earning materials. The training methods included material presentation, hands-on practice, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the training showed that the majority of participants were able to produce designs that meet the criteria of aesthetics, creativity, and learning relevance. Evaluation through questionnaires showed that the training was very useful and relevant to the participants' needs. The obstacles faced, such as limited devices and internet connection, were successfully overcome with appropriate solutions. The positive impact of this training is not only to improve teachers' competence in digital literacy, but also to create a more interesting learning experience for students.

Objective: To determine the process of nursing care for schizophrenic patients with sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations, using rebuke technique intervention. Method: Using descriptive research with a nursing care approach. Results: The results of the study showed that the signs of hallucinations decreased after the rebuke was carried out. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

d. The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Governance of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency using the theory of governance from Widyananda (2008) with four indicators. The method used is qualitative descriptive with 10 informants and uses data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that in the management of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency that the Cultural Office involved related parties, namely the Cultural Preservation Agency, cultural activists and regional and provincial apparatus organizations to succeed in management, in its management the Lingga Regency Cultural Office encountered problems regarding geographical location, lack of budget and weak human resources owned, knowing this, the Cultural Office carries out policies to overcome these problems by submitting proposals to the National Research and Development Agency for Culture, collaborating with other related agencies and by conducting routine mutual assistance to Cultural Heritage. daches, embarrassment, and feeling afraid to socialize in social environments. Increasing students' understanding regarding bullying behavior can reduce bullying cases. Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.

This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that Tof-Tof Village has strengths in the form of potential natural resources and strong social cohesion, but faces weaknesses such as limited basic infrastructure and village apparatus capacity. Development opportunities come from the support of Papua's special autonomy policy and partnerships with external institutions, while threats include geographical isolation and dependence on external assistance. The conclusion of this study shows the need for participatory and adaptive strategic planning in facing the dynamics of sustainable village development.

Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The analysis results found that although there has been progress in developing internet networks, challenges such as limited infrastructure and access speed still need to be overcome. This research recommends that the Communications and Information Service continue to invest in infrastructure, strengthen collaboration with service providers, and improve educational programs for the community. In this way, optimization of public services can be achieved, providing significant benefits for the people of Merauke Regency. The research results show three main strategies implemented: core strategy, customer strategy, and cultural strategy. The core strategy focuses on improving network infrastructure and security, with efforts to expand network coverage in remote areas. The strategy emphasizes customer and assistance service provision. Meanwhile, the cultural strategy seeks to build pleasing cooperation between the Communications and Information Service and the community and increase digital literacy.
