ndonesia. The program is motivated by the need for a learning medium integrating Buddhist teachings with direct experience in a religious and cultural environment. The implementation adopted a participatory and collaborative approach, engaging participants particularly university students in ritual activities, Dharma discussions, and the practice of moral precepts (sīla). The selection of Muaro Jambi Temple also served as a strategy to revitalize the site’s function as a center for spiritual cultivation and cultural preservation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the Dharma, adherence to moral precepts, and awareness of the importance of Buddhist cultural heritage. The program fostered the development of religious character and cultural identity, enhancing participants’ commitment to preserving the noble values of Buddhism within the local context. Furthermore, it opened opportunities for the development of history-based religious tourism. In conclusion, this PKM effectively integrates religious education, character building, and cultural preservation. Its sustainability requires multi-stakeholder support to ensure that the values, history, and spirituality of the Nusantara heritage are preserved authentically and meaningfully.

Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi TQM telah berjalan dengan baik melalui pelayanan yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan pengguna, penerapan SOP yang jelas, serta keterlibatan aktif seluruh stakeholder. Proses implementasi dilakukan melalui siklus PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Secara keseluruhan, pelayanan administrasi di sekolah ini dinilai efektif, terstruktur, dan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengacu pada indikator kinerja menurut Mahsun, yaitu produktivitas, responsivitas, dan akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pegawai telah memberikan pelayanan yang cukup baik, ditandai dengan kecepatan, ketepatan, keterbukaan terhadap aspirasi stakeholder, dan penggunaan teknologi penunjang seperti SIAKAD. Meski demikian, terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan SDM, kendala teknis jaringan, dan disiplin kerja yang belum konsisten. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penguatan kompetensi, disiplin, serta inovasi pelayanan agar kualitas layanan publik dapat meningkat.

Stunting is a growth and development disorder characterized by a child's height that is not appropriate for their age. This study aims to analyze the performance of the family support team in an effort to reduce the incidence of stunting and the factors that influence the performance of the family support team. This study uses a qualitative method using a purposive sampling technique with 38 informants, through interviews, focus group discussions, observations and document reviews. The results of the study revealed that the indicators of the quality and quantity of TPK work in West Sumatra Province that were not in accordance with expectations were neatness, success capability, speed, work results, facilities and infrastructure and coordination between agencies where reports were not in accordance with the existing family system data in the BKKBN application caused by the lack of TPK knowledge in using the elsimil application and four indicators of the national sensitive intervention program were not achieved from the predetermined targets and the increase in stunting cases. Factors that influence TPK performance are the support and commitment of the government and the community, the existence of programs that have a direct impact on the community and, socialization that changes community behavior to care about stunting prevention programs, strengthening the competence of TPK cadres, strengthening convergence and multi-stakeholder involvement, integrated monitoring and evaluation and utilization of stunting risk family data in handling stunting cases.

The study highlights how traditional theories such as Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and Image Repair Theory (IRT) must be adapted to meet the demands of real-time, interactive, and ethically sensitive digital spaces. Through comparative analysis of successful and failed crisis responses—including global cases such as United Airlines and local cases such as Tokopedia—the research reveals that timely, transparent, and empathetic communication on social media significantly influences public perception and corporate reputation recovery. The findings emphasize that a well-designed digital crisis strategy must integrate technical responsiveness with human-centric values to restore trust and sustain long-term relationships with stakeholders.

the project is expected to strengthen economic competitiveness and attract large-scale investment, its implementation has generated significant social, environmental, and governance challenges. Existing studies on Rempang have primarily focused on land disputes, relocation issues, and agrarian conflicts, with limited attention given to disaster risk governance and socio-ecological vulnerability perspectives. This study aims to analyze the development of Rempang Island through the lens of Disaster Risk Governance (DRG) and socio-ecological vulnerability to understand how development policies, environmental change, and governance arrangements interact in shaping risks within coastal regions. This study employs a qualitative approach using literature review and policy analysis. Data were collected from government regulations, official reports, public policy documents, human rights reports, academic publications, and other credible secondary sources. The analytical framework integrates disaster risk governance, socio-ecological vulnerability, and public policy theories. The findings indicate that the Rempang conflict should not be understood solely as an agrarian dispute or community resistance to relocation. Instead, it reflects broader governance challenges associated with integrating disaster risk considerations into coastal development policies. The project has the potential to generate socio-ecological vulnerabilities related to land tenure uncertainty, livelihood transformation, cultural identity concerns, environmental pressures, and limited stakeholder participation. The study argues that sustainable coastal development depends not only on economic investment but also on the capacity of governance systems to manage emerging risks through collaborative, adaptive, and inclusive approaches. The article contributes to the literature by positioning the Rempang case as a governance-of-risk issue and highlighting the need to integrate economic development, environmental sustainability, and disaster risk reduction within coastal governance frameworks.

The implementation stages include observation to identify tourists’ information needs and the role of local actors, the development of contextually appropriate historical educational materials, direct engagement with visitors, and capacity-building for local vendors and guides as independent cultural informants. Results indicate increased tourist interest in historical narratives, observable shifts in visitor behavior toward greater cultural appreciation, and active participation of local business actors in disseminating heritage information. by shifting toward a Business-to-Business (B2B) Digital model to maintain relevance amidst increasingly competitive and dynamic global business competition. This shifting phenomenon demands comprehensive internal readiness, particularly regarding resource orchestration and marketing ambidexterity maturity to balance traditional connectivity business with the exploration of high-value digital service innovation. This research employs a quantitative methodology with descriptive and causal approaches to dissect and objectively measure the level of organizational readiness in facing such market disruptions. Primary data collection was conducted with 385 respondents consisting of employees and strategic stakeholders involved in the transformation process at PT Telkom Indonesia using a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. All collected data were subsequently processed and tested using the SmartPLS version 4 analysis tool to ensure accuracy in modeling the complex relationships between the variables. The data analysis techniques utilized include descriptive statistics to provide a general overview of the data and variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the significance of relationships between latent variables within the research model. The research findings project that corporate strategy significantly and positively influences business transformation success and B2B Digital model development, while simultaneously providing a strong direct impact on strengthening the company's competitiveness at the global level. The analysis results also indicate that internal transformation effectiveness and the implementation of B2B digital solutions are primary determinants capable of substantially enhancing the company's ability to compete across borders in the digital platform era. Furthermore, the mediating roles of business transformation and B2B Digital model variables have proven to be crucial in reinforcing the link between corporate strategic orientation and the achievement of sustainable international competitive advantage. Overall, this study provides an empirical foundation regarding the importance of precise resource orchestration for Telkom Indonesia to realize its vision as a preferred digital telco capable of winning competition in international markets.
