Abstract:The rapid development of digital technologies has significantly transformed marketing practices and consumer behavior. In recent years, digital marketing, particularly through social media platforms, has become an essential…
ial strategy for firms to enhance consumer engagement and influence purchase decisions. Despite the growing body of literature, the relationships among social media marketing, brand trust, customer preference, and purchase decision remain fragmented across previous studies. Therefore, this study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the research landscape and identify emerging trends in this field. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with bibliometric analysis to examine publications related to social media marketing, brand trust, customer preference, and purchase decision. Data were collected from the Scopus database covering the period from 2021 to 2026. Bibliometric mapping and keyword co-occurrence analysis were conducted using VOSviewer to identify research clusters, thematic structures, and the evolution of research topics. The findings reveal a significant increase in publications on social media marketing and consumer behavior, indicating growing academic interest in this domain. The bibliometric analysis shows that social media marketing acts as a central theme connecting key variables such as brand trust, customer preference, and purchase intention/decision. Furthermore, overlay visualization indicates that emerging research topics include consumer engagement, influencer marketing, electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), and perceived value, reflecting a shift toward a more integrated and experiential understanding of consumer behavior in digital environments. This study contributes to the literature by mapping the intellectual structure and research evolution in the social media marketing domain and highlighting potential directions for future research. The findings also provide insights for researchers and practitioners in developing more effective and trust-oriented digital marketing strategies to influence consumer purchase decisions
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of government financial report accountability on the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1 in Indonesia. The study used secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics…
stics Agency (BPS) and the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). The study sample consisted of 456 local governments with an observation period of 2021–2022, resulting in 912 observations. ent and affordable housing in Indonesia. The study used panel data from 31 provinces during the 2021–2024 period with a total of 124 observations. The research data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), and official local government websites related to the publication of financial reports. Data analysis was conducted using the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) method with a Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The results of the study indicate that accountability has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of SDG 11. These findings indicate that accountable regional financial management can increase the effectiveness of housing and settlement development programs. Transparency also has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of SDG 11, with a stronger effect than accountability. Openness of financial information encourages public oversight of regional budget use and increases the efficiency of development program implementation. The results of simultaneous testing indicate that accountability and transparency together have a significant effect on the achievement of the indicator of access to decent and affordable housing. The research findings support the theory of good governance, which places accountability and transparency as essential elements in improving the quality of local government governance. This study provides an empirical contribution regarding the relationship between local government financial governance and the achievement of sustainable settlement development in Indonesia.
Abstract:The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship beetween job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention as well as organizational commitment mediates this reliationship. To gather study data, the questionnaire…
stionnaire was used to poll 100 individuals. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was the method used in this quantitive study. SmartPLS version 4.1.1.6 with the PLS-SEM Algorithm and Bootstrapping was used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that while work stress had a positive but negligible impact on turnover intention, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a negative and significant influence. Furthermore, the findings indicate that organizational commitment is significantly impacted negatively by work stress and positively by job satisfaction. Additionally, whereas organizational commitment can moderate the association between work stress and turnover intention, it cannot mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study has a results to provide important managerial implications for managing employees' turnover intention tendencies
Abstract:This study explores how the Salatiga City Government operationalizes principles of good governance and implements the Government Internal Control System (GICS), as reflected in the 2024 Local Government Financial Report–…
LKPD. The research also assesses how these mechanisms contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes secondary data 2024 LKPD, performance accountability reports, and related internal control evaluations. This is complemented by triangulated insights from interviews with key government personnel. The findings reveal that Salatiga City has embedded core governance principles-transparency, accountability, and participatory engagement-within its financial reporting processes. The city's internal control system has reached Maturity Level 3 (Defined), indicating that control mechanisms are well-documented, institutionalized, and consistently applied. The use of digital reporting tools and community-based oversight further supports a culture of openness and accountability. The case of Salatiga City provides actionable insights for other local governments seeking to enhance financial governance. These practices directly support Indonesia's commitment to SDG 16, by fostering public trust and institutional integrity. This study adds to the emerging literature by integrating GICS analysis with local-level governance outcomes, not only to meet compliance standards but also to advance broader, effective, accountable, and inclusive development goals.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on online purchase decisions on the Shopee platform through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach combined with bibliometric analysis.…
This study systematically examined various relevant scientific articles from reputable databases over a period of time to identify research trends, collaboration patterns, and developments of eWOM concepts in the context of e-commerce. In addition, it was found that the trend of eWOM research on the Shopee platform has increased significantly in line with the development of digital commerce and online review-based consumer behavior. This research contributes to enriching the literature review related to eWOM and provides practical implications for business people in optimizing digital marketing strategies based on consumer reviews.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the factors that affect rice consumption in South Sulawesi Province using a panel data approach for 2018–2024. The dependent variables used are rice consumption (tons), while the independent variables…
variables include per capita income, household size, rice production, human development index (HDI), and percentage of poor population. The analysis was performed with a panel data regression model using R software, with a series of model specification tests including the Chow test, the Hausman test, and the Lagrange Multiplier (LM) test. The best model obtained is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Partially, the variables of household size and rice production had a significant negative effect on rice consumption, while HDI had a significant positive effect. The variables of per capita income and poverty level have a negative but not significant effect. These results indicate that rice consumption in South Sulawesi is more influenced by social aspects and quality of life than purely economic factors. These findings affirm the importance of food security policies that focus on improving human development, rice distribution efficiency, and strengthening social protection programs to maintain the stability of household food consumption.
Abstract:The problem of poverty is still the main challenge for development in rural areas of Indonesia. Limited employment opportunities and low access to productive economic activities cause some village communities to be economically…
mically vulnerable. One of the sectors that is considered to have great potential in reducing poverty levels is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This article aims to conceptually examine the role of MSMEs in efforts to reduce poverty in rural communities by taking the context of Bantaeng Regency. The writing method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature studies of scientific journals, reference books, and relevant official government documents published in the last five years. The results of the study show that MSMEs play a role as a driver of the local economy through the creation of job opportunities, increasing household income, and strengthening the economic independence of communities based on local potential. However, the development of MSMEs in rural areas is still faced with various structural obstacles, such as limited capital, low managerial capacity of business actors, and limited market access. Therefore, policy support and cross-stakeholder synergy are needed to optimize the role of MSMEs as an instrument to reduce poverty in rural areas
Abstract:This study aims to map the development of scientific research on human capital, social capital, and the well-being of self-employed workers in the informal sector during the period 2015–2025. Employing a bibliometric approach…
pproach based on Scopus data, this study analyses 102 scientific documents through indicators of annual publication output, country contribution, institutional affiliation, citation level, co-authorship collaboration networks, and keyword co-occurrence using VOSviewer software. The analysis reveals a significantly upward publication trend, particularly in 2024 and 2025. China, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia are recorded as the countries with the highest publication contributions. The most cited article is the work of Prasetyo & Kistanti (2020), which comprehensively integrates human capital, social capital, and entrepreneurship as pillars of sustainable economic growth. Co-authorship network analysis indicates fragmented collaboration patterns, while keyword co-occurrence mapping identifies four main thematic clusters: (1) well-being and entrepreneurship; (2) social capital and human capital; (3) livelihood and the informal sector; and (4) knowledge and sustainable development. These findings suggest the need to strengthen cross-country research collaboration and to expand inquiry into the interaction between human capital and social capital in enhancing the well-being of self-employed workers in the informal sector, particularly in developing countries. This study contributes to the literature by providing an integrated bibliometric overview of how human capital and social capital are positioned in relation to the well-being of self-employed workers in the informal sector
Abstract:This study investigates the relationship between profitability, leverage, and firm size and tax avoidance practices in publicly listed consumer sector firms during the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative approach was applied…
ied using panel data regression analysis, with a sample of six companies selected through purposive sampling. Tax avoidance was measured using the Effective Tax Rate (ETR), while profitability, leverage, and firm size were proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and the natural logarithm of total assets, respectively. Based on model selection procedures, the Random Effect Model (REM) was identified as the most appropriate specification. The results indicate that, both individually and jointly, profitability, leverage, and firm size do not exhibit a statistically significant effect on tax avoidance. Additionally, the coefficient of determination suggests that the model explains only a limited proportion of the variation in tax avoidance behavior. These findings imply that tax avoidance is likely influenced by factors beyond the financial indicators examined, highlighting the need for future research to incorporate broader determinants, including governance and regulatory aspects.
