Although its implementation is faced with various challenges, both technical and psychological, solutions can be found through ongoing training, mentoring, and institutional support. ing variable. The study utilizes a qualitative approach by synthesizing findings from national and international journals published in the past 10–15 years. The results indicate that emotional intelligence enables employees to adapt and interact effectively in the workplace, servant leadership fosters a supportive and empowering work climate, and organizational commitment enhances loyalty and proactive behavior. Furthermore, OCB plays a significant mediating role by reinforcing the relationship between these three variables and career development outcomes. Employees who display high OCB are more likely to gain recognition, trust, and career advancement opportunities. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach in career development by integrating individual competencies, leadership styles, and affective organizational engagement. Practical implications suggest the need for organizational initiatives that strengthen emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and supportive organizational culture to foster sustainable employee career progression.

erment initiative to support small-scale farmers by increasing livestock populations and improving rural welfare. Data were collected using a descriptive quantitative method through in-depth interviews with program managers and grant recipients, supported by direct field observations. The Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices were used to determine the program’s strategic position, while the Cartesian SWOT diagram identified the appropriate development quadrant. The results show that the program is situated in Quadrant II, indicating strong internal conditions but significant external threats. With IFE and EFE scores of 2.9252 and 3,1333 respectively, the analysis suggests that the program should implement Strength–Threat (S-T) strategies, including consistent quarterly reporting, increased technical staff, and public reinforcement of the program’s catalytic function. These findings are expected to guide the formulation of more effective strategies for sustainable livestock empowerment in Kediri Regency.

The main character Perseus is the center of attention in the study of narrative structure because of his role as a mythological hero who faces a series of challenges that are full of values of courage, sacrifice, and determination. Propp's theory is used to identify narrative functions such as dispatch, magical agent, struggle, and transfiguration that appear in both movies. The method used is qualitative with content analysis technique by comparing the stories, characters, and moral messages as well as narrative functions in the two movies with the theme of Greek mythology. The results show that the comparison of the narrative structure of the two movies with the character Perseus has strengths in the dramatic aspects of heroic attitudes in accepting choices and fighting for life so that the integration of heroic material can be adapted to literature learning involving character values. This finding confirms that the narratological approach through comparative literature can be an important pedagogical tool to teach story structures with character values through popular media. This research recommends the utilization of mythological movies in literature learning and character education at various levels of education as a means of strengthening narrative literacy and understanding moral values.

According to data from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) for the period 2019 to 2023, the number of incidents increased significantly from 290,000 cases in 2019 to 1,031,389 cases in 2023. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks. However, initial observations indicate resistance from some farmers and signs of political interest dominance in both the formulation and implementation processes. The study aims to identify the political motives behind the policy, the sustainability of the program, farmers' literacy regarding the E-KPB system, and the extent to which the program empowers farmers and engages stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic analysis and source triangulation techniques, data were collected through in-depth interviews with academics and government officials, as well as document studies. The findings reveal that the dominance of regional leaders in decision-making has led to a program orientation that is more symbolic and electoral in nature. The dynamics of competing interests emerge both vertically and horizontally, resulting in weak coordination and reduced policy effectiveness. The transition from KPB to E-KPB has also shifted the program’s focus and reduced its tangible benefits for farmers. The study recommends strengthening multi-stakeholder collaborative governance in agricultural policy, reevaluating the structure of the E-KPB system, and actively involving academics and farmer associations. These findings contribute theoretically to the study of public policy and policy framing, and practically to improving the implementation of programs based on the real needs of farming communities.

The data obtained was analyzed holistically to reveal the implementation and impact of Kombel on improving teacher professionalism. The results of the study show that the implementation of Kombel at the junior high school level in Soppeng Regency has run optimally in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. The use of Kombel has proven to be effective in improving the pedagogic competence of Indonesian teachers, especially in the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. In addition, Kombel is a collaborative medium that supports the exchange of good practices between teachers, helps solve student learning problems, and supports the selection of relevant strategies, approaches, and methods. The factors that affect the use of Kombel include: teacher commitment and motivation, time management, availability of facilities, openness, and support from various parties. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening the learning community as a strategy to improve the quality of teacher competence in a sustainable manner.

This study aims to explore how Islamic ethical values—sincerity (ikhlas), trust (amanah), and halal compliance—can be integrated with clinical responsibilities such as sterilization protocols, informed consent, and therapist competency. A thematic qualitative literature review was conducted using Islamic jurisprudence, fatwas (DSN-MUI), WHO and Ministry of Health (Indonesia) guidelines from 2015–2025. Findings reveal that neglecting the maqashid sharia principle of hifzh an-nafs (protection of life) contradicts both Islamic ethics and medical safety. Sunnah cupping services rooted in both spiritual values and professional protocols are more trusted by Muslim patients and improve therapeutic legitimacy. This study highlights the urgent need for national SOPs, certified training, and the development of Islamic cupping clinics with integrated protocols. These clinics can serve as models of sharia-compliant, clinically responsible health services. The research offers practical recommendations for Islamic medical institutions and policy-makers in strengthening Islamic-based complementary therapies in modern healthcare systems.

Flexible IHRM approaches such as cross-cultural training and international work experience are key factors in shaping leaders with global capacity. The study also emphasizes the need for collaborative, context-relevant and sustainable leadership development strategies, and the importance of integrating inclusive IHRM practices to support organizational performance in a dynamic global work environment.
