Kegiatan dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan aset sosial, budaya, dan teknologi yang dimiliki desa melalui sejumlah program utama, seperti Webinar Implementasi Digitalisasi Desa bersama DigiDes, pembuatan website dan akun media sosial desa, infografis layanan publik, serta video edukasi digital yang memperkenalkan potensi dan profil desa. Pelibatan masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan memastikan adanya rasa kepemilikan (sense of ownership) dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan meningkatnya literasi digital perangkat desa, penyebaran informasi publik yang lebih efektif, serta penguatan citra Desa Rampoang sebagai komunitas yang progresif dan berbudaya. Program ini berhasil menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dapat berjalan seiring dengan pelestarian nilai kearifan lokal, menjadikan Desa Rampoang sebagai model pembangunan Smart Village yang modern sekaligus berakar pada identitas budaya setempat.

The expected outcomes include an increased interest in reading and writing, as well as the formation of positive attitudes toward the learning process, which can have a long-term impact on students’ academic and character development. ndonesia. The program is motivated by the need for a learning medium integrating Buddhist teachings with direct experience in a religious and cultural environment. The implementation adopted a participatory and collaborative approach, engaging participants particularly university students in ritual activities, Dharma discussions, and the practice of moral precepts (sīla). The selection of Muaro Jambi Temple also served as a strategy to revitalize the site’s function as a center for spiritual cultivation and cultural preservation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the Dharma, adherence to moral precepts, and awareness of the importance of Buddhist cultural heritage. The program fostered the development of religious character and cultural identity, enhancing participants’ commitment to preserving the noble values of Buddhism within the local context. Furthermore, it opened opportunities for the development of history-based religious tourism. In conclusion, this PKM effectively integrates religious education, character building, and cultural preservation. Its sustainability requires multi-stakeholder support to ensure that the values, history, and spirituality of the Nusantara heritage are preserved authentically and meaningfully.

The training results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in leveraging TikTok features for digital marketing. The implementation carried out by the participants successfully expanded their market reach and increased consumer interaction through their TikTok accounts. Despite challenges related to the need for ongoing mentoring, this activity has had a tangible positive impact on the development of local hydroponic businesses. This training is expected to become a starting point for business actors to continue innovating and optimizing digital marketing strategies to face the dynamics of the modern market.

he training was conducted through three main stages: delivery of material on the importance of fine motor stimulation through art activities, participatory discussions, and hands-on practice in gradient coloring techniques. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure the improvement in participants’ competencies. The results showed a significant increase in understanding and skill levels. The percentage of participants classified as "excellent" increased from 0% to 40%, those in the "good" category rose from 34% to 40%, and 20% were categorized as "sufficient". No participants were classified as "poor" or "very poor". These findings indicate that training in gradient coloring techniques is effective in enhancing the capacity of ECE teachers to provide creative and enjoyable fine motor stimulation for young children.

This community service project aimed to educate students of SMPIT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang on how to use Indonesian properly, accurately, and politely in digital communication. The method involved initial observation, development of a contextual learning module based on social media content, implementation of interactive training, and follow-up evaluation and mentoring. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ understanding of language norms and online communication ethics. Students became more aware in choosing appropriate diction, composing grammatically correct sentences, and maintaining polite interactions in social media posts and comments. Post-training mentoring also showed consistency in the students’ application of polite language in their digital interactions. This program demonstrates that language education integrated with digital literacy and character-building can shape ethical and productive communication behaviors among junior high school students. Such education is recommended to be continuously implemented as part of school literacy programs.

tourism management largely depends on the capacity of human resources and local institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of community-based nature tourism management training in improving individual capacities and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Giri Puspa Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan/KTH) as the manager of Lembah Puspa Educamp in West Bandung Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Research informants consisted of the group leader, management board members, KTH members, training facilitators, and tourism development partners selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the training contributed significantly to improving participants’ competencies in tour guiding, visitor services, tourism safety, environmental interpretation, and digital marketing. Furthermore, the training strengthened institutional capacity through enhanced coordination, task distribution, member participation, and collective decision-making processes. The program also supported the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) principles, as reflected in increased community involvement in tourism management and destination development. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited funding, inadequate supporting facilities, and unequal competency levels among group members. The study concludes that training serves as a strategic instrument for community empowerment and institutional strengthening to support sustainable community-based nature tourism management

e application of appropriate learning approaches, one of which is through the andragogi approach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the andragogy approach in Package B learning at PKBM Citra Priangan, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine its impact on the involvement of learning residents. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the principles of andragogy have been applied through experiential learning, participatory methods, learning flexibility, and the development of life skills programs. Supporting factors include family culture, tutor competence, and learning flexibility, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities, learning environment conditions, and heterogeneity of learning residents. The implementation of andragogy has been proven to increase the participation, motivation, and involvement of learning residents in the learning process. Thus, the andragogy approach effectively supports the implementation of Package B learning that is more relevant to the needs of learning residents

Employing a sample of 30 participants gathered via probability sampling techniques, data collection was conducted utilizing Likert-scale questionnaires and statistically processed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The empirical analysis demonstrates a significant and highly robust positive correlation between the investigated constructs ($r = 0.769$; $p = 0.000$). This outcome highlights a noteworthy theoretical anomaly, wherein heightened levels of crisis are unexpectedly linked with enhanced self-esteem. This distinct psychological pattern is driven by active internal introspection, a purposeful pursuit of life meaning, and personal identity consolidation amid adversity. Furthermore, the campus culture at IAKN Kupang—characterized by comprehensive spiritual mentoring, robust peer networks, and a nurturing social atmosphere—serves as a constructive emotional buffer. These external dynamics empower students to navigate developmental stress adaptively, demonstrating that rather than diminishing their self-worth, the identity crisis ultimately bolsters their personal resilience.
