In this case, the proposal for promotion is still manually using physical document certainly complicates the management process and the accumulation of documents. Therefore, the use of MySQL as database management and PHP as programming language will build an information system for proposing a promotion for Civil Servant at the PUPR office of Asahan Regency, based on web and internet that provides a feature for uploading proposed documents in the form of softcopy.

Abstrak: Kenaikan pangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil atas prestasi kerja yang bersangkutan terhadap Negara dan sesuai dengan jabatan dan golongannya. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan MySQL sebagai database management dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengusulan kenaikan pangkat Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Asahan berbasis web dan internet yang memberikan fitur upload dokumen usulan berupa softcopy.

MSME data collection services are still done manually with Microsoft Excel. This impacts making strategic policies for SMEs that are not optimal because their data are not updated. This study aims to develop a web-based MSME data collection application to facilitate the SME field admin and MSME actors for the data collection process. The method used in making this application is the waterfall method, where the development of this application is done sequentially. The final result of this study resulted in an easy application for collecting data on SMEs and updating data. In addition, it is also in the form of data collection reports for MSMEs and mapping of beneficiaries each year.

Abstrak: UMKM merupakan sektor yang penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian daerah. Selama ini Provinsi Papua berusaha meningkatkan perekonomian, namun terkesan belum optimal, dapat dilihat dari Indeks pembangunan Manusia serta Persentasi penduduk Miskin, dimana Papua menempati Posisi terakhir di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebab yang di temukan disini adalah pengolahan UMKM yang belum optimal. Pelayanan pendataan UMKM masih dilakukan secara manual dengan Microsoft Excel. Hal tersebut berdampak dalam pengambilan kebijakan strategis UMKM yang tidak optimal, karena data yang dimiliki tidak up to date. Penelitian ini bertujuan tunk mengembangkan aplikasi pendataan UMKM berbasis web untuk mempermudah admin bidang UKM maupun pelaku UMKM untuk proses pendataan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall, dimana pengembangan aplikasi ini lakukan secara berurutan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang mudah untuk untuk pendataan UMKM serta updating data. Selain itu juga berupa laporan pendataan UMKM dan juga pemetaan penerima bantuan setiap tahunnya.

Abstrak: Pentingnya MPASI sebagai asupan pendamping bayi sudah menjadi pengetahuan umum setiap ibu menyusui. Gangguan tumbuh kembang bayi dan anak usia 12-24 bulan disebabkan rendahnya mutu MPASI karena tempat penyimpanan yang kurang bersih dan suhu yang tidak terjaga. Dengan demikian dibuatlah penelitian berupa rancang bangun box penghangat MPASI dengan tujuan agar makanan pendamping ASI dapat terjaga kualitasnya, terutama bagi wanita bekerja yang menghabiskan sebagian besar waktunya diluar rumah tanpa bersama bayi. Box penghangat MPASI menggunakan konsep kerja termoelektrik dalam bentuk modul Peltier dengan sumber tegangan arus listrik atau baterai, sehingga dapat digunakan kapanpun dan dimanapun.

The zachman framework is chosen so that planning is carried out in strategic steps, easy to understand and can be a control for future information system development. The results of this research are in the form of a blueprint for the system design which is mapped in the form of a Zachman matrix from the perspective of the Planner and Owner.

Abstrak: Pondok pesantren ABC merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang ada di Kabupaten Madiun, selain pondok pesantren di lingkungan ponpes tersebut juga terdapat SMP dan SMA yang dinaungi satu yayasan yang sama. Pondok pesantren ABC juga menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu pendamping kegiatan operasional nya. Banyaknya karyawan dan guru yang terdapat di pondok pesantren, SMP dan SMA menimbulkan kesulitan pada bagian kepegawaian untuk pengelolaannya. Cara pengelolaan yang sedang berjalan di bagian kepegawaian dirasa tidak lagi mencukupi, karena teknologi informasi yang ada untuk menunjang pekerjaan mereka belum berfungsi optimal sebagai pendukung strategi. Kerangka kerja zachman dipilih agar perencanaan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang strategis, mudah dipahami dan bisa menjadi kontrol untuk pengembangan sistem informasi ke depan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa blue print rancangan sistem yang dipetakan didalam bentuk matrik Zachman yang dilihat dari sudut pandang Planner dan Owner.

Abstrak: Masuknya Covid-19 ke Indonesia menyebabkan banyaknya masyarakat yang terkena dampaknya, contohnya yaitu terhambatnya banyak aktivitas dan meningkatnya penyebaran virus mempengaruhi kepanikan masyarakat. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah penyebaran virus ini adalah dengan melakukan vaksinasi. Vaksinasi adalah proses pemberian vaksin yang berguna untuk memberikan kekebalan terhadap suatu penyakit tertentu ke dalam tubuh seseorang. Dengan adanya vaksinasi, maka akan memperkuat sistem imun masyarakat. Untuk mempermudah masyarakat maka saat ini pendaftaran vaksinasi dapat dilakukan secara online. Pengisian data dapat dilakukan dari rumah, agar tidak menyebabkan antrian panjang yang memungkinkan adanya resiko cluster baru. Masyarakat akan mendapatkan bukti pendaftaran yang harus di screenshoot berupa barcode disertai nomor antrian dan persyaratan apa saja yang wajib dibawa saat akan datang melakukan vaksinasi. Di sisi lain, petugas kesehatan pun akan lebih mudah dalam mengonfirmasi kesesuaian data yang terdaftar dengan orang yang datang melakukan vaksin. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriprif dengan metode observasional dan wawancara. Perancangan sistem ini dilakukan menggunakan web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.

EA aims to meet the gap between the needs of stakeholders and the availability of government administration services. The journal's focus on the design of this SPBE EA is on the SPBE Service Domain in the Electronic-Based Government Administration Service. The design is carried out using a combination of references to the SPBE Presidential Regulation and the National SPBE Master Plan Attachment and one of the main components of the EA framework, namely TOGAF ADM. This design produces an output in the form of an Electronic-Based Government Administration Service Catalog. It is expected to be used as a reference in developing technology in the Regency Government Sukabumi both from practical contributions and academic contributions.

Abstrak: Dalam rangka meningkatkan tingkat kematangan Sistem Pemerintah Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dan mematuhi Peraturan Presiden No. 95 Tahun 2018, Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi perlu melakukan standarisasi terhadap perancangan SPBE agar dapat terimplementasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi secara optimal. Salah satu kerangka kerja yang bisa digunakan untuk merancang Arsitektur SPBE yaitu menggunakan Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA bertujuan untuk memenuhi kesenjangan antara kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan dengan ketersediaan layanan administrasi pemerintahan. Fokus jurnal pada perancangan EA SPBE ini yaitu pada Domain Layanan SPBE di bagian Layanan Administrasi Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik. Perancangan yang dilakukan memanfaatkan kombinasi antara referensi pada Perpres SPBE dan Lampiran Rencana Induk SPBE Nasional serta salah satu komponen utama framework EA yaitu TOGAF ADM. Perancangan ini menghasilkan keluaran berupa Katalog Layanan Administrasi Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dan diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan pengembangan teknologi di Pemkab. Sukabumi baik dari kontribusi praktis maupun kontribusi akademik.

In meeting this quality, it is necessary to test the relevance of EA to the needs of the enterprise. This study focuses on testing the relevance of Information System Architecture design using the Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). The quality principle of relevance has derived attributes, which are EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, and Level of Detail. Each attribute has an assessment method, whether qualitative, quantitative, or Yes / No. Relevance testing in this study will produce an Information System Architecture model in EA design that meets the quality principle of relevance in the EA quality framework.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat dan menjadikan sistem informasi penting dalam menjalankan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu perusahaan semakin mengadopsi Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA merupakan landasan untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi dalam memenuhi harapan arsitektur sistem informasi. Kualitas perancangan model Information System Architecture telah diakui sebagai faktor penting untuk kesuksesan perancangan EA di perusahaan. Dalam memenuhi kualitas tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu pengujian relevansi EA terhadap kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian relevansi perancangan Information System Architecture menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). Prinsip kualitas relevansi memiliki atribut turunan, yaitu berupa EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, serta Level of Detail. Setiap atribut memiliki metode penilaian, baik yang bersifat kualitatif, kuantitatif, atau Ya / Tidak. Terkadang terdapat masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan tanaman hias yang cocok dan bagus umtuk ditanam pad ataman kota, dalam pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan terkadang memakan waktu yang cukup lama . Penentuan jenis tanaman hias yang akan ditanam melalui beberapa faktor seperti bentuk daun, warna, batang dan cabang, akar dan Tanah. Atas permasalahan tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian tentang penentuan tanaman hias untuk taman kota yang berupa aplikasi sistem pendukug keputusan yang menggunakan metode Analytical Hoerarchy Process (AHP).
