tivity was conducted in the form of a public discussion involving the Bunda Menyapa PKM project team, Bunda PAUD Desa Kedungbanteng Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Banyumas District, and college students from the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The students participated as the proposing group of the campaign idea and as the writers of the Bunda Menyapa campaign song. The activity aimed to formulate the initial embryo of the Bunda Menyapa Campaign as an institutional advocacy model to be proposed to Bunda PAUD Kabupaten Banyumas. The method consisted of participatory public discussion, campaign concept presentation, stakeholder dialogue, theme-song discussion, and initial review of a policy brief proposal. The result of the activity was the formation of an early campaign concept that integrates symbolic leadership, community communication, institutional advocacy, and policy recommendation. The discussion also opened an opportunity for the policy brief proposal to be developed into a practical advocacy document for strengthening PAUD governance in Banyumas District.

The activity also produced normative recommendations in the form of a draft regulatory formulation, covering violation classification, types of administrative sanctions, sanction procedures, and appeal mechanisms. This study aims to theoretically examine the role of internal audit in preventing fraud in the digital era. The research method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing various relevant national and international journals from 2020 to 2026. The analysis process was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods through the identification, selection, and grouping of research findings based on discussion themes. The research findings indicate that internal audit plays a strategic role in identifying risks, conducting oversight, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, and supporting the implementation of good corporate governance. The utilization of audit technologies, such as data analytics, continuous auditing, and digital-based monitoring systems, has proven capable of enhancing the effectiveness of fraud detection and prevention more quickly and accurately. This study also found that the digital competencies of internal auditors and the company’s readiness to strengthen its internal control systems are key factors in supporting the effectiveness of internal audits in the digital age. The implications of this study suggest that organizations need to enhance the competencies of internal auditors and strengthen technology-based internal controls to address increasingly complex digital fraud risks.

od and primary education has created new opportunities for supporting children’s speaking, listening, vocabulary development, storytelling, expressive language, and communicative confidence. However, the pedagogical contribution of digital technologies remains dependent on how teachers design, mediate, assess, and respond to children’s language learning. This article presents a conceptual narrative literature review that maps, integrates, and critically describes theoretical perspectives and empirical findings on the use of digital technologies in children’s oral language learning. The review draws on selected Scopus-indexed studies and relevant theoretical literature on sociocultural theory, scaffolding, pedagogical content knowledge, TPACK, digital play, professional vision, and formative assessment. The analysis identifies four major themes: digital technologies as mediational tools, teacher practices in digitally mediated oral language instruction, pedagogical and institutional challenges, and instructional responses for meaningful digital integration. The findings suggest that digital technologies such as video-recorded performance, SMART boards, e-storybooks, digital drama, robotics-based storytelling, language screening applications, and virtual interactions can support oral language development when embedded in active, dialogic, and teacher-mediated pedagogy. The review concludes that a pedagogy-first approach is needed to ensure that digital technologies are used not as isolated tools, but as resources for scaffolding, dialogue, play, feedback, formative assessment, and children’s active language participation.

ledge-sharing practices to foster innovation, particularly within healthcare organizations undergoing transformation in Saudi Arabia. This study aims to explore how transformational leadership and organizational culture influence nursing innovation through knowledge-sharing practices in the Makkah Health Cluster, Saudi Arabia. A qualitative exploratory design was conducted within six hospitals in the Makkah Health Cluster. The study included King Abdullah Medical City, Noor Specialist Hospital, Maternity and Child Hospital, King Abdulaziz Hospital, Hiraa General Hospital, and King Faisal Hospital. A total of 48 participants, including nursing managers, ICU head nurses, and clinical nurses with at least two years of experience, were selected using purposive sampling until data saturation was reached. Data were collected between January and March 2026 through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), non-participant observations, and document analysis. All interviews and FGDs were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and conducted in English or Arabic based on participant preference. Data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis approach, and study rigor was ensured through triangulation, member checking, and audit trail procedures following COREQ guidelines. Four key themes emerged: (1) transformational leadership as a catalyst for psychological safety and innovation engagement, (2) organizational culture characterized by a dual structure of collaboration and hierarchy, (3) knowledge sharing as a mechanism for collective clinical learning and problem-solving, and (4) nursing innovation as an emergent, practice-based, and collaborative process. Findings indicate that transformational leadership enhances nurses’ motivation and openness to innovation, while organizational culture shapes the environment for collaboration. Knowledge sharing functions as a critical process that transforms clinical experience into practical innovation in nursing care. Nursing innovation in the Makkah Health Cluster is a socially constructed and dynamic process shaped by the interaction of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and knowledge-sharing practices. Strengthening leadership capacity, fostering collaborative organizational culture, and developing structured knowledge management systems are essential to sustain nursing innovation and improve healthcare service quality.

orce documents. This issue is significant because the dissolution of marriage does not end with a court judgment. It continues through administrative registration, which determines the legal status of the parties after divorce. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a documentation-based comparative case study design. Data were collected through an examination of statutory regulations, judicial technical guidelines, official service procedures, institutional documents, and administrative information applicable to the Religious Courts in Indonesia, as well as the Syariah Courts and State Islamic Religious Departments in Malaysia. This study does not involve interviews or participants because its focus is directed toward the objective mapping of applicable administrative procedures. The data were analysed using a comparative thematic approach by grouping the findings into three main themes: the legal basis of judicial authority, post-judgment registration procedures, and the forms of divorce documents issued. The findings show that Indonesia integrates the issuance of divorce certificates into the administration of the Religious Courts, whereas Malaysia places the issuance of Islamic divorce certificates within the institutional relationship between the Syariah Courts and the State Islamic Religious Departments. These findings affirm that fasakh is not merely a juristic concept or a ground for marital dissolution, but also forms part of the legal documentation system of Islamic family law. This study contributes to the development of comparative Islamic family law scholarship and provides a basis for mapping Muslim divorce administration policies in both countries.

This study aims to examine how digital literacy is positioned, perceived, and implemented in the learning process at Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah as one of Indonesia’s modern pesantren. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation of classroom practices and pesantren activities, and analysis of institutional documents. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify relevant patterns and key themes. The findings reveal that digital literacy in the pesantren is positioned primarily as a learning resource mediated by teachers rather than as an individual competence freely accessible to students. Teachers’ perceptions of digital literacy are reflective and selective, shaped by moral and scholarly responsibility, concern for students’ ethical conduct (adab), and apprehension regarding the negative impacts of the digital environment. In terms of implementation, digital literacy is applied in a limited and functional manner through teachers’ use of digital learning media, basic computer courses for students, cultural and extracurricular pesantren activities, and the digitalization of institutional administrative systems. This study concludes that the pesantren has developed a contextual and ethically grounded model of digital literacy, in which technology functions as a supportive educational tool without displacing core values, scholarly authority, or the primary goal of students’ character formation. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation analysis by identifying, reviewing, and interpreting legal sources, relevant literature, legal sources used include, Books, Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning environmental protection and management, Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, and Government Regulation Number 27 of 2012 concerning Environmental Permits. Then a descriptive-analytical and thematic analysis is carried out, by grouping data into main themes and then drawing conclusions from a general to specific problem, in this case regarding Environmental Law as an Instrument for Realizing Sustainable Tourism in South Lampung.
The results of this study indicate that environmental law plays a fundamental role as a controlling instrument in realizing sustainable tourism in South Lampung Regency. Through the implementation of legal instruments such as environmental impact analysis (EIA), environmental permits, the precautionary principle, and the enforcement of legal sanctions, tourism activities can be directed to prevent ecosystem damage.
