rting Infrastructure (IP) together contribute an influence of 60.30 % on the decision of foreign tourists to visit the Province of East Nusa Tenggara. There are three variables that have a positive and significant influence on the choice of tourists to NTT, namely the ENT variable, TJJ and the PW variable; while the other three variables have no significant influence, namely, TJD , HOS and IP . For domestic tourists, Simultaneously, the five independent variables contribute 87.3% of the influence on the decision of domestic tourists to visit the Province of East Nusa Tenggara. However, partially, TJJ and PW have a significant effect, while TJD , HOS and IP have no significant effect on the choice of domestic tourists to visit the Province of East Nusa Tenggara. industry business before the preparation and implementation of Sail Komodo, shows that both additional investment, additional workforce , tourist visits, additional length of stay and income/turnover of business actors are in the low category. The condition of tourism business actors during the preparation, during and after the implementation of Sail Komodo shows a rapid increase. The three main variables that experienced a rapid increase during the preparation, during the implementation and after the implementation of Sail Komodo are additional tourist visits , additional turnover/ income and additional tourist stay time. Before the implementation of Sail Komodo, the environmental security conditions at tourist locations in NTT were already in the moderate category , compared to other variables that were in the low category . The condition of tourist locations during preparation, during implementation and after the implementation of Sail Komodo were in the moderate category except for additional electricity supply which was in the low category.

timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

Platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram have become key channels for self-directed learning, professional networking, and global collaboration. However, this article also identifies significant challenges, including the risk of distraction, consumption of irrelevant content, and the lack of guidance in using social media productively. Based on expert interviews, the study reveals the need for a strategic approach that involves digital literacy education and active supervision from educational institutions and families to optimize the potential of social media. This research contributes to the literature on technology and education by highlighting how Generation Z can effectively utilize social media for personal development and future professionalism.

e arrival of Islam in the 13th century to the contemporary era in 2023. The analysis was carried out based on primary literature studies sourced from classical qiraat books and secondary research documentation from Scopus indexed journals. The research also examines the role of qiraat expert figures in Indonesia as well as the development of qiraat teaching methods that are adapted to the local cultural context. The research results show that the qiraat tradition in Indonesia experienced a significant transformation along with the interaction between Islamic values and local culture, which in turn formed the variety of qiraat that is popular in the archipelago. It is hoped that these findings can fill the gap in literature regarding the history of qiraat in Indonesia and offer a new perspective for the development of religious studies in the future.

The dependent variable is employee loyalty, while the independent variables include leadership style and job satisfaction. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 80 respondents from the production department. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, and the data obtained were analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were also carried out to ensure a valid regression model, followed by the t-test and F-test to test partial and simultaneous effects. The coefficient of determination (R²) is used to measure the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive effect on employee loyalty at CV Putra Perkasa, which means that the better the leadership style applied, the higher the level of employee loyalty. In addition, job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee loyalty, where employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have higher loyalty to the company. Simultaneously, leadership style and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee loyalty, indicating that these two variables, both separately and together, play an important role in increasing employee loyalty at CV Putera Perkasa

The result of this research indicate that there is e-commerce influence to buyer interest proved by t test value show the number 9,649 and its significance 0.000 <0,05 from result above hence there is significant influence between e-commerce and buyer interest. The result of determination coefficient analysis (R2) shows how big influence e-commerce to buyer interest that is 0,748 meaning 7,48% and the rest 25,2% influenced by other variable not discussed in this research.

The method involves systematic thematic analysis of publications from 2010–2025 covering medical science, Islamic bioethics, and traditional health practices. Findings reveal that proper sterilization is crucial to preventing cross-contamination, and it aligns with Islamic ethical imperatives based on la darar wa la dirar and hifzh al-nafs. The discussion emphasizes the integration of Islamic values with modern medical standards and calls for structured education, practitioner training, and regulatory oversight. In conclusion, sterilization in sunnah cupping is not merely a technical requirement but a moral and religious obligation to ensure patient safety and uphold the integrity of prophetic medicine in the modern healthcare system.

he research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents who are coastal communities, supplemented by limited interviews to enrich the data. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression to determine the effect of the effectiveness of education (independent variable) on the level of welfare of coastal communities (dependent variable). The results of the analysis show that there is a strong, positive, and significant relationship between the effectiveness of education and community welfare, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.72. This means that 72% of the variation in coastal community welfare can be explained by the effectiveness of education, while the rest is influenced by other external factors. This study shows that education that is right on target, locally based, and contextual has a major contribution in increasing community capacity in managing marine resources sustainably. Therefore, strengthening education in coastal areas is an important strategy in efforts to improve the quality of life and empower the economy of coastal communities.

After testing, the results obtained were not significant (sig = 0.130>0.05), which means that big five personality does not affect happiness to students from Maluku in Malang. Apart from that, the role percentage big five personality in influencing happiness only 7.5%, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

In this context, English proficiency is crucial for accounting students to access international literature and understand global standards. Additionally, high learning motivation encourages students to be more disciplined and active in academic activities, while social support from the academic environment plays a role in enhancing their confidence and professionalism. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey involving 200 accounting students from various universities in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The analysis results show that all three factors significantly impact students’ professionalism and learning strategies. English proficiency is positively correlated with improved professionalism and learning strategies, while learning motivation enhances students' professionalism quality, and social support plays an essential role in developing professional attitudes and improving learning strategies. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating these three factors into higher education curricula to prepare students for global challenges and enhance their competitiveness in the international job market.
