ANALYSIS OF USER EXPERIENCE OF THE M-TIX APPLICATION IN MANOKWARI REGENCY USING THE UEQ AND TAM METHODS

Abstract: Abstract: Digital technology has expanded the usage of mobile apps like M-Tix for movie ticket booking. The success of an app depends on its features, user experience, and technical acceptability. The User Experience Questionnaire&#8230; stionnaire (UEQ) and Technology acceptability Model (TAM) will be used to examine how user experience affects technology acceptability and M-Tix application usage in Manokwari Regency. Quantitative methods were used with 149 respondents. SmartPLS 4 was used to analyse data using PLS-SEM. Researchers found that Hedonic Quality positively impacts Perceived Usefulness (β=0.288; p=0.005). Pragmatic Quality significantly impacts Perceived Ease of Use (β=0.651; p<0.001) and Usefulness (β=0.372; p=0.002). Additionally, Perceived Ease of Use (β=0.180; p=0.043) and Usefulness (β=0.453; p<0.001) favourably impact Behavioural Intention. However, Perceived Ease of Use does not substantially impact Perceived Usefulness (β=0.105; p=0.265). These data show that user experience is crucial to technological adoption and M-Tix application usage.   Keywords: m-tix; PLS-SEM; technology acceptance model (TAM); user experience; user experience questionnaire (UEQ).   Abstrak: Teknologi digital telah memperluas penggunaan aplikasi seluler seperti M-Tix untuk pemesanan tiket film. Keberhasilan suatu aplikasi bergantung pada fitur-fiturnya, pengalaman pengguna, dan penerimaan teknis. Kuesioner Pengalaman Pengguna (UEQ) dan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) akan digunakan untuk meneliti bagaimana pengalaman pengguna memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi dan penggunaan aplikasi M-Tix di Kabupaten Manokwari. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan 149 responden. SmartPLS 4 digunakan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Peneliti menemukan bahwa Kualitas Hedonik berdampak positif pada Kegunaan yang Dirasakan (β=0,288; p=0,005). Kualitas Pragmatis berdampak signifikan pada Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan (β=0,651; p<0,001) dan Kegunaan (β=0,372; p=0,002). Selain itu, Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan (β=0,180; p=0,043) dan Kegunaan (β=0,453; p<0,001) berdampak positif terhadap Niat Perilaku. Namun, Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap Kegunaan yang Dirasakan (β=0,105; p=0,265). WEB-BASED INVENTORY SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT WITH AGILE AT CV DAZRY HARAPAN

Abstract: Abstract: Dazry Harapan Household Industry (IRT) is an SME in Jambi City specializing in the production of laundry perfume and previously relied on manual record-keeping using notebooks. This conventional method created&#8230; several issues, including frequent stock recording errors, difficulties in preparing financial reports, delays in identifying minimum stock levels, and the absence of structured historical data. This study aims to develop a web-based digital recording system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in inventory management. The system was developed using the Agile (Scrum) methodology through three sprints covering the creation of login modules, stock and transaction recording, reporting, minimum-stock notifications, and interface refinement. System design was formulated using use case diagrams, flowcharts, database modeling, and interface prototypes based on the Laravel framework. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) demonstrated high user satisfaction, with 90% of respondents stating that the system is easy to use, 85% reporting faster administrative processes, and 95% acknowledging improved reporting accuracy. The system also increased recording efficiency by 66%—from 3 minutes to 1 minute per transaction—and reduced stock recording errors from 15% to 2% per month. The results indicate that implementing a web-based digital recording system significantly enhances the operational performance of SMEs.             Keywords: SMEs, digital recording system, Agile, inventory management, Laravel.   Abstrak: Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) Dazry Harapan merupakan UMKM di Kota Jambi yang bergerak pada produksi parfum laundry dan masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual berbasis buku tulis. Metode konvensional tersebut menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti tingginya kesalahan pencatatan stok, hambatan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, keterlambatan identifikasi stok minimum, serta ketiadaan rekap data historis yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pencatatan digital berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi manajemen persediaan. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Agile (Scrum) melalui tiga sprint yang mencakup pembangunan modul login, pencatatan stok, transaksi, laporan, notifikasi stok minimum, serta penyempurnaan antarmuka. Desain sistem dirumuskan menggunakan use case diagram, flowchart, perancangan database, dan prototipe antarmuka berbasis Laravel. Hasil pengujian melalui User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang tinggi, yaitu 90% menilai sistem mudah digunakan, 85% merasakan percepatan proses pencatatan, dan 95% menilai laporan yang dihasilkan lebih akurat. Efisiensi waktu pencatatan meningkat sebesar 66%, dari 3 menit menjadi 1 menit per transaksi, sedangkan tingkat kesalahan pencatatan menurun dari 15% menjadi 2% per bulan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi sistem pencatatan digital berbasis web mampu meningkatkan kualitas operasional UMKM secara signifikan.   Kata kunci: UMKM; sistem pencatatan digital; Agile; manajemen stok; Laravel;

ANALYSIS OF INTEREST IN USING BLU DEPOSIT BASED ON TAM

Abstract: Abstract: Digital banking has brought various innovations in financial services, one of which is Blu Deposito by BCA Digital. However, the adoption rate of digital deposit services is still relatively low compared to digital&#8230; ital payment services. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence customers' intentions and actual behavior in using Blu Deposito with reference to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customers' intentions and actual behavior in adopting Blu Deposito using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. Data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire from 54 customers at one BCA branch and analyzed using SPSS through validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and multiple regression. The results show that Behavioral Intention (BI)is significantly influenced by Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), and Attitude Toward Using (ATU), with PEOU as the most dominant factor. In addition, BI has a significant effect on Actual System Use (AU), which confirms the relevance of applying the TAM model in the context of digital deposit products. These findings indicate that ease of use plays a greater role than financial benefits in encouraging users to adopt Blu Deposits. This study contributes to the understanding of digital deposit adoption and provides managerial insights to improve the usability and user engagement of digital banking services. Meskipun demikian, tingkat adopsi terhadap layanan deposito digital masih relatif rendah dibandingkan dengan layanan pembayaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat serta perilaku aktual nasabah dalam menggunakan Blu Deposito dengan mengacu pada kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat dan perilaku aktual nasabah dalam mengadopsi Blu Deposito dengan menggunakan kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Google Form dari 54 nasabah di satu cabang BCA dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Behavioral Intention (BI) dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), dan Attitude Toward Using (ATU), dengan PEOU sebagai faktor paling dominan. Selain itu, BI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Actual System Use (AU), yang menegaskan relevansi penerapan model TAM pada konteks produk deposito digital. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan memiliki peran lebih besar dibandingkan manfaat finansial dalam mendorong pengguna untuk mengadopsi Blu Deposito. ANALYSIS OF THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE SINAGA ATTENDANCE APPLICATION AT SMA NEGERI 1 JATILAWANG USING THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)

Abstract: This study analyzes the acceptance of teachers and ASN employees of the SINAGA (Sistem Informasi Layanan Kepegawaian) attendance application at SMA Negeri 1 Jatilawang using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).&#8230; The model was extended by incorporating two external variables: Information Quality and Complexity. This explanatory quantitative research employed the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method involving 60 respondents who are civil servants, consisting of teachers and administrative staff. The results reveal that Information Quality has a positive and significant influence on both Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), while Complexity does not show a significant effect on either variable. Furthermore, PEOU and PU have a positive impact on Attitude Toward Use (ATU), which subsequently affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). Behavioral intention, in turn, strongly influences Actual Use (AU). These findings indicate that teachers’ acceptance of the SINAGA digital attendance system in educational settings is primarily driven by information quality and users’ positive attitudes rather than by system complexity. Theoretically, this study contributes to the expansion of TAM application in the educational context. Practically, it provides valuable insights for improving the effectiveness of SINAGA implementation through better information quality and enhanced user experience.         

DEVELOPMENT OF A QR CODE-BASED WEBAR TO DIGITIZE LOCAL WISDOM AS AN EFFORT TO INCREASE TOURIST ATTRACTION IN BORDER AREAS

Abstract: Abstract: Current technological developments play a crucial role in driving the tourism industry, one of which is the utilization of technology. However, tourist attractions in border areas face challenges such as limited&#8230; d access to digital information and a lack of interactive media to present local wisdom such as history, customs, and culture. This study aims to develop and implement a QR Code-based Web-based Augmented Reality (WebAR) to digitize local wisdom at tourist attractions, making information more engaging and accessible to tourists. The research methodology adopted three approaches: UCD (User-Centered Design), Agile methods, and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). This platform contains the local wisdom of two tourist villages in the border area, namely Sebujit Village and Jagoi Babang Village. The results of testing and evaluation using multiple linear regression and SEM-PLS methods on 45 respondents showed that the WebAR technology acceptance model was significant (F = 6.583; p < 0.001). User Attitude (ATU) is a key variable that significantly influences Intention to Use (BI) (β=0.429; p=0.001), while Ease of Use (PEOU) and Benefit (PU) indirectly influence BI through ATU. As additional validation, the classification test yielded an accuracy of 88.90% and an F1-score of 0.941, confirming that QR Code-based WebAR is effective and well-received as a digital information and promotion medium for local wisdom in border areas. Namun, objek wisata di daerah perbatasan menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses informasi digital dan kurangnya media interaktif untuk menyajikan kearifan lokal seperti sejarah, adat istiadat, dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Web-based Augmented Reality (WebAR) berbasis QR Code untuk digitalisasi kearifan lokal objek wisata, menjadikan informasi lebih menarik dan mudah diakses bagi wisatawan. Metodologi penelitian mengadopsi tiga pendekatan, UCD (User-Centered Design), metode Agile, dan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Platform ini memuat kearifan lokal dua desa wisata di daerah perbatasan, yaitu Desa Sebujit dan Desa Jagoi Babang. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi dengan metode regresi linier berganda dan SEM-PLS pada 45 responden menunjukkan bahwa model penerimaan teknologi WebAR ini signifikan (F = 6.583; p < 0.001). Sikap Pengguna (ATU) menjadi variabel kunci yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Penggunaan (BI) (β=0.429; p=0.001), sementara Kemudahan Penggunaan (PEOU) dan Manfaat (PU) memengaruhi BI secara tidak langsung melalui ATU. Sebagai validasi tambahan, uji klasifikasi menghasilkan akurasi 88,90% dan F1-score 0,941, yang menegaskan bahwa WebAR berbasis Kode QR efektif dan dapat diterima dengan baik sebagai media informasi dan promosi digital kearifan lokal di wilayah perbatasan. DEVELOPMENT INTEGRATIVE MODEL FOR ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS USING UTAUT, DELONE&MCLEAN, AND TTF

Abstract: Abstract: The Academic Information System (SIAKAD) plays an important role in supporting the management of academic administration in higher education institutions, particularly for students. ABC University has implemented&#8230; ed SIAKAD since 2018 to facilitate administrative ativities in line with its motto of a high technology campus. This study aims to measure the sucess of SIAKAD usage from the aspects of acceptance, satisfaction, suitability, and perceived benefits. The integration of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), DeLone & McLean, and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models was carried out to obain a more comprehensive overview in assessing the success of SIAKAD. UTAUT explains the factors influencing the intention to use, DeLone & McLean emphasizes the relationship between system quality and both user satisfaction and net benefits, while TTF evaluates the fit between technology and user tasks. By combining these three models, the study addresses the limitations of each model and produces a more holistic approach in measuring acceptance, success, and the appropriateness of system use. INTEGRATED AHP-TOPSIS DECISION SYSTEM FOR FAIR STUDENT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Abstract: Giving awards is essential to motivate students; however, selecting outstanding students at the junior high school level is often conducted manually and subjectively, which can lead to unfairness and prolonged processing&#8230; time. This study develops a Decision Support System (DSS) that integrates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to support objective and transparent student selection. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation at two state junior high schools in Banjarmasin City. Seven assessment criteria were applied: attendance, behavior, uniform neatness, extracurricular participation, academic grades, competition achievements, and disciplinary records. AHP was used to determine the weight of each criterion, while TOPSIS ranked students based on these weights. The web-based system was developed using PHP and MySQL and evaluated using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results show that academic grades had the highest weight (28.5%), followed by attendance (22.3%) and competition performance (15.2%). The TAM evaluation yielded average scores of 4.32 for Perceived Ease of Use, 4.40 for Perceived Usefulness, 4.15 for Attitudes Towards Use, and 4.28 for Behavioral Intention to Use. The DSS produces accurate rankings, is well-received by users, and offers an efficient, fair, and replicable solution for data-driven educational governance in the digital era.

FEATURE ALIGNMENT OF THE INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIT SYSTEM BASED ON PPEPP

Abstract: Abstract: The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, has developed guidelines for the Internal Quality Assurance System or known as SPMI, that is being implemented through the Internal Quality Audit (IQA)&#8230; QA) with the PPEPP cycle, namely Determination (P), Implemen-tation (P), Evaluation (E), Control (P), and Improvement (P). Some universities have implemented IQA with system. The problem is that the system does not line well with the PPEPP cycle, which results in unsatisfactory audit results. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the university-owned AQI system features in line the PPEPP cycle and to highlight development opportunities. The method used Feature Oriented Domain analysis (FODA) and Acceptance Testing. This study delivered an analysis of IQA system features that consistent with PPEPP. The FODA results were validated by expert and tested with User Acceptance Test (UAT) with 89.98% user response that the system is acceptable. The research contributes to universities' understanding of the features necessary in the AQI system, which has an impact on the perfection of the university AQI system design in accordance with the PPEPP cycle.             Keywords: FODA; IQA system; PPEPP cycle; SPMI     Abstrak: Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi telah menyusun pedoman Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal atau yang dikenal dengan SPMI, yang diimplementasikan melalui Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) dengan siklus PPEPP, yaitu Penetapan (P), Pelaksanaan (P), Evaluasi (E), Pengendalian (P), dan Peningkatan (P). Beberapa perguruan tinggi telah mengimplementasikan AMI dengan sistem. Permasalahannya, sistem tersebut tidak sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP, sehingga hasil audit kurang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa baik fitur sistem AMI milik perguruan tinggi sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP dan menyoroti peluang pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Feature Oriented Domain (FODA) dan Acceptance Testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis fitur sistem AMI yang konsisten dengan PPEPP. Hasil FODA divalidasi oleh ahli dan diuji dengan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan 89,98% respon pengguna bahwa sistem dapat diterima. THE ROLE OF PERCEIVED CONVENIENCE ON WHATSAPP ADOPTION USING UTAUT2 MODEL

Abstract: Abstract: Advancements in digital technology have significantly transformed communication and learning. Traditional learning methods have limitations in providing a fast and interactive learning environment, necessitating&#8230; g accessible technology that enhances student and teacher engagement while ensuring convenience. WhatsApp has emerged as a widely used solution due to its accessibility, privacy features, and cross-platform compatibility, offering users a sense of convenience. This study examines the role of Perceived Convenience in the acceptance and use of WhatsApp in secondary education in Medan City using the UTAUT2 Model. A survey was conducted with 439 respondents from 8 secondary schools in Medan and analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS-4. The results indicate that social influence, hedonic motivation, habit, and perceived convenience positively impact the intention to use WhatsApp. Additionally, facilitating conditions, perceived convenience, and intention to use significantly influence actual usage behavior. However, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and price value do not affect either intention or behavior in using WhatsApp. Moderating variables such as age, gender, and experience partially moderate the relationships between independent factors and WhatsApp usage intention and behavior. This study contributes by incorporating Perceived Convenience into the UTAUT2 Model and affirming its role in educational technology adoption.             Keywords: perceived convenience; secondary education; UTAUT2; whatsapp     Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam komunikasi dan pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran tradisional memiliki keterbatasan dalam menyediakan lingkungan belajar yang cepat dan interaktif, sehingga diperlukan teknologi yang mudah diakses, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan guru, serta nyaman digunakan. WhatsApp menjadi salah satu solusi dan banyak digunakan karena mudah diakses, privasi yang ditawarkan, serta kompatibilitas lintas platform sehingga memberikan kenyamanan yang dapat dirasakan pengguna ketika menggunakannya. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini menguji peran Persepsi Kenyamanan terhadap penerimaan dan penggunaan WhatsApp dalam pendidikan menengah di Kota Medan menggunakan Model UTAUT2. Survei dilakukan pada 439 responden dari 8 sekolah menengah di kota Medan, dan dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS menggunakan SmartPLS-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social influence, hedonic motivation, habit, dan perceived convenience berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Sementara itu, facilitating conditions, perceived convenience, dan behavioral intention berdampak positif pada use behavior. AUTOMATIC SPEECH RECOGNITION (ASR) BASED ON PROGRESSIVE WEB APPS TO DEVELOP PRONUNCIATION LEARNING

Abstract: Abstract: Good pronunciation plays a crucial role in enhancing students' confidence, encouraging active participation in learning, and preparing them for academic and professional opportunities, such as English-language&#8230; interviews. Poor pronunciation during scholarship or job interviews can hinder the interviewer's understanding, thereby reducing the chances of acceptance. This study aims to improve students' pronunciation fluency and develop a learning medium based on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technology. The method employed involves the development of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) integrated with ASR technology from the app.lumi.education platform, supported by manual labeling for pronunciation validation. The research was conducted at LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Tanjungbalai City. The results demonstrate that ASR-based media significantly enhances students' pronunciation accuracy and confidence. Thus, the integration of ASR technology into PWA effectively supports innovative and efficient pronunciation learning.             Keywords: automatic speech recognition; language learning; pronunciation; web-based application.    Abstrak: Pengucapan yang baik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa, mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi peluang akademik maupun profesional, seperti wawancara berbahasa Inggris. saat menghadapi wawancara beasiswa atau pekerjaan berbahasa Inggris, pengucapan yang buruk dapat mengurangi pemahaman pewawancara, sehingga mengurangi peluang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran pengucapan siswa dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan Progressive Web Apps (PWA) yang terintegrasi dengan ASR dari aplikasi app.lumi.education, didukung oleh pelabelan manual untuk validasi pengucapan. Penelitian dilakukan di LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Kota Tanjungbalai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis ASR secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi pengucapan dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Dengan demikian, integrasi teknologi ASR dalam PWA terbukti mendukung pembelajaran pengucapan secara inovatif dan efisien.
