The researcher used a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach was chosen because the main focus of the study was to understand the social phenomena related to the song (Ndawi) from the Lani tribe. The population of this study was the entire Lome Baptist Church around aged 18-25 years and the sampel used was 15 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. The data analysis techniques were identification, classification, and drawing conclusions. d with the goal of improving farmers' welfare through digitally integrated agricultural services. However, initial observations indicate resistance from some farmers and signs of political interest dominance in both the formulation and implementation processes. The study aims to identify the political motives behind the policy, the sustainability of the program, farmers' literacy regarding the E-KPB system, and the extent to which the program empowers farmers and engages stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic analysis and source triangulation techniques, data were collected through in-depth interviews with academics and government officials, as well as document studies. The findings reveal that the dominance of regional leaders in decision-making has led to a program orientation that is more symbolic and electoral in nature. The dynamics of competing interests emerge both vertically and horizontally, resulting in weak coordination and reduced policy effectiveness. The transition from KPB to E-KPB has also shifted the program’s focus and reduced its tangible benefits for farmers. The study recommends strengthening multi-stakeholder collaborative governance in agricultural policy, reevaluating the structure of the E-KPB system, and actively involving academics and farmer associations. These findings contribute theoretically to the study of public policy and policy framing, and practically to improving the implementation of programs based on the real needs of farming communities.

, and learning outcomes of students in mastering Arabic vocabulary using the singing method. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The results showed that the average vocabulary mastery score of students increased from 79 in the first cycle to 90 in the second cycle. This indicates an 11%-point improvement in students’ Arabic vocabulary mastery. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the singing method in learning can improve Arabic vocabulary mastery among sixth-grade students of MI DDI Palirang.

This study also examines the factors that affect the success of the implementation of diagnostic assessments in the school. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires to the teachers and students involved. Data analysis was carried out thematically to obtain a holistic picture of the implementation of diagnostic assessments. The results of the study show that the implementation of diagnostic assessments at SMP Negeri 1 Watansoppeng is in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum, although there are still some challenges. The main obstacles faced by teachers include the diversity of students' abilities, limited facilities and infrastructure, and teachers' inadequate understanding of diagnostic assessments. Factors that affect the implementation of diagnostic assessments include teacher readiness, school support, large number of students, and the diversity of student learning styles. This study suggests that more intensive training for teachers be carried out and the improvement of facilities that support diagnostic assessments so that the implementation of assessments is more effective and in accordance with the needs of students.

The data obtained was analyzed holistically to reveal the implementation and impact of Kombel on improving teacher professionalism. The results of the study show that the implementation of Kombel at the junior high school level in Soppeng Regency has run optimally in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. The use of Kombel has proven to be effective in improving the pedagogic competence of Indonesian teachers, especially in the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. In addition, Kombel is a collaborative medium that supports the exchange of good practices between teachers, helps solve student learning problems, and supports the selection of relevant strategies, approaches, and methods. The factors that affect the use of Kombel include: teacher commitment and motivation, time management, availability of facilities, openness, and support from various parties. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening the learning community as a strategy to improve the quality of teacher competence in a sustainable manner.

K3 factors are closely related to the performance of ship crew (ABK) and, in turn, to the performance of the company. The more safety facilities available, the less likely work accidents are to occur. This study aims to determine how the Relationship Between Health and Safety Behavior (K3) and Work Accidents Among Ship Crew (ABK) on Passenger Ships. The type of research uses a quantitative method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study is Total Sampling with a sample size of 31 respondents. Data collection was obtained from direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted through univariate and bivariate tests, with the hypothesis testing using the Chi-square test at a confidence level (α=0.05). The results showed that there is a relationship between behavior and work accidents, with a value of (p=0.03), indicating a relationship between behavior and work accidents.

The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the procedures and special requirements in submitting a contentious determination of heirs, to explain the evidence of the applicants against the heirs, and to explain the efforts made to overcome obstacles in determining heirs contentiously. This research is an empirical legal research, data is obtained directly through interviews and literature reviews. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that there are still many heirs who submit the determination of heirs voluntarily with a lack of parties and result in their decisions being declared unacceptable, but in terms of contention there are still many heirs, judges and lawyers who do not know that there are provisions in the Circular of the Supreme Court (SEMA) Number 5 of 2021- Formulation of the Law of the Religious Chamber-2.b there are special procedures and requirements and proof in the submission as well as obstacles and efforts that must be made in the application for determination of heirs contentiously which is different from voluntary. It is recommended that the Sharia Court provide information regarding the new provisions in submitting applications to both lawyers and interested parties in order to obtain legal certainty because many parties do not yet know these provisions.

However, in terms of disclosure, the cooperative has not fully met the standards, as it does not include detailed accounting policies and inventory impairment information. This non-compliance affects the transparency and reliability of the financial statements, which may influence managerial decision-making. The study highlights the importance of implementing updated accounting standards to enhance the credibility of financial reporting and provides recommendations for improving inventory management to strengthen the cooperative’s financial stability and operational efficiency.

timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.
