ecent decades, with increasingly fierce competition among leading manufacturers. OPPO, a Chinese technology company founded in 2004 and part of BBK Electronics Corporation, has demonstrated significant competitiveness in the global market despite facing challenges in maintaining its market share from 2021 to 2024. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology, analyzing primary data from OPPO's official documents and secondary data from industry reports and academic literature. Findings show that OPPO implements production sharing in strategic geographic locations, with design and development centralized in China and manufacturing spread across countries that offer labor or infrastructure advantages. The study shows that OPPO's global expansion follows the Uppsala Model of internationalization, starting with culturally and geographically close markets such as Southeast Asia before expanding to more distant regions. Through technology-based supply chain optimization, digital integration, and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI)-based coordination systems, OPPO has developed the ability to manage complex global networks while overcoming geopolitical challenges and supply chain disruptions. This research contributes to understanding how technology companies from developing countries leverage the Global Value Chain to enhance international competitiveness, providing insights into the relationship between supply chain strategy and the success of global expansion in the highly competitive smartphone industry.

e technical skills (tech-savviness), strategic vision, or relational skills? This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 51 articles to deconstruct digital leadership into four main dimensions: (1) Technological, (2) Visionary-Strategic, (3) Relational-Emotional, and (4) Structural-Managerial. The findings reveal an unexpected pattern: the technological dimension only acts as a hygiene factor, while the structural-managerial and visionary-strategic dimensions show the most consistent impact on team performance. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the relational dimension is highly context-dependent, strong in small Agile teams but NOT significant in large bureaucratic organizations. These findings suggest a reframing of the conventional assumption that “digital leaders” must start with technical expertise, and instead suggest that organizations should train digital talent in soft skills and strategic vision, or train existing visionary leaders in basic digital literacy.

Red ginger contains gingerol, an anticoagulant that can inhibit the release of enzymes into prostaglandins, which contribute to inflammation and reduce uterine contractions, thus relieving menstrual pain.To determine the effectiveness of red ginger decoction on adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea in the Karangcengis Village area. This study uses a descriptive case study with respondents of adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea focusing on the administration of red ginger decoction as a complementary therapy. This study was conducted in Karangcengis Village for 3 days starting from June 23-25, 2025. After administering red ginger decoction for 3 days once a day from the first day of menstruation to the third day of menstruation, the results of the pain scale before being given red ginger decoction reached 6 (moderate pain).After administering 200ml of red ginger decoction once daily in the morning for three days, from the first day of menstruation to the third day, the pain scale decreased to a level 1 (mild pain). Administering red ginger decoction to adolescent girls experiencing dysmenorrhea can reduce the pain.

Water Tepid Sponge is a combination of warm compress techniques, superficial vascular block compress techniques and wiping techniques. The compression technique is carried out at several points where there are large blood vessels (neck folds, right and left axillary folds, right and left thigh folds) so that vasodilation occurs and then accelerates evaporation and conduction to lower body temperature in children. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of administering Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) to reduce body temperature in toddlers with hyperthermia problems in Panican Village. Method: This study used a descriptive case study with respondents of toddlers with hyperthermia problems. The focus of this case study is the provision of Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) with hyperthermia problems as a nonpharmacological action. This study was conducted in Panican Village for 3 days starting on 23-25 June 2025. Results: After being given Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) for 3 days with 1 meeting within 15-30 minutes using water temperature of 37oC40oC, the child's body temperature decreased, the initial result was 38.7oC and after being given Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) for 3 days, the result was 37.3oC. Conclusion: Providing Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) can reduce body temperature in toddlers with hyperthermia problems in Panican Village.

, especially among novice researchers, which is indicated by the use of quantitative methods that are not optimal in student theses due to lack of mastery of methodology and statistics, marked by inconsistencies in variable logic, lack of theoretical basis, data bias, sampling technique errors, to inaccuracy in testing the validity of instruments and statistical analysis. Through a systematic and comprehensive literature review, this article aims to present a complete picture of the “roadmap” of quantitative research, including the essence, principles, key stages (starting from problem formulation, sample determination, instrument development, data collection, to analysis and interpretation of results), and its various types, rooted in the positivist paradigm that emphasizes objectivity and hypothesis testing. Although quantitative research offers significant advantages such as time efficiency and generalizability, challenges such as difficulty in data collection and lack of in-depth analysis also need to be overcome, so improving methodological and statistical training is crucial to producing valid, accountable scientific work that contributes significantly to the development of science.

According to data from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) for the period 2019 to 2023, the number of incidents increased significantly from 290,000 cases in 2019 to 1,031,389 cases in 2023. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks. ollows the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model, starting with an analysis of the needs of students and teachers that shows students' tendency towards visual and interactive learning media. This media is designed to present short story writing material in an interesting and easy-to-understand way. The research methods used in this study are research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with descriptive quantitative analysis methods, data collection techniques include media validation questionnaires, practical observations, and short story writing skills tests before (pretest) and after the use of media (posttest). This media prototype is designed with excellent features such as storyline templates, character illustrations, and interactive and visual step-by-step guides. The results of expert validation show a very high level of validity in the material and media aspects. The practicality test showed that the score increased from 0.73 (practical) to 0.97 (very practical). The results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in the short story writing skill score, with an average pretest score of 65 and the posttest increased to 90-98. So, it can be concluded that Canva Magic learning media with the AI-based Magic Write feature is effective and practical to improve short story writing skills in a creative, systematic, and meaningful way for students.

This research is qualitative because it only gives explanations about a problem in the form of words, not numbers. The writer found a structural pattern in the lendawi structure. Pattern (1) for men: silent trigger (inhale) + men starting pattern (2) for women: silent trigger (inhale) + women starting. Occasion: (1) to mourn the death of twenty-one people; (2) to welcome the new family who has just returned from a foreign land; (3) to release the family member to go overseas; (4) to release a girl to marry and follow her husband; (5) to remember a family member who has died; (6) to thank people for offering; (7) to mourn for a person who looks similar to a family member (dead or alive); and (8) to think about hard work in the garden that used to be shared with other family members (either dead or alive but living in some other place). As happened between Baniyamin as the buyer and the late Muhammad Husen as the seller in the binding of the shophouse sale and purchase agreement, there was a default due to the seller not delivering the object of sale and purchase, the buyer had fully paid the price of the shophouse but did not get his rights so that the buyer was disadvantaged in the sale and purchase agreement. The results showed that the buyer made several efforts to obtain his compensation rights for defaults made by the heirs starting from family settlements, giving warning letters twice but there was still no response, and filing a default lawsuit to the Court. The heirs' responsibility for the testator's debt initially planned to pay Rp. 50,000,000. This amount is insufficient from the total loss suffered by the buyer, so that at the time of mediation in the Court the buyer gave the option to the heirs to be able to make payments in stages with a minimum of paying half of the total loss suffered, but the heirs were not able to do so.
