population consist of all undergraduate students in all the six faculties of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko. A simple random sampling technique was used to select 200 students, the instrument for data collection was self-constructed questionnaire titled “off-campus, social and academic life of undergraduates’’ on four-point likert scale. The face and content validity of the instrument was ascertained by the researchers. Test-retest technique was used by the researcher, Pearson product movement correlation was used to determine the correlation coefficient which was 0.76. Three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis. The result indicated that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. The result also showed that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students, and finally the result revealed that there is a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. It was suggested that The Management of the institution should monitor the activities of students living off-campus.

The results obtained in this study are data descriptions, namely data on the presentation form of The Cirebon Palimanan Style Rumyang Mask Dance including: motion, makeup, fashion, accompaniment music, property and floor design. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability were given to 94 respondents. Methods of data collection through: observation, interviews, documentation, and literature, questionnaires. The method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study show that direct motivation significant positive effect on the commitment and performance of managers, and commitment plays a partial role in mediating the influence of motivation on the performance of managers. The research implication is the need for motivation to produce work according to standards. The research suggestion is that motivation needs to be increased again by giving awards to managers to form awareness to be more enthusiastic and motivated and committed to work so that they can improve performance at the Denpasar City Waste Bank.

The results show that the leader member exchange variable has an effectsignificanton employee performance, local culture has an effect positive and significant on employee performance.Local culture is not able to moderate the influenceleader member exchangeon employee performance but tends to be a predictor variable because it has positive but not significant results.

ng Motivation on Learning Outcomes, with Learning Independence as a moderating variable, in 11th grade students at SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak, located at Jl. Ujung Defense, Lantasan Baru, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This study used an ex post facto approach. The population was 35 11th grade Accounting students. The sample size was 35 students, using total sampling. Data collection was conducted through documentation and questionnaire distribution. The questionnaire was first tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was then processed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 30 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' accounting learning outcomes. This is indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.321 with a significance level of 0.021, which is less than 0.05. (2) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on students' accounting learning outcomes. The analysis results show a regression coefficient of 0.428 with a significance level of 0.004, which is less than 0.05. (3) Self-efficacy and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on students' accounting learning outcomes. This is proven by a calculated F-value of 18.672 with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. (4) Learning independence moderates the effect of self-efficacy on accounting learning outcomes. This is indicated by the significance value of the interaction variable between self-efficacy and learning independence of 0.043, which is less than 0.05. (5) Learning independence moderates the influence of learning motivation on accounting learning outcomes. The analysis results show a significance value of the interaction variable between learning motivation and learning independence of 0.029, which is less than 0.05. A company culture that is innovative, supportive and open to evaluation and attention to detail regarding employee needs, such as a safe and comfortable work environment, plays a role in creating creative, committed and motivated employees. PT United Tractors also shows that good company support, continuous employee training and development, as well as a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, can encourage employees to achieve higher achievements. These findings support the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee achievement motivation, that the stronger the company culture, the higher the employee achievement motivation.
