase in its development within the Islamic community. In Sufi terminology, “tariqa” is a form of spiritual practice and soul training aimed at attaining haqiqa (the essence) and ma'rifa (gnosis). These practices and exercises are guided by a spiritual teacher known as a “mursyid” (guide) because the journey between Sharia and haqiqa, according to Sufi scholars, must traverse seven great mountains. Islam significantly influences the way of life in Aceh society, with its people adhering firmly and with a commitment to religious teachings. In essence, Islam is a way of life for the people of Aceh. Over time, Acehnese society has changed its outlook on life. Some individuals practice specific tariqa to draw closer to the Creator. Tariqas such as Qadiriyya, Shattariyya, and Naqshbandiyya are among those that have developed in Indonesia. Engaging in the practices of these tariqas will influence the behavioral patterns of society. Moreover, the religious understanding among the community will change. In other words, the evolving tariqa brings a distinctive spiritual enthusiasm to the religious life of Acehnese society.

Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode library research (penelitian kepustakaan) dan content analysis. Sumber data primer adalah kitab-kitab hadis standar seperti Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawud, dan kitab hadis mu'tabar lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran, klasifikasi, dan analisis hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan manajemen pengorganisasian pendidikan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW mengandung prinsip-prinsip manajemen pengorganisasian yang komprehensif, meliputi aspek kepemimpinan, pembagian tugas, koordinasi, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa konsep manajemen dalam hadis menekankan profesionalisme, transparansi, musyawarah, dan pengembangan potensi individual dalam kerangka organisasi pendidikan Islam.Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan perspektif baru dalam memahami konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam berdasarkan sumber normatif hadis, sekaligus menawarkan model pengorganisasian yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai profetik. uctivity is a key indicator of a company’s success, which is influenced by individual capabilities, performance rewards, and a supportive work environment. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents, who are permanent employees of PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya. The data were analyzed using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among the studied variables. The results showed that competence, compensation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. In addition, work motivation significantly mediates the influence of competence, compensation, and work environment on productivity. Therefore, the study concludes that improving employee competence, providing fair and appropriate compensation, and creating a conducive work environment can enhance employee motivation, which ultimately leads to higher productivity at PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya.

This study uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and a juridical-normative approach enriched with empirical data. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with legal practitioners, medical personnel, and hospital managers, accompanied by a documentary study of laws and regulations, court rulings, and related literature. The results of the study show that criminal liability in cases of medical malpractice is generally still focused on individual medical personnel as direct perpetrators, while the accountability of hospital institutions has not been optimally applied in criminal law enforcement practices. In addition, it was found that there is a complex relationship between the professional responsibilities of medical personnel and the institutional obligations of hospitals in ensuring health service standards, including aspects of supervision, risk management, and medical service systems. This study concludes that it is necessary to strengthen the concept of corporate criminal liability for hospitals in cases of medical malpractice in order to create legal certainty and more balanced protection for patients, medical personnel, and health service institutions. The findings of this study contribute to the development of health law studies and become a basis for consideration for policymakers in formulating more effective regulations and law enforcement mechanisms.
