fere with safety is important. This study aims to develop a prototype of an environmental safety system using an emergency button application to inform certain safety conditions. This research is developed by conducting a Research and Development model through requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and functional testing. This prototype offers a basic function of the security system at a residence, such as a button for hazard emergency, stranger alert, notification when out of town, and needing assistance. This prototype is connected to the account of each resident with the security officer at the post guard. This prototype has been tested and works well as expected.

Abstrak: Keamanan lingkungan merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antara masyarakat dan petugas yang diberi wewenang secara khusus menjaga keamanan sebuah wilayah. Untuk itu, peranan masyarakat dalam menginformasikan tindakan-tindakan yang mengganggu keselamatan menjadi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe sistem keamanan lingkungan menggunakan aplikasi tombol darurat bagi masyarakat untuk menginformasikan kondisi keamanan tertentu. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan model Research and Development dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan selanjutnya dirancang dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk situs web yang selanjutnya diuji coba fungsionalitasnya. Fungsi yang ditawarkan dalam model ini meliputi tombol darurat bahaya, waspada orang asing, keluar kota dan bantuan. Sistem terhubung pada akun masing-masing warga dengan petugas keamanan di pos keamanan. Prototipe telah diuji fungsionalitasnya dan bekerja baik sesuai dengan fungsinya.

These errors are caused by a lack of understanding of algorithms and calculations in cryptography. In cryptography, the accuracy of the calculation results is a top priority, because if one does the calculation which is called the encryption and decryption process it will result in an incorrect message/information. To anticipate these errors, this cryptography learning is assisted by a tool called crypTool. This tool is a companion in carrying out the encryption and decryption process to avoid errors in the calculation process.

Abstrak: Kriptografi merupakan salah satu matakuliah yang penting untuk dipelajari, karena didalamnya memuat materi pengamanan data. Dalam matakuliah tersebut terdapat algoritma- algoritma dimana setiap algortima memiliki tingkat proses perhitungan yang berbeda satu dengan yang lainnya. Telah dilakukan beberapa kali pengujian dalam bentuk latihan terhadap mahasiswa dan dari sebagian dari mereka masih melakukan kesalahan dalam mendapatkan hasil proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Kesalahan tersebut diakibatkan oleh kuranganya memahami algoritma dan perhitungan dalam kriptografi. Dalam kriptografi keakuratan hasil perhitungan menjadi prioritas utama, karena apabila salah dalam melakukan perhitungan yang disebut dengan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi maka akan menghasilkan sebuah pesan/informasi yang salah. Guna mengantisipasi kesalahan tersebut maka pembelajaran kriptografi ini dibantu dengan sebuah tools yang bernama cryptool. Tool ini bersifat pendamping dalam melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi dengan maksud menghindari kesalahan didalam melakukan proses perhitungannya.

Therefore, to meet the beef needs, an additional supply of beef is needed by importing beef from abroad in the form of processed meat and prospective beef breeders. The problem experienced by independent local breeders is the selection of the best cattle breeds The process of selecting cattle breeds conducted so far by farmers is still manual and traditional. They did this because of the lack of qualified knowledge to choose the best beef breed based on certain criteria and which alternative cow options are suitable for beef cattle. So that the process of enlarging cattle breeds becomes shorter in time with maximum results. The technology used is using the MOORA and WASPAS methods as a comparison in determining the best beef cattle breeds. The method is expected to produce a comparison so that the results obtained from a more accurate method in selecting the best beef breeders in order to advance the local independent livestock business in particular and become self-sufficient beef in general.

Abstrak: Kebutuhan akan pemenuhan kuantitas dan kualitas daging sapi di indonesi sangat masih kurang dari persedian sapi yang ada di Indonesia, untuk tahun 2020 ini sendiri kebutuhan akan daging sapi di Indonesia sekitar 700.000 ton sementara persedian dalam negeri hanya mencapai 400.000 ton, dari itu Indonesia masih kurang 300.000 ton lagi. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencukupi kebutuhan daging sapi tersebut diperlukan tambahan suplai daging sapi dengan melakukan impor daging sapi dari luar negeri baik berupa daging olahan maupun bakalan calon bibit sapi. Masalah yang dialami oleh para peternak lokal mandiri yaitu pemilihan bibit sapi terbaik Proses pemilihan bibit sapi yang dilakukan selama ini oleh peternak masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit sapi terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif sapi mana yang cocok untuk dijadikan sapi potong. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembesaran bibit sapi menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode MOORA dan WASPAS sebagai pembanding dalam menetukan bibit sapi potong terbaik. Dari metode tersebut diharapkan menghasilkan perbandingan sehingga didapat hasil dari metode yang lebih akurat dalam pemilihan bibit sapi terbaik demi memajukan usaha peternakan mandiri lokal secara khusus dan menjadi swasembada daging sapi secara umum.

sary to maximize the efforts made by local farmers to produce chili yields with optimal quantity and quality. Efforts that can be made besides increasing unproductive agricultural land are applying technology to determine the best / superior chili seeds. So far, local farmers use hereditary concepts such as trial and error in determining the chili seeds to be planted. As a result of which occurs that the harvest is unstable and tends to fall even the possibility of crop failure. The purpose of the analysis of this research is to apply technology that can improve chili crop yields through the application of a Decision Support System. To get more optimal results, the application of technology is carried out using the concept of a combination of 2 methods based on the superiority of each method. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) because it has accurate criteria analysis. Furthermore, the Weighted Product (WP) method is applied because it can find alternative preference values that are quick and easy. Based on the process and results of the analysis that has been done, the application of the AHP method can produce priority factors for selecting superior chili seeds that are weighted for ranking WP method. Whereas the WP method can produce an alternative ranking quickly with the highest alternative being A5 with a value of 0.153.

Abstrak: Konsumsi cabai di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan. Impor dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri seperti dari negara Malaysia dan Vietnam. Untuk mengatasi masalah impor cabai ini, perlu upaya maksimal yang dilakukan oleh petani lokal untuk menghasilkan hasil panen cabai dengan kuantitas dan kualitas yang optimal. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan selain memperbanyak lahan pertanian yang belum produktif yaitu menerapkan teknologi teknologi untuk menentukan benih cabai yang terbaik/unggul. Selama ini petani lokal menggunakan konsep turun temurun seperti coba-coba dalam menentukan benih cabai yang akan ditanam. Akibat yang terjadi yaitu hasil panen yang tidak stabil dan cendrung turun bahkan kemungkinan gagal panen. Adapun tujuan dari analisis penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil panen tanaman cabai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal, penerapan teknologi dilakukkan menggunakan konsep kombinasi 2 metode yang didasarkan pada keunggulan dari masing-masing metode. Metode yang digunakan Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) karena memilki analisis kriteria yang akurat. Selanjutnya diterapkan metode Weighted Product (WP) karena memiliki kemampuan penemuan nilai preferensi alternatif yang cepat dan mudah. Berdasarkan proses dan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, penerapan metode AHP mampu menghasilkan faktor prioritas pemilihan benih cabai unggul yang menjadi nilai bobot untuk perankingan metode WP. Sedangkan metode WP mampu menghasilkan perankingan alternatif dengan cepat dengan alternatif tertinggi yaitu A5 dengan nilai 0,153.

But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. Therefore there must be a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. The results of this study are knowing the usability of implementing incoming and outgoing letters in the Information Systems Study Program.

Abstrak: Program Studi Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu program studi yang ada di Universitas Terbuka. Tugas dan tanggung jawab program studi adalah mengelola layanan akademik maupun non akademik. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan salah satu tugas yang harus dijalankan agar proses layanan menjadi maksimal. Namun pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga terjadi permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari surat yang masuk atau surat yang keluar karena masih di simpan dalam folder-folder, hanya bisa di akses oleh satu orang karena masih disimpan dalam sebuah komputer dan sulit mengklasifikasikan surat yang masuk. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. The lack of knowledge of farmers and the community about the evaluation of land suitability causes the cultivated plants do not produce optimally, because the conditions required by these plants are not in accordance with the conditions of the land that supports the growth of these plants. Seeing the importance of the process of selecting plants based on land suitability, while determining the selection of plants is still done only by looking at the experience of farmers who have not been tested. So the authors feel the need to make research to determine plants on land based on land suitability and plant growth requirements. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is very suitable to be used to calculate the priority weight of each criterion because it is objective, which will later be used as a reference ranking by the TOPSIS method. With this research, it can determine the estate crops that will be planted on a land based on the level of land suitability and the requirements for growing plants that are alternative precisely, accurately and dynamically.

Abstrak: Kebanyakan Petani masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tanaman apa yang cocok ditanaman di lahannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan petani mengenai kesesuaian lahan dengan persyaratan tumbuh suatu tanaman. Lemahnya tingkat pengetahuan petani dan masyarakat tentang evaluasi kesesuaian lahan menyebabkan tanaman yang dibudidayakan tidak berproduksi optimal, karena syarat yang dibutuhkan tanaman tersebut belum sesuai dengan kondisi lahan yang mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Melihat pentingnya proses pemilihan tanaman berdasarkan kesesuain lahan, sedangkan penentuan pemilihan tanaman masih dilakukan hanya berdasarkan dengan melihat pengalaman petani yang belum teruji. Maka penulis merasa perlu membuat penelitian untuk menentukan tanaman pada lahan berdasarkan kesesuain lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sangat cocok digunakan untuk menghitung bobot prioritas dari tiap kriteria karena bersifat obyektif, yang nantinya menjadi acuan perangkingan yang dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat menentukan tanaman perkebunan yang akan ditanam pada suatu lahan berdasarkan tingkat kesesuaian lahan dan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman yang menjadi alternatif secara tepat, akurat dan dinamis.

However, in the process of managing the process of input, output and reporting of goods that are done manually (still using paper) are not monitored properly, often there are outgoing or incoming goods whose data is not recorded. This, in the long run, will cause large losses. The purpose of this study is to build applications that function to help provide information that makes it easy to control the process of entry and exit of goods. The system development methodology used is object-oriented system development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results obtained from this research are the design and construction of Inventory Information System POS (Point of Sales) in the form of Context Diagrams and UML Diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams), with the results of black box testing conducted already in operation properly according to the needs of the retail owner.

Abstrak: Data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Badan Pusat Statistik (Susenas, BPS) 2016 menunjukkan, jumlah rata-rata pengeluaran pulsa secara nasional per bulan pada 2016 mencapai Rp 22.182 per kapita [1]. Tentu saja hal ini menjadi peluang usaha untuk para pengusaha retail counter. Namun, dalam proses pengelolaannya proses input, output dan pelaporan barang yang dilakukan secara manual (masih menggunakan kertas) tidak termonitoring dengan baik, seringkali terjadi adanya barang keluar ataupun barang masuk yang tidak tercatat datanya. Hal ini dalam jangka panjang akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang berfungsi dalam membantu memberikan informasi yang memudahkan dalam pengontrolan proses keluar masuknya barang. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem berorientasi objek menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Inventory P.O.S (Point of Sales) berupa Diagram Konteks dan UML Diagram (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram), dengan hasil pengujian black box yang dilakukan telah beroperasi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan owner retail.

The purpose of this paper is to design employee attendance and payroll information systems at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya using Waterfall method in order to produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. The Waterfall method is often used in designing an information system. Abstract: The rapid development of information technology today brings people into a new world. The world where communication has a very important role in every aspect of life, one of them is in the world of education. Schools as government agencies in the field of education do a lot of data processing, both student data, teacher data and school staff data. The data in addition to much can also change at any time so that data storage and administration must be done well and updated. Luqmanul Hakim Islamic Elementary School is an Islamic education foundation located in Suka Sejati village, South Cikarang sub-district, Bekasi district. This elementary school is still relatively new and currently uses manual methods in processing academic data where the recording is still using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and stored in a bookshelf. Academic information system is one solution to provide information quickly, precisely and accurately. Web-based academic information systems are very useful in providing convenience to both teachers and students. The method used in the development of academic information systems uses a prototype model. Web-Based Academic Information System is the right solution to create an effective and efficient information system.
