COMPARING THE WMA AND SES METHODS FOR FORECASTING STOCK PRODUCT OF MS GLOW PUTRI

Abstract: Abstract: Ms Glow Putri Shop is a business that operates in the beauty sector, selling beauty products, namely skincare and bodycare, which are useful for maintaining healthy body and facial skin. However, Ms Glow Putri… currently often experiences problems, namely tight competition and inventory management that is less effective in terms of sales numbers. Every month reaching ±1300 products, Ms Glow Putri also often experiences shortages and build-ups in skincare and bodycare stocks. This can reduce customer confidence so that Ms Giow Putri often experiences losses in the form of finance and other things, so this method is needed to predict some skincare and other stock supplies. bodycare provided in the following month. This method uses the Weighted Moving Average and Single Exponentiation Smoothing methods to predict supplies of skincare and bodycare stocks. The results of research on Ms GIow daughter using the Weight Moving Average Method with a weight of 5 with a MAPE of 1.08% and the SingIe Exponentiation Smooting Method with an Alpha of 0.1, namely 0.84%, then the comparison between the two methods can be stated that the SES method is the best method good, because it has the lowest error.       Keywords: forecasting; ms glow putri; ses and wma   Abstrak: Toko Ms Glow Putri adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang kecantikan, menjual produk kecantikan yaitu skincare dan bodycare berguna untuk menjaga agar kesehatan kulit tubuh dan wajah tetap terjaga. Namun Ms Glow Putri saat ini sering kali mengalami permasalahan yaitu persaingan yang ketat dan manajemen persediaan yang kurang efektif dengan jumlah penjualanan. Setiap bulan mencapai ±1300 produk maka Ms Glow Putri juga sering mengalami kekurangan dan penumpukan pada stok skincare dan bodycare ini dapat mengurangi kepercayaan pelanggan sehingga Ms Glow Putri sering mengalami kerugian berupa finance dan lainnya maka perlu metode ini untuk memprediksi beberapa persediaan stok skincare dan bodycare yang disediakan pada priode di buIan berikutnya. Metode ini menggunakan metode Weighted Moving Averege dan Single Exponential Smoothing untuk memprediksi persediaan pada stok skincare maupun bodycare. HasiI penelitian pada Ms GIow Putri dengan mengggunakan Metode Weight Moving Averege dengan bobot 5 dengan MAPE 1,08% dan Metode Single Exponential Smooting dengan Alpha 0,1 yaitu 0,84% maka perbandingan antara dua metode tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa metode SES adaIah metode paling baik karena memiliki error terendah.  Kata kunci: ms glow putri; peramalan; ses dan wma  

IMPLEMENTATION OF K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR ALGORITHM FOR CLASSIFICATION OF LUNG CANCER CAUSES

Abstract: Abstract: Lung cancer is most deadly cancers in the world. Identification and classification of the causes of understanding lung cancer is essential for developing more effective prevention and treatment strategies. The… issue is that a lot of individuals are unaware about the characteristics and causes of lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to apply the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm in the classification of the causes of lung cancer and provide education to the public must be aware of the traits of lung cancer patients and, to stay away from the causes of lung cancer. The dataset used consists of 309 samples with 16 relevant attributes. The K-NN algorithm was trained and tested to assess its ability to classify the factors that cause lung cancer. The results showed an accuracy of 90.32%, with a precision for the "YES" class of 96% and the "NO" class of 67%. The recall value for the "YES" class was 92% and for the "NO" class was 80%. The implementation of this algorithm gives good results in classification and can help in early detection and prevention of lung cancer which can be used in the development of more effective prevention and early diagnosis strategies. Identifikasi dan klasifikasi penyebab kanker paru-paru sangat penting untuk pengembangan strategi pencegahan dan pengobatan yang lebih efektif. Masalah yang terjadi adalah banyak orang yang belum mengetahui tentang ciri-ciri dan penyebab-penyebab dari kangker paru tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) dalam klasifikasi penyebab kanker paru-paru serta memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat banyak agar mengetahui ciri-ciri orang yang mengidap kangker paru-paru dan tentunya untuk menghindari penyebab-penyebab dari kangker paru-paru tersebut. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 309 sampel dengan 16 atribut yang relevan. Algoritma K-NN kemudian dilatih dan diuji untuk menilai kemampuannya dalam mengklasifikasikan faktor-faktor penyebab kanker paru-paru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 90.32%, dengan skor precision untuk kelas "YES" sebesar 96% dan kelas "NO" sebesar 67%. Nilai recall untuk kelas "YES" adalah 92% dan untuk kelas "NO" sebesar 80%. Implementasi algoritma ini memberikan hasil yang baik dalam klasifikasi dan dapat membantu dalam deteksi dini serta pencegahan kanker paru-paru yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan strategi pencegahan dan diagnosis dini yang lebih efektif.   Kata kunci: kanker paru-paru; k-nearest neighbor; klasifikasi; machine learning

APPLICATION OF FAST FRAMEWORK IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF UNTAN FMIPA LABORATORY INFORMATION SYSTEM

Abstract: The laboratory is one of the facilities owned by the FMIPA Laboratory, which is one of the facilities owned by Tanjungpura University to support tridharma activities. There are several problems in laboratory management,… namely that management is carried out manually, so it takes a long time to apply for the loan of laboratory equipment and to prepare a free laboratory loan letter. In order to improve services, ensure data security, and accommodate all laboratory data, it is necessary to develop an FMIPA laboratory information system (SILABMIPA). The FAST framework is used in developing SILABMIPA to suit user needs. The analysis and development of SILABMIPA follows the FAST method with the stages Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design and Integration, Construction and Testing. With the construction of SILABMIPA, it can make it easier for managers to manage laboratories, assist students in applying for and borrowing equipment, as well as making laboratory loan-free certificates. Based on the results of system functional testing against SILABMIPA, it was found that the system operates well in accordance with the user's functional needs, while the results of system interface testing obtained a percentage of 82.60% in the very good category.

This business offers various types… of products such as clothes, trousers and also shirts that are second hand, aka used. The absence of distribution transaction channels from upstream to downstream is one of the business problems at Toko 66. Therefore, a system such as Supply Chain Management is needed which can manage the flow of transactions from upstream to downstream and can also make it easier for owners to create sales reports. Based on the research results, it can be found that a system has been created that implements web-based Supply Chain Management to help owners, admins, suppliers and customers in carrying out transaction flows from upstream to downstream. The business process from upstream to downstream has also been running in accordance with the Supply Chain Management procedures that apply at the research object location so that it can provide information regarding the existence of sufficient product stock to ensure a good transaction flow from upstream to downstream.             Keywords: supply chain management; clothes; stock; transaction; distribution

ANALYSIS OF SOFTWARE QUALITY USING THE FURPS+ MODEL

Abstract: Abstract: Software quality analysis is essential to ensure applications are reliable, efficient, and meet user needs. The FURPS+ model (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance, Supportability, plus) provides a… comprehensive framework for evaluating software quality. This study analyzes the implementation of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) in the SKEK UINSA application, a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to record extracurricular activities of UINSA students. With 100 respondents (lecturers, students, and alumni), the research employs a quantitative approach to examine both functional and non-functional aspects. The results show that functionality and usability aspects scored an average of 71%, reliability 66%, performance 61%, supportability 79%, and additional factors (plus) 64%. Overall, the SKEK UINSA application demonstrates good quality in terms of functionality, ease of use, performance, and flexibility.   Keywords: FURPS+; Reliability; SKEK; Validity; Quantitative Method     Abstrak: Analisis kualitas perangkat lunak penting untuk memastikan aplikasi andal, efisien, dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Software Quality Assurance (SQA) pada aplikasi SKEK UINSA, aplikasi semacam LMS (Learning Management System) untuk mencatat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler mahasiswa UINSA. Dengan 100 responden (dosen, mahasiswa, dan alumni), penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengkaji aspek fungsional dan non-fungsional. Hasilnya, aspek functionality dan usability memiliki persentase rata-rata 71%, reliability 66%, performance 61%, supportability 79%, dan faktor tambahan (plus) 64%. REDESIGN GOLEK BIS APPLICATION USING UCD (USER CENTERED DESIGN) APPROACH

Abstract: Abstract: In the current digital era, transportation booking applications have become an integral part of people's daily lives. One of the preferred applications is the Suroboyo Bus Booking Application (GOBIS). GOBIS is… a platform dedicated specifically to accessing Suroboyo Bus transportation services. However, with the advancement of technology and changing user needs, the GOBIS application also needs to be adjusted to remain relevant and meet expectations. Many users have complained about the application's ambiguous interface, unclear colors, and other issues. Therefore, a redesign of this application is necessary. This study employs the User-Centered Design (UCD) method and SUS testing to obtain a new design that can be implemented. The results show a significant improvement in application usability, with the average SUS score from users after the redesign process reaching 82.25, rated as "good" with a "B" grade. Comparing it to the usability score of the previous version, which only reached 57.25 with a "poor" rating and a "D" grade, indicates a substantial improvement. Thus, the new design demonstrates a significant improvement in usability compared to the previous version.             Keywords: redesign; GOBIS aplication; user interface; UCD; system usability scale   Abstrak: Dalam era digital saat ini, aplikasi pemesanan transportasi telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Salah satu pilihan utama yang sering digunakan adalah Aplikasi Golek Bis (GOBIS) Suroboyo Bus. GOBIS dirancang khusus sebagai platform untuk mengakses moda transportasi Suroboyo Bus. Namun, sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi dan evolusi kebutuhan pengguna, perlu penyesuaian agar aplikasi Golek Bis tetap relevan dan memuaskan pengguna. Banyak pengguna mengeluhkan tentang antarmuka aplikasi yang kurang jelas, warna yang ambigu, dan masalah lainnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan redesain aplikasi ini. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode UCD dan mengujikan SUS untuk mendapatkan desain baru yang lebih baik. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kegunaan aplikasi, dengan nilai rata-rata skor SUS pengguna setelah proses redesain mencapai 82.25, dinilai sebagai "good" dengan peringkat "B". Perbandingannya dengan nilai kegunaan versi sebelumnya yang hanya mencapai 57.25 dengan penilaian "poor" dan peringkat "D" menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, desain baru menunjukkan perbaikan yang berarti dalam hal kegunaan dibandingkan dengan versi sebelumnya.   Kata kunci: redesign; aplikasi GOBIS; user interface; UCD; system usability scale

MEASURING THE QUALITY OF DISTRICT GOVERNMENT WEBSITES ONLY USING THE MCCALL AND EUCS METHOD (END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION)

Abstract: Abstract: Technological developments are currently increasing rapidly, especially in the innovation of information data management. With so many media providing informationand services online, as well as the services provided… vided by the Government of Sekadau Regency in the form of Webstie sekadaukab.go.id. Based on the survey results, the problems experienced by users are output and performance from sekadaukab.go.id still does not meet user expectations. Study this aims to measure the quality of information systems sekadaukab.go.id and also measure the level of user satisfaction with sekadaukab.go.id. By using the method McCall and EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) and using methods IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) to map variables into the level of importance and level of performance, the variables used are the variables in the method EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). Questionnaires were distributed to 100 users sekadaukab.go.id. The average quality generated by the method McCall of 43.6%, included in the pretty good category. For the results of measuring user satisfaction methods EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction), each variable is included in the doubtful category range value 2.60 – 3.39. There are 18 recommendations for improvement based on the method McCall and the IPA method to the Kominfo Sekadau Regency against sekadaukab.go.id. Dengan banyaknya media menyediakan informasi dan pelayanan secara online, begitu juga dengan pelayanan yang disediakan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau berupa Webstie sekadaukab.go.id. Berdasarkan hasil survey, permasalahan yang dialami oleh pengguna yaitu output dan kinerja dari sekadaukab.go.id masih belum memenuhi harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas dari sistem informasi sekadaukab.go.id dan juga mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sekadaukab.go.id. Dengan menggunakan metode McCall dan EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) serta menggunakan metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) untuk memetakan variabel kedalam tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja, variabel yang digunakan yaitu variabel pada metode EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 100 orang pengguna sekadaukab.go.id. Rata- rata kualitas yang dihasilkan berdasarkan metode McCall sebesar 43,6%, masuk kedalam kategori cukup baik. Untuk hasil pengukuran kepuasan pengguna metode EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction), masing-masing variabel masuk kedalam kategori ragu- ragu dengan range nilai 2.60 – 3.39. Terdapat 18 rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan pada metode McCall dan metode IPA kepada pihak Kominfo Kabupaten Sekadau terhadap sekadaukab.go.id.   Kata kunci: EUCS; IPA; kualitas sistem; MCCALL; pelayanan publik

SENTIMENT ANALYSIS OF PEGIPEGI.COM ON GOOGLE PLAYSTORE WITH NAÏVE BAYES ALGORITHM

Abstract: Abstract: Today, many users use online platforms rather than offline platforms for ticket bookings, involving a wide range of services such as flights, hotels, trains, buses, and entertainment. PegiPegi.com, as one of the… e fastest growing online travel agencies in Indonesia, demonstrates success by understanding the value of technology and maintaining strong partnerships. Users of this platform often provide reviews, viewing user reviews can be done manually but this will have a less effective impact, so it needs to be done automatically with sentiment analysis. This research the Naïve Bayes method in sentiment analysis of PegiPegi.com reviews, with a focus on understanding customer satisfaction and service improvement. By combining these approaches, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of user responses to OTA services and presents the evaluation results of the Multinomial Naive Bayes classification model with an accuracy rate of 89.5%. The high precision in the Negative class demonstrates the model's ability to identify negative reviews. However, there are challenges in classifying the Neutral class, indicating the potential for further improvement. Nevertheless, the F1 score of 0.522 reflects a good balance between overall precision, recall so it can be concluded the naïve bayes algorithm is successful for performing sentiment analysis. PegiPegi.com, sebagai salah satu agen perjalanan online yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, menunjukkan keberhasilan dengan memahami nilai teknologi dan mempertahankan kemitraan yang kuat. Pengguna platform ini sering memberikan ulasan, melihat ulasan pengguna bisa saja dilakukan secara manual tetapi hal ini akan memberikan dampak yang kurang efektif, sehingga perlu dilakukan secara otomatis dengan analisis sentiment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode klasifikasi Naïve Bayes dalam analisis sentimen ulasan PegiPegi.com, dengan fokus pada pemahaman kepuasan pelanggan dan peningkatan layanan. Dengan menggabungkan pendekatan ini, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang tanggapan pengguna terhadap layanan OTA dan menyajikan hasil evaluasi model klasifikasi Multinomial Naive Bayes dengan tingkat akurasi 89,5%. Presisi tinggi di kelas Negatif menunjukkan kemampuan model untuk mengidentifikasi ulasan negatif. Namun, ada tantangan dalam mengklasifikasikan kelas Netral, menunjukkan potensi untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut. Namun demikian, skor F1 0,522 mencerminkan keseimbangan yang baik antara presisi keseluruhan dan daya ingat sehingga dapat disimpulkan algoritma naïve bayes berhasil untuk melakukan analisis sentimen. APPLICATION OF DATA MINING IN SELECTING SUPERIOR PRODUCTS USING THE K-MEANS AND K-MEDOIDS ALGORITHM METHODS

To select products and identify those that belong in the superior product cluster, researchers employed the clustering method. The clustering strategy uses two forms of cluster analysis, k-means and k-medoids, which have related techniques. The research results show that the k-means algorithm's Davies Bouldin value is -0.430, whereas the k-medoids algorithm's Davies Bouldin value is -1.392. This suggests that the Davies Bouldin value of the k-medoids approach is the lowest, showing that the grouping findings of the k-means method are  a better method to apply to the issue of choosing better products.             Keywords : k-means; k-medoids; clustering; algorithm; data mining     Abstract: Sebagai toko sembako, toko yuli berkomitmen untuk selalu meningkatkan segalanya, termasuk memilih barang terbaik. Untuk mengevaluasi item mana yang lebih unggul atau populer dan mana yang kurang populer, Anda memerlukan sumber informasi yang cukup banyak. Untuk memilih produk dan mengidentifikasi produk yang termasuk dalam cluster produk unggulan, peneliti menggunakan metode clustering. Strategi clustering menggunakan dua bentuk analisis cluster, k-means dan k-medoids, yang memiliki teknik terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Davies Bouldin pada algoritma k-means sebesar -0,430, sedangkan nilai Davies Bouldin pada algoritma k-medoids sebesar -1,392. IMPLEMENTATION OF TOPSIS AND SAW METHODS FOR THE SELECTION OF THE BEST HOTEL

The large number of hotels with many services and facilities… ies makes tourists confused in choosing a hotel, so prospective hotel guests need a long time to choose the best hotel according to their desired criteria. The aim of this research is to create a tool for prospective hotel guests in making decisions on hotel selection recommendations using the TOPSIS and SAW methods. This research uses 8 hotel data points in Laweyan District, Surakarta, and hotel data obtained from the Tourism Office. The results of the McCall Test with 5 indicators, namely accuracy, reliability, efficiency, integrity, and usability, average 86%, so this system is categorized as very good. Keywords: hotel selection;  TOPSIS; SAW; decision supporter system     Abstrak: Kota Surakarta menjadi salah satu kota yang  ramai dikunjungi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara karena terdapat berbagai macam wisata budaya yang menarik. Banyaknya hotel dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang banyak membuat wisatawan kebingungan dalam memilih hotel, sehingga calon tamu hotel memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk memilih hotel terbaik sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu alat bantu bagi calon tamu hotel dalam pengambilan keputusan rekomendasi pemilihan hotel  menggunakan metode TOPSIS dan SAW. Penelitian ini menggunakan 10 titik data hotel yang ada di Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta dan data hotel yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pariwisata. Hasil Uji McCall dengan 5 indikator yaitu akurasi, reliabilitas, efisiensi, integritas, dan kegunaan rata-rata 86%, maka sistem ini dikategorikan sangat baik.   Kata kunci: pemilihan hotel; TOPSIS; SAW; sistem penunjang keputusan
