Analysis of the Performance of Village Office Employees in Utilization Technology for Improving Administrative Services in Namohalu Esiwa, North Nias

Abstract: In this study, the main problem is how is the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services in Sisobahili Village, Namohalu Esiwa District, North… Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The technology application system in Sisobahili Village has been running since 2018, but in 2022-2023, the Village information system, based semi-online, due to a lack of support, and for 2024 the plan will be carried out online through the website.

The results of this study were obtained using a qualitative descriptive method, in which the author assessed the performance indicators of the village government in managing natural resources in the coastal area through observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the performance of the village government in managing natural resources in the coastal area of East Olilit Village is quite good, and the East Olilit Village government has undertaken replanting of trees around the coastal area affected by abrasion.

Abstract: This research was conducted in Lingat Village, Selaru District, Tanimbar Islands Regency. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved… in the development processes taking place in Lingat Village. The results of this research show that first, the participation of personnel from the Lingat village community in development programs taking place in Lingat village is still minimal because the community's awareness of responsibility for development programs is low for which people are willing to work if they are given wages. Second, there are also material participants from the Lingat village community who give for free or willingly, but there are also those who give by asking for something in return. Third, community participation in maintaining and enjoying development in Lingat village is good, because the community participates in enjoying the results of development in the village, for this reason the Lingat village community is responsible for maintaining development in Lingat village so that it can be used together.Based on the results of the research above, the Lingat village government is advised to look at and follow up on these matters by providing socialization to the Lingat village community about the responsibilities, rights and obligations of the community in every development program that occurs in the village, especially in Lingat village, Selaru sub-district. Tanimbar Islands Regency.

The service quality at the Tihu Village Office, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City

Abstract: This research focuses on five indicators that influence service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon District, Ambon: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The study aims to analyze… the service quality specifically at the Tihu Village Office within Teluk Ambon Subdistrict, Ambon City. The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

Abstract: The focus of research in this study is to understand the symptoms of objects thoroughly so that researchers can identify existing problems and formulate problems to be studied. This research focused on the application of… work discipline to improve employee performance at the Hilimegai Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency with a descriptive approach. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

Researchers use descriptive qualitative research with observation methods, interviews, and literature studies. Based on what has been found, religious tolerance in Bejijong village is very good with the showing of community activities and activities that illustrate the value of tolerance, such as interfaith dialogue, cultural festivals, and the appearance of the environment seen from the diversity of buildings with the presence of characteristics that accompany each other from various religions.

Implementation of The Use of Portfolio Assessment In Learning Writing Skill at Vocational School

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the implementation of the use of portfolio assessment in learning to write at the vocational school level in Bogor district. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method,… hod, as the research subject for teachers and students. The instruments and data collection techniques used consisted of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Milles and Huberman model theory which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions. The research results show that Bogor district vocational school teachers have used portfolio assessment in writing learning activities. This was obtained from the results of interviews, observations and documents of teachers who had carried out the portfolio assessment stage in learning to write quite well but not yet optimally. There are still several steps that have not been implemented by teachers in the form of obstacles in providing reviews and reflections on students' assignment results due to time constraints.

Service Quality On Electricity Customer Satisfaction Prepay In North Gunungsitoli District

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the Quality of Service affecting Prepaid Electricity Customer Satisfaction in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, to realize this goal, data collection techniques were… e carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents of prepaid electricity customers. This type of research is quantitative based on obtaining data in the form of numbers obtained by distributing questionnaires. From the results of the hypothesis test (t test) it was found that the accepted hypothesis was ha, where there was an influence of service quality on prepaid electricity customer satisfaction in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, and from the results of the Determination coefficient test obtained a value of 71.1%. This can be interpreted that the satisfaction of Prepaid Electricity customers in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City is influenced by service quality by 71 percent. Based on the results of the T Variable X test of service quality, a calculated value = 7.515 was obtained with a signification level of 0.000. Using a signification limit of 0.05 we get a table t of 1.697. Which signifies that tcount > t table, which means Ho rejected Ha accepted.

Fried Chicken's Small Micro-Venture Revenue Increase Strategy Through Digital Media

Abstract: This study aims to explore the implementation of digital media and sales strategies that contribute to increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village, Sedong District, Cirebon Regency. The research… h method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.

The Macroscopic Measurement Of The Liver And Kidney Of Male Mice (Rattus Norvegicus Berkenhout) Treated With Neptunia Plena Lour Leaf Extract

Abstract: The Supan Supan Laki plant (N. plena Lour) has been used traditionally by a group of people in Pal Batu Village, Paminggir District, North Hulu Sungai Regency as a herbal medicine to increase male sexual activity. Based&#8230; on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.
