l figures in the governance of educational institutions, school principals play a multidimensional role, encompassing strategic, managerial, pedagogical, and symbolic functions that simultaneously influence the effectiveness of the school organization. The findings indicate that the principal’s level of commitment is positively correlated with the quality of strategic planning, resource management, and the development of a collaborative work culture oriented toward achieving institutional goals. Principals who demonstrate a high level of dedication to enhancing education quality tend to be more effective in building constructive supervision systems, establishing transformative visions and missions, and mobilizing stakeholder participation in data-driven decision-making processes. This study also affirms that the successful implementation of educational service programs is highly dependent on the principal’s capacity to navigate policy dynamics, resource limitations, and the socio-cultural complexities of the school environment. From a theoretical standpoint, this study reflects the relevance of transformational leadership and evidence-based management approaches as foundational to building adaptive and accountable educational institutions. The implications of this research emphasize that enhancing the professional capacity of school principals (in terms of integrity, managerial competence, and strategic vision) is a key determinant in realizing holistic, relevant, and sustainable educational service quality.

The investigation focuses on three main questions, namely the characteristics of the principal’s leadership, the level of teacher professionalism, and the extent to which leadership contributes to the effectiveness of student guidance. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of instructional, managerial, and entrepreneurial leadership concepts with teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies, resulting in a more holistic understanding of the mechanisms through which leadership influences the guidance process that requires accuracy in planning, precision in implementation, and rigor in evaluation. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between the principal’s leadership and teacher professionalism, with a contribution of 61.1%, indicating that the majority of improvements in teacher professionalism are shaped by the quality of leadership practiced. Supportive and participatory leadership, reinforced by continuous academic supervision, is proven to enhance teachers’ capacities, strengthen work motivation, and create a professional environment conducive to effective student guidance. These outcomes demonstrate that the effectiveness of guidance is not solely influenced by individual teacher competence but also by leadership structures that direct, facilitate, and optimize educator performance systematically. This study concludes that the madrasah principal holds a central role as a driver of improved guidance quality through the application of visionary, adaptive, and human-resource-oriented leadership, whose implications may serve as a basis for formulating strategies to enhance teacher competence and strengthen educational leadership models within madrasah institutions.

The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for future research and professional practice in agribusiness sectors oriented toward global markets with high logistics risks and intense competition that demand continuous, data-driven managerial innovation grounded in reliable and context-specific empirical evidence for the future of national industries.

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Workload on Turnover Intention among Generation Z workers in the Coffee Shop industry in Pontianak City, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, with data collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. A total of 200 respondents aged 18–27 years were selected using purposive sampling based on relevant criteria. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach via the SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis results show that the Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, while Compensation has a negative but not significant effect. Workload has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Furthermore, the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation have significant positive effects on Job Satisfaction, while the effect of Workload is not significant. Job Satisfaction is proven to act as a significant mediator in the relationship between the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention, but it does not mediate the relationship between Workload and Turnover Intention. These findings emphasize the urgency of formulating managerial strategies focused on improving the quality of the work environment and implementing adaptive compensation policies, in order to sustainably reduce turnover rates among Generation Z workers.

eneration Z, as a demographic cohort increasingly dominating the labor force, exhibits distinctive psychosocial characteristics that necessitate adaptive managerial approaches, particularly concerning psychological well-being in the workplace. The sample comprised 161 respondents employed across various industrial sectors in Indonesia, selected using a sampling technique based on Lemeshow’s formula for populations lacking explicit definition. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to assess causal relationships among constructs and to validate the proposed theoretical model. Empirical findings reveal that both the work environment and quality of work life exert a positive and statistically significant influence on mental health. Furthermore, these two variables also directly contribute to enhanced work productivity. In addition, mental health is demonstrated to be a significant mediator in the relationship between the independent variables and productivity, thereby reinforcing their indirect effects. These results underscore the importance of organizational policy formulation that strategically positions mental health as a core element in human resource management systems. Accordingly, well-being-based workplace interventions not only enhance productivity but also foster a sustainable work ecosystem for the current and future workforce.

Abstrak: Sistem pakar yang mampu mengidentifikasi kerusakan awal server dengan sistem operasi linux di BP Batam pada layer aplikasi berdasarkan pengetahuan yang diberikan langsung dari pakar/ahlinya dan melalui studi literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perhitungan Certainty Factor (CF) dalam menghitung tingkat kepakaran. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari data indikasi dan data error atau permasalahan server, serta data aturan. Sistem pakar pada organisasi khususnya di BP Batam ditujukan untuk penambahan value, peningkatan produktivitas serta area manajerial yang dapat mengambil kesimpulan dengan cepat. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari sistem pakar yang mampu melakukan diagnosis dan identifikasi dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat terhadap indikasi error atau permasalahan yang ditimbulkan diharapkan mampu membantu para administrator server dalam mengantisipasi kerusakan sistem yang lebih parah dan dapat mengganggu operasional sistem di BP Batam.

The results indicate that hands-on and context-based approaches effectively improve the SME owner's understanding of efficient and adaptive business management. This program contributes to current knowledge on contextual SME assistance strategies and provides a basis for applying similar models to other small enterprises with comparable characteristics.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada UMKM Adinda Food dilaksanakan untuk menjawab permasalahan manajemen usaha, terutama pencatatan keuangan yang tidak terstruktur, pembagian kerja yang kurang jelas, serta pemasaran yang masih terbatas pada penjualan langsung. Melalui metode observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, analisis SWOT, dan pendampingan implementatif, kegiatan ini menghasilkan model solusi yang dapat digunakan UMKM secara praktis, meliputi pencatatan keuangan sederhana, pola kerja terstandarisasi, dan pengenalan pemasaran digital. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis praktik mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap tata kelola usaha yang efisien dan adaptif. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan pengetahuan mengenai strategi pendampingan UMKM yang kontekstual, serta membuka peluang penerapan model serupa pada usaha kecil lainnya dengan karakteristik sejenis.

cal MSME engaged in the traditional Minangkabau snack industry, experiences obstacles in expanding its market due to limited product innovation and reliance on conventional methods of promotion and sales. This condition has led to stagnant sales performance and low managerial efficiency, indicating the need for strategic efforts to enhance business capacity. This community service program aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the MSME through the development of product packaging integrated with a QR code and a point of sale system based on a website and digital cashier machine, while also promoting digital marketing adoption. The program was implemented using a participatory approach involving training, technical assistance, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of technology implementation. Digital marketing through social media proved effective in expanding market reach and increasing sales by up to 40%. Overall, the program demonstrates that integrating innovative packaging, digital systems, and online marketing serves as an effective strategy to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of local MSMEs.

Abstrak: UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam aspek manajemen dan pemasaran digital. UMKM Keripik Balado Uni Yen merupakan UMKM lokal yang bergerak di industri makanan olahan khas Minang, menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas pasar akibat keterbatasan inovasi produk serta masih mengandalkan metode konvensional dalam promosi dan penjualan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada stagnasi penjualan dan rendahnya efisiensi manajerial, sehingga diperlukan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui pengembangan kemasan produk yang dilengkapi kode QR dan terintegrasi dengan sistem point of sale berbasis website dan mesin kasir digital, serta mendorong digitalisasi pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, serta monitoring dan evaluasi implementasi teknologi. Pemasaran digital melalui media sosial juga terbukti efektif memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan hingga 40%. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi inovasi kemasan, sistem digital, dan pemasaran daring merupakan strategi efektif untuk memperkuat daya saing dan kemandirian UMKM lokal secara berkelanjutan.
