Namun, pertanyaannya adalah bagaimana nilai-nilai ini dapat diaplikasikan dan berdampak dalam dunia organisasi yang berubah dengan cepat. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggali potensi dan dampak dari integrasi nilai-nilai Kristen dalam kepemimpinan kontemporer. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, yaitu dengan menganalisis teks-teks Kitab Suci, tulisan-tulisan teologis, serta literatur terkait karakteristik kepemimpinan Kristen. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemimpin, organisasi, dan lembaga pendidikan tentang bagaimana mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Kristen dalam kepemimpinan kontemporer secara efektif. Dalam dunia yang terus berubah, nilai-nilai ini memberikan fondasi yang stabil dan beretika untuk mengarahkan kepemimpinan menuju tujuan yang lebih bermakna dan berdampak positif.

concept, implementation, and relevance of M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought in promoting religious moderation in Indonesia during the period of 1983-2025. The research employs a historical method with a qualitative approach through the stages of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography, focusing on M. Quraish Shihab's scholarly works and relevant academic literature. The findings reveal that M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought has developed consistently through a dialogue between the Qur'an, the tradition of Qur'anic exegesis, and the realities of Indonesia's pluralistic society. The concept of wasathiyyah is understood as a principle of balance grounded in justice, public benefit (maslahah), and respect for human dignity. Its implementation is reflected in Tafsir Al-Misbah and his other scholarly works, which contextualize Qur'anic teachings within the spheres of social life, education, and nation-building. This study concludes that M. Quraish Shihab's inclusive thought constitutes a significant intellectual foundation for strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia. The novelty of this research lies in its historical reconstruction, which comprehensively integrates the evolution of the concept, implementation, and contribution of M. This study aims to examine the role of AI as a co-counselor, evaluate the effectiveness of its integration into e-counseling practices, and identify the challenges associated with its implementation. The study employed a Narrative Literature Review method by critically analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive conceptualization of AI as a co-counselor that supports the entire e-counseling service cycle through a collaborative model integrating the analytical capabilities of technology with the humanistic competencies of counselors, thereby fostering more effective, ethical, and inclusive counseling services.

rmance demands indicate that training programs alone are insufficient to produce optimal athletic performance; therefore, sports nutrition strategies become a crucial component in supporting athletes’ physiological adaptation processes. The research problem addresses how sports nutrition contributes effectively to improving the power and endurance of volleyball athletes based on recent scientific evidence. This study aims to systematically analyze the contribution of sports nutrition to enhancing the physical capacity of volleyball athletes through a scientific literature review approach. The research method employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA framework to examine articles indexed in Scopus and SINTA published between 2015 and 2024. The identification process yielded 312 articles, followed by a rigorous screening and eligibility assessment that resulted in 22 articles meeting the inclusion criteria, with 10 core studies analyzed in depth to obtain a synthesis of relevant scientific findings. The results indicate that carbohydrate periodization of 6-8 g/kg body weight per day contributes to an improvement in vertical jump performance by approximately 3-6%, while optimal protein intake of 1.6-2.2 g/kg body weight per day increases peak power by about 4-8%. Creatine monohydrate supplementation of 3-5 g per day has been shown to enhance explosive power by 5-12%, whereas beta-alanine supplementation improves anaerobic work capacity by 8-14%. Hydration strategies and carbohydrate regulation also contribute to an increase in VO₂max by 2-5% and reduce the fatigue index by 6-10%. The findings confirm that sports nutrition functions as an essential mediator between training stimuli and the neuromuscular as well as metabolic adaptation responses of athletes. The novelty of this study lies in its conceptual synthesis that positions nutritional periodization as an evidence-based integrative strategy for sustainably optimizing the power and endurance of volleyball athletes.

The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method to explore community-based learning processes through family apprenticeship, direct observation, and practical experience that integrates technical skills, aesthetic sensitivity, spiritual values, and Javanese philosophy. The findings reveal a distinctive learning ecology that emphasizes the internalization of tacit knowledge, character formation, and the close relationship between learning processes and socio-cultural life. The community also demonstrates adaptive resilience through its ability to adopt innovation without abandoning core cultural principles. The conclusion confirms that ethnopedagogical practices among the Muntilan stone carvers represent an effective and relevant contextual education model to support the preservation of intangible cultural heritage while addressing the challenges of modern education. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature review, using descriptive–interpretative analysis of relevant scientific, philosophical, and theological sources. The findings indicate that Essentialism makes a significant contribution to strengthening the foundations of faith, shaping Christian character, and internalizing core Christian values that are normative and sustainable. Conversely, Reconstructionism positions CRE as a means of social renewal that encourages learners to actively engage in justice, social responsibility, and societal transformation. The integration of these two philosophical approaches enables CRE to develop holistically by balancing spiritual, moral, and social dimensions within the educational process. The conclusion of this study affirms that Essentialism and Reconstructionism possess strategic relevance as a philosophical foundation for contextual and transformative Christian Religious Education. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative philosophical model that harmonizes the firmness of faith with an orientation toward social change, thereby offering a new conceptual framework for the development of Christian Religious Education that is adaptive to the challenges of modern education without losing its theological essence.

The research problem of this study focuses on how these three variables shape consumer purchasing decisions amid increasingly intense e-commerce competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion, and product quality on purchasing decisions in e-commerce by employing a qualitative approach through a literature review of various relevant scholarly sources, including both national and international journals. The findings indicate that competitive pricing aligned with consumers’ perceived value has a strong influence on attracting purchase intentions, while appropriate, sustainable, and communicative promotional strategies are able to enhance consumer awareness and purchase motivation. On the other hand, product quality is proven to be a key determinant in building trust, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty in online transactions. The conclusion of this study confirms that price, promotion, and product quality simultaneously contribute positively and significantly to e-commerce purchasing decisions. This study focuses on the role of the family, particularly pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers, in preventing stunting through adequate nutritional fulfillment during the first 1,000 days of life, with an emphasis on exclusive breastfeeding practices. The method employed is a conceptual review based on scientific literature and relevant health policies to analyze the relationship between early nutritional adequacy and the risk of stunting in children. The findings indicate that stunting not only results in children having a height below the age-standard norm, but also disrupts brain development, which in turn affects learning ability, productivity, creativity, and children’s readiness to face future educational and social challenges. Family-based approaches to stunting prevention have proven effective, as the family represents the primary and earliest environment for meeting children’s nutritional needs. Exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of life emerges as a key strategy, as it optimally fulfills infants’ nutritional requirements and reduces the risk of malnutrition. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that strengthening the role of the family through nutritional education for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers is a strategic step toward sustainable stunting prevention. elected articles indicates that the integration of game-oriented activities can enhance students’ fundamental technical skills, tactical understanding, and enthusiasm throughout the learning process. An in-depth analysis of the findings reveals that learning models that position students at the center of activity are able to facilitate more meaningful learning experiences through game situations that closely resemble real on-court conditions. Furthermore, the interaction patterns created through game activities contribute to the development of psychomotor skills and increase students’ readiness to engage confidently in competitive scenarios. Evaluation of various forms of implementation suggests that game-based learning innovations, whether through structured models or application-based media, hold significant potential to improve the quality of badminton instruction. Nevertheless, this review also identifies several challenges, including limited long-term studies, research concentration at specific educational levels, and insufficient exploration of affective and cognitive variables. These findings emphasize the need for further research with broader coverage to gain a deeper understanding of how game-based approaches can be implemented sustainably and deliver optimal benefits for students’ competency development across diverse physical education contexts in Indonesia.
