This study aims to describe how the understanding of fifth grade students of SDN 188 Pekanbaru can be improved through project-based experiments on how the lungs work. This experimental method is designed with an active and contextual learning approach, where students are directly involved in the process of making a lung model using simple tools and materials. The results show that student involvement in experiment based on project capable increase enthusiasm learning and conceptual understanding significantly. In addition, this activity also trains critical thinking skills, teamwork, and scientific communication. These findings underscore the importance of integrating a project-based experimental approach in learning Science. The results indicate that emotional intelligence enables employees to adapt and interact effectively in the workplace, servant leadership fosters a supportive and empowering work climate, and organizational commitment enhances loyalty and proactive behavior. Furthermore, OCB plays a significant mediating role by reinforcing the relationship between these three variables and career development outcomes. Employees who display high OCB are more likely to gain recognition, trust, and career advancement opportunities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 31 sample pekerja yang memenuhi syarat pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dari analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden patuh terhadap penggunaan APD yaitu sebanyak 23 responden (74,2%), pengetahuan responden sebagian besar baik 24 responden (77,4%) dan sikap responden baik sebesar 24 responden (77,4%). Hasil penelitian analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square didapatkan adanya hubungan pengetahuan (p-value=0,000) dan sikap (p-value=0,02) terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam Tahun 2024. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan peran dari semua pihak terkait seperti pihak perusahaan serta pekerja untuk meningkatkkan pengetahuan dan sikap serta menerapkan program-program K3 khususnya penggunaan APD agar tehindar dari kecelakaan akibat kerja atau kerugian yang tidak diharapkan.

Diet or nutritional therapy is used to regulate the patient's food intake so that it remains fulfilled and does not result in an increase in blood sugar so that it is necessary to regulate the schedule, type and amount of food as nutrition. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Kabila Health Center work area. The design in this study is quantitative correlational. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 52 diabetes mellitus participants at the Kabila Health Center. The instrument used in the study used a questionnaire instrument with open questions about the variable health locus of control and compliance with the diet of patients with diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in diabetes mellitus patients in the Kabila Health Center work area, with a significance value or p-value showing 0.000 (p <0.05). This is based on the alternative Fisher exact test because there are 3 cells with an expect count value <5.

This article aims to examine the urgency of children’s education from the perspective of this hadith by exploring the spiritual and social significance of having a righteous child as a continuous source of reward. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research, drawing on collections of hadith, classical Islamic literature (turas) such as the works of Imam al-Ghazali, Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, and Imam Nawawī, as well as contemporary references from nationally accredited journals. The findings indicate that educating children possesses a transcendental dimension, making it a form of ongoing charity for parents—especially when the child grows to be righteous and contributes positively to society. This research recommends that the concept of child education should not be viewed solely from a worldly perspective but should also be instilled as part of eschatological awareness within the Islamic education system.

nalyze the relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative research which is descriptive analytic using a cross-sectional study approach with a sample of 266 respondents (total sampling) with univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that based on the results of the chi-square test, a value of p = 0.001 (<α = 0.05) was obtained, indicating that there is a relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction at the Outpatient Polyclinic of Mount Maria Tomohon Hospital. As a suggestion for hospital leaders, especially for outpatient directors at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital, it is recommended to set health service standards, particularly for outpatients, to enhance their satisfaction.

Results: There is no relationship between Gadget Use and Nutritional Status, (correlation coefficient is 0.078 and Sig. 2-tailed = 0.481 <0.05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between gadget use and nutritional status at STIKES Gunung Maria Tomohon and it is recommended that the campus can improve Nutrition and Health Education in nutrition education for students. The campus can hold seminars, workshops, or classes that educate students about the importance of a healthy diet, balanced eating habits, and how to choose nutritious foods.
