Athiatul Haqqi, Mukhtar Latif, Rusmini, Asrulla
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on organizational commitment among library staff of public senior high schools (SMA Negeri) in Jambi Province, both… h directly and indirectly. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cluster sampling technique across three regions Jambi City, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, and Merangin Regencywith a total of 132 respondents, 97 of whom were included in the analytical sample. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 through structural model testing (inner model) to examine causal relationships among variables. The results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant direct effect on work motivation, whereas organizational culture shows a strong and significant direct effect on the work motivation of library staff. Additionally, leadership style and organizational culture jointly have a significant impact on work motivation. Regarding organizational commitment, the findings reveal that leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation each have a positive and significant direct effect. Further results show that both leadership style and organizational culture exert significant indirect effects on organizational commitment through work motivation, suggesting that work motivation functions as a mediating variable in these relationships. Overall, this study concludes that organizational culture is the most dominant factor influencing both work motivation and organizational commitment, while work motivation strengthens the relationship between leadership and cultural factors and the commitment of library staff. Therefore, efforts to enhance organizational commitment among library personnel in public senior high schools in Jambi Province should focus on cultivating a positive organizational culture, improving effective leadership practices, and providing continuous motivational support.

COMPARISON OF FRESH SERUM TOTAL CHOLESTEROL RESULTS WITH THOSE OF SERUM STORED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 6 HOURS AT JATI PADANG GENERAL HOSPITAL

Sari, Anis Sinta, Yanti, Ni Ketut Ayu Mira, Yanti, Ni Luh Gede Puspita
Abstract: Exposure to X-ray radiation in conventional radiology procedures can pose a health risk, especially for accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients who only bear the risk without gaining any benefit. This study aims to… determine the estimated equivalent dose received by accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients and the safest points during conventional radiology examinations. The method used in this research is a field survey, involving the measurement of equivalent radiation doses inside and outside the examination room using a personal dosimeter, as well as measuring the radiation dose rate at 6 points using a surveymeter. The data was processed to obtain the highest and lowest values, as well as the percentage of equivalent dose obtained compared to the established Dose Limit Value (DLV). The results showed that the highest radiation dose received by accompanying caregivers inside the examination room reached 13,46 µSv, with a percentage of 0,27% relative to the DLV, while the lowest dose recorded was 1,12 µSv, with a percentage of 0,0224% relative to the DLV. Analysis of the radiation dose rate distribution revealed that the greater the distance of the measurement point from the radiation source (tube), the smaller the dose received. In conclusion, the radiation dose received by accompanying caregivers is still below the Dose Limit Value (DLV) for caregivers, which is 5.000 µSv. However, to minimize stochastic effects, the implementation of additional protective measures, such as the use of lead aprons and selecting safer locations within the examination room, is highly recommended. These findings are expected to serve as a guide in enhancing the safety of accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients in conventional radiology units.

Mayang Puspita Sari, Nadia Khairunnisa, Sarmila
Abstract: Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human life, but economic constraints often prevent many students from continuing their education. The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) was launched to address these… ese issues by providing educational assistance. However, in its implementation, the selection of PIP recipients at IT Al-Ikhsan Private Junior High School is still inaccurate. This research aims to classify the eligibility of PIP recipients using the Naive Bayes method. This method is applied to student data from the school's Dapodik in 2024 which consists of 265 students. The data is processed through CRISP-DM data mining stages, namely Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment. As a result, the Naive Bayes model showed an accuracy of 92.31% with a precision value for the “Yes” class of 89%, recall 100%, and F1-score 94%. In conclusion, variables such as means of transportation, KPS and KIP recipients, parents' income, and distance from home to school affect the eligibility of PIP recipients.
