strategy for cooperatives to continue to exist and be relevant during such rapid technological changes. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with case study and literature study methods. The study results show that the implementation of digitalization in the CU Sehati Cooperative is in the innovation stage, with cooperative members as adopters who support the organization's sustainability. The study identifies the key factors influencing technology adoption. It also recommends training cooperative members and strengthening digital infrastructure to accelerate technology adoption so that cooperatives can increasingly contribute to the community's economy.

Using descriptive methods by managing patients arranged in nursing care, functions to create systematic, real and precise descriptions of the facts. The results of focused therapeutic actions on conversing with other people for 3 days can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. This is proven when conversing with other people, the patient focuses on the conversation and can avoid whispers that are not real to the patient. It was concluded that the technique of conversing with other people can prevent signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations.

Famous scientists such as Al-Khwarizmi, Ibn Sina, and Al-Razi made major contributions through their highly influential works, which were then widely disseminated in the West. In addition, this study found that the socio-political conditions and support from the Abbasid caliphs.

Abstract:This article discusses the debate between rationalism and empiricism from the perspective of modern epistemology, aiming to uncover how both approaches have contributed to the development of science and technology. Rationalism…
nalism asserts that knowledge is acquired through reason and logic, independent of sensory experience, as advocated by philosophers such as René Descartes and Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz. In contrast, empiricism emphasizes that knowledge arises from sensory experience, as articulated by John Locke, George Berkeley, and David Hume. Although these views are often considered opposing, Immanuel Kant attempted to bridge the gap by proposing that knowledge is the result of the interaction between reason and experience. In the context of modern science, both rationalism and empiricism are no longer viewed as separate poles but rather as complementary, especially in fields such as artificial intelligence and neurobiology. This article demonstrates that the synthesis of rationalism and empiricism provides a more holistic understanding of human knowledge, which is highly relevant to the advancement of science and technology in the modern era. This research employs a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach, examining literature related to rationalism, empiricism, and modern epistemology to analyze their contributions to the formation of knowledge
Abstract: The objective of this research was to prove whether using Choral Reading strategy can improve reading comprehension of the eight grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This research limited the use of Choral Reading strategy…
strategy in improving students’ reading comprehension, which focuses on literal meaning and descriptive text. This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an Experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The result confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The result of the test was analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-counted was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In the other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students’ reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future.

measuring glomerular filtration rate, accurately reflecting kidney function. This study aims to evaluate Cystatin C levels based on gender among patients with kidney function disorders at the Prodia Cibubur clinic laboratory. The research was conducted from February to March 2023 using a descriptive cross-sectional approach. The sample comprised 120 patients with kidney function disorders selected through total sampling. The findings indicate that 16 patients (13.3%) had normal Cystatin C levels, while 104 patients (86.7%) had elevated Cystatin C levels. Notably, among males, 61 individuals (50.8%) tended to exhibit higher Cystatin C levels, suggesting a greater potential for kidney function disorders due to factors such as activity intensity, body mass influence, and hormonal factors.
