The discussions and interactive sessions highlighted the urgent need to harmonize and update the substance of the current regulation to align with good governance principles and ensure clear and proportional enforcement. Key challenges identified included weak regulatory structure, lack of technical guidelines, and limited objection mechanisms for affected citizens. The activity also produced normative recommendations in the form of a draft regulatory formulation, covering violation classification, types of administrative sanctions, sanction procedures, and appeal mechanisms. This outreach underlines the importance of a collaborative approach between academics and practitioners in formulating effective and just local legal policies.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. "Burgerak" dipilih sebagai subjek penelitian karena representatif terhadap UMKM kuliner di Ambon yang memiliki potensi pertumbuhan,owner juga memiliki kemampuan dalam menganalisis laporan keuangan, seperti laporan laba rugi dan laporan arus kas. Hal ini memungkinkan pemilik usaha untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih tepat, seperti menentukan harga jual yang optimal, mengendalikan biaya produksi, dan merencanakan strategi pengembangan usaha. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik dan karyawan "Burgerak", serta analisis dokumen keuangan yang tersedia. "Burgerak" mulai menerapkan sistem pencatatan yang lebih terorganisir, termasuk penggunaan software akuntansi sederhana. Penentuan harga pokok dihitung menggunakan metode job order costing dan activity-based costing (ABC) untuk memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh mengenai struktur biaya yang dikeluarkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode penentuan harga pokok yang akurat, pelaku UMKM dapat menetapkan harga jual yang sesuai, menghindari kerugian, serta meningkatkan efisiensi biaya.

Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PjBL melalui proyek pembuatan pop-up book kearifan lokal mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kontekstual, dan bermakna, serta mendorong berkembangnya keterampilan HOTS dan kompetensi abad ke-21 (4C), yaitu berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi. Siswa terlibat secara langsung dalam proses merancang, menyusun, dan mempresentasikan produk, sehingga pembelajaran tidak lagi berpusat pada guru. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi simultan antara PjBL, HOTS, dan keterampilan abad ke-21 dalam konteks pembelajaran IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal, serta penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengungkap proses implementasi secara nyata di kelas. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

Stunting is a growth and development disorder characterized by a child's height that is not appropriate for their age. This study aims to analyze the performance of the family support team in an effort to reduce the incidence of stunting and the factors that influence the performance of the family support team. This study uses a qualitative method using a purposive sampling technique with 38 informants, through interviews, focus group discussions, observations and document reviews. The results of the study revealed that the indicators of the quality and quantity of TPK work in West Sumatra Province that were not in accordance with expectations were neatness, success capability, speed, work results, facilities and infrastructure and coordination between agencies where reports were not in accordance with the existing family system data in the BKKBN application caused by the lack of TPK knowledge in using the elsimil application and four indicators of the national sensitive intervention program were not achieved from the predetermined targets and the increase in stunting cases. Factors that influence TPK performance are the support and commitment of the government and the community, the existence of programs that have a direct impact on the community and, socialization that changes community behavior to care about stunting prevention programs, strengthening the competence of TPK cadres, strengthening convergence and multi-stakeholder involvement, integrated monitoring and evaluation and utilization of stunting risk family data in handling stunting cases.

The research method used a qualitative approach with policy studies. The research informants numbered 28 people with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and document reviews. The results of the research on the input component, namely Policy, human resources, facilities and infrastructure and funds for the stunting reduction acceleration program did not comply with the provisions. The process component, namely the suboptimal assistance and intervention by the Stunting Officer Unit, Technical Assistant and the family assistance team in utilizing data on families at risk of stunting and the lack of commitment and synergy between the Central, regional and village governments in implementing the acceleration of stunting reduction convention. The output component, namely the national sensitive intervention program indicators have not met the national target, the outcome component, namely Some of the main indicators of the family development population program have not reached the specified target and stunting cases have increased and are above the national target, the need to strengthen the synergy and commitment of the regional government and increase the knowledge and commitment of the family assistance team in implementing the stunting program. The conclusion is that the implementation of the accelerated stunting reduction program is in accordance with regulations, but is not yet optimal in terms of policy, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and financing. Coordination and collaboration between the government and the community, optimization of data on families at risk of stunting, and regular monitoring and evaluation are needed.

This study aims to analyze the integration of Chromebooks in Islamic Religious Education learning and its contribution to strengthening digital literacy and the religious character of students at Marga Mulya II Elementary School, North Bekasi. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Then, they were analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Chromebook integration was implemented in a structured manner through digital-based learning planning, interactive activities, and controlled online evaluation. Students' digital literacy developed through the habit of using devices in an orderly and responsible manner. At the same time, religious character traits such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility were internalized through the association of technology use with religious values. These findings confirm that technology can be a medium for developing digital competency and character when managed through appropriate pedagogical design. This research has implications for the importance of developing technology-based, integrative, and values-oriented Islamic Religious Education learning models in elementary schools.

It balances the physical and spiritual dimensions, as well as the formal and substantial aspects of every religious practice. This article aims to examine in depth the role of etiquette in perfecting the performance of the five main acts of worship in Islam, namely thaharah, prayer, zakat, fasting, and hajj. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method based on literature review. Data sources include the Qur'an and Hadith of the Prophet SAW, classical literature such as Riyadhus Shalihin and Ihya Ulumuddin, as well as contemporary references such as Tafsir Al-Azhar and scientific studies published in 2020 and beyond. The findings reveal that etiquette plays a crucial role in all forms of worship: purity reinforces both physical and spiritual cleanliness, prayer cultivates spiritual devotion and discipline, zakat instills social awareness and empathy, fasting trains patience and self-control, while the pilgrimage teaches orderliness, humility, and tolerance within the framework of global Islamic interaction. Adab is not merely etiquette but the essence that gives worship meaning and broad impact. Adab also serves as a tool for self-transformation toward becoming an outstanding Muslim in moral, spiritual, and social aspects in the modern era.

This study uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and a juridical-normative approach enriched with empirical data. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with legal practitioners, medical personnel, and hospital managers, accompanied by a documentary study of laws and regulations, court rulings, and related literature. The results of the study show that criminal liability in cases of medical malpractice is generally still focused on individual medical personnel as direct perpetrators, while the accountability of hospital institutions has not been optimally applied in criminal law enforcement practices. In addition, it was found that there is a complex relationship between the professional responsibilities of medical personnel and the institutional obligations of hospitals in ensuring health service standards, including aspects of supervision, risk management, and medical service systems. This study concludes that it is necessary to strengthen the concept of corporate criminal liability for hospitals in cases of medical malpractice in order to create legal certainty and more balanced protection for patients, medical personnel, and health service institutions. The findings of this study contribute to the development of health law studies and become a basis for consideration for policymakers in formulating more effective regulations and law enforcement mechanisms.

avoidance behaviors that potentially influence perceptions of safety, security, and comfort during travel. Therefore, this study aims to analyze passenger perceptions of aisle avoidance on Pelita Air flights based on these three specific dimensions. Methodologically, the research utilizes a quantitative descriptive approach involving a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were gathered from 350 respondents who previously utilized Pelita Air flight services. Furthermore, the analysis was conducted by calculating mean values to determine the categorization of respondent perceptions. Findings indicate that all variables fall within the “good” category. Specifically, the mean value for safety reached 4.098, security 4.099, and comfort 4.077. Effectively, these findings demonstrate that the avoidance process in the cabin aisle is perceived as safe, orderly, and sufficiently comfortable despite the limited space for movement. Importantly, this study contributes to the understanding of passenger behavior in confined cabin spaces and becomes valuable input for airlines to enhance the quality of cabin services.
