Employing a systematic literature review and thematic synthesis through qualitative analysis, this study identifies, categorizes, and synthesizes key conceptual themes relevant to the research focus. The findings reveal that value-based governance serves as an ethical foundation that strengthens value-based reputation, while the latter functions as a catalyst for achieving sustainable development objectives. The synergy among these three elements produces a governance model that positions the principles of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah as a normative framework for ethical, transparent, and sustainable Islamic financial practices. The primary contribution of this research lies in the simultaneous integration of the three major frameworks—value-based governance, value-based reputation, and SDGs—which enriches theoretical discourse on Islamic financial governance and provides strategic direction for the development of policy, sharia auditing, and sustainability reporting systems oriented toward ethical values and global welfare.

analyze the role of religious moderation in public service policy in Indonesia, particularly in bridging the relationship between bureaucratic neutrality and social harmony within a multicultural society. To date, studies on religious moderation have largely focused on education and interfaith dialogue, while the dimensions of public policy and bureaucratic culture remain underexplored. Using a qualitative approach through policy analysis and literature review, this research examines how the values of religious moderation tawasuth (balance), tasamuh (tolerance), ‘adl (justice), and musawah (equality) can be integrated into an inclusive, fair, and ethical public service system. The findings indicate that the internalization of moderation values within public policy can strengthen governmental ethics, enhance public trust, and reinforce social cohesion amid diversity. This study also proposes a conceptual model called Moderation-Based Public Service Governance (MBPSG) as a new framework for public service management grounded in the values of religious moderation, balancing administrative efficiency with social justice.

The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques.
The findings reveal that teachers serve as digital learning facilitators, innovators in designing coding-based learning activities, and ethical guides who help students use technology responsibly. Simple coding activities effectively foster students’ logical thinking, creativity, and digital collaboration skills. However, limited technological infrastructure and insufficient teacher training remain major obstacles to sustainable implementation. Therefore, systemic support through educational policy, professional development, and adaptive curriculum design is essential.

Using a qualitative reflective framework, the author employs her own journey as a Muslim woman, mother, and doctoral scholar to examine how autoethnography can serve as both method and ibadah ilmiah. The discussion situates this approach within Islamic concepts of tafakkur (contemplation) and muhasabah (self-accounting), connecting them to the works of Amina Wadud, Etin Anwar, and Saba Mahmood. Findings reveal three epistemic dimensions of spiritual self-writing: (1) writing as worship and remembrance, (2) domestic space as an epistemic field of ethical formation, and (3) reflexive authorship as a feminist-spiritual act of reclaiming authority. By merging autoethnography with Islamic historiography, this study proposes an inclusive and embodied mode of scholarship — one that honors lived experience as a source of divine and intellectual illumination.

Gadamer's hermeneutic approach is used as a theoretical framework for critically interpreting Qur'anic texts, with the aim of contributing to the treasure trove of modern interpretations of pluralism. The findings of the study show that the Qur'an, through verses that emphasize the unity of humanity and respect for diversity, provides a strong foundation for the implementation of diversity values. The discussion also explained the social implications of the application of the principle of diversity according to the Qur'an, including in the context of politics, education, and intercultural relations in pluralistic societies. By integrating critical analysis of sacred texts with empirical data and theoretical studies, this article is expected to make a significant contribution to the research treasure trove of Islamic studies and pluralism. This research emphasizes that the role of the Qur'an in upholding the value of diversity is multi-perspective; It not only provides spiritual guidance, but also offers an ethical framework that can foster the construction of an inclusive, just, and harmonious modern society. Using a quantitative methodology, this research employed saturated sampling of 87 managers from fast-fashion companies across major Indonesian cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The measurement model demonstrated strong reliability and validity, with all constructs exceeding recommended thresholds for Cronbach's Alpha (0.832-0.873), Composite Reliability (0.883-0.911), and Average Variance Extracted (0.603-0.671). Discriminant validity was confirmed through Fornell-Larcker criterion and HTMT ratios below 0.85. The findings reveal that ethical leadership, innovation adoption, and creativity function as complementary organizational resources that collectively enhance company performance rather than operating in isolation. These results provide empirical evidence for the synergistic effects of leadership behavior, technological orientation, and creative capacity in driving organizational success. The study contributes to management literature by demonstrating the integrated nature of these capabilities and offers practical guidance for fast-fashion companies seeking sustainable competitive advantage through ethical practices, systematic innovation, and creative organizational cultures.

The primary focus of this research is on the role of Buddhists in internalizing and implementing the four main pillars of religious moderation, namely commitment to nationalism, tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation of local culture in the life of the village community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data collection techniques involve participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. According to Colaizzi, the research procedure refers to the seven stages of phenomenology, while informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data are analyzed through pattern matching, explanation making, and time series analysis. The research results show that Buddhist communities in the village of Rajabasa Lama have successfully implemented religious moderation by integrating the values of the Hasta Arya Marga teachings in Buddhism and the principles of multiculturalism in social life. National commitment, a sense of tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation for their local culture are reflected in inclusive attitudes, active tolerance, and participation in interfaith activities without creating exclusive boundaries. This moderation process is formed through the practice of wisdom, morality, and concentration expressed in peaceful, ethical, and dialogical social discourse, thus strengthening a harmonious collective identity.

concern, and social influence. A survey of 56 Tokopedia users was analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that firm ethicality significantly and positively influenced brand loyalty. In contrast, green marketing and CSR did not show significant effects, nor did any of the hypothesized moderating relationships. Interestingly, social influence, although not proposed as a direct predicator, demonstrated a significant direct effect on brand loyalty, highlighting the roles of normative and informational influence in e-commerce. Assessment of the measurement model confirmed satisfactory construct reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. The structural model exhibited predictive relevance. The findings indicate that corporate ethics and social influence are key factors in fostering loyalty within Indonesia’s digital marketplace.
