o analyze the influence of content marketing, omnichannel marketing, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase decisions through brand awareness in BCA’s public service advertisement “Don’t Know Kasih No!”. This banking security education campaign successfully garnered more than 100 million views through its unique storytelling approach, engaging audiovisual elements, and relevant humor, making it an interesting phenomenon to be examined scientifically. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The research population consists of Indonesian individuals aged 17–40 years (Generation Z and Millennials) who are BCA customers and have been exposed to the “Don’t Know Kasih No.!” advertisement. The sample size was determined using Cochran’s formula, resulting in a minimum of 100 respondents, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire developed based on a five-point Likert scale containing 47 statement items. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0 to evaluate validity, reliability, and structural hypothesis testing.

This study aims to analyze the concept of asset forfeiture for corruption cases through the non-conviction based forfeiture mechanism and assess the alignment of the Asset Forfeiture Bill with international standards, particularly the UNCAC. The research employs a normative legal method through an examination of legislation, academic literature, international documents, and comparative best practices. The findings indicate that the Bill introduces a new enforcement paradigm through in rem procedures, an integrated asset-tracing system, civil judicial control, and transparent asset management. The discussion reveals that although the Bill has significant potential to enhance state asset recovery, its implementation requires strengthened evidentiary standards, protection of property rights, and improved inter-agency coordination. The study concludes that the Asset Forfeiture Bill represents a strategic instrument for improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption efforts, yet its success depends on procedural safeguards, transparency in asset administration, and the institutional capacity of law enforcement bodies.

The findings reveal that value-based governance serves as an ethical foundation that strengthens value-based reputation, while the latter functions as a catalyst for achieving sustainable development objectives. The synergy among these three elements produces a governance model that positions the principles of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah as a normative framework for ethical, transparent, and sustainable Islamic financial practices. The primary contribution of this research lies in the simultaneous integration of the three major frameworks—value-based governance, value-based reputation, and SDGs—which enriches theoretical discourse on Islamic financial governance and provides strategic direction for the development of policy, sharia auditing, and sustainability reporting systems oriented toward ethical values and global welfare.

The focus of this study is to examine how DP3A carries out its role in addressing child abuse in Gowa Regency and to identify the inhibiting factors it faces in handling such cases. The findings reveal that DP3A Gowa Regency plays a strategic role in addressing child abuse through preventive measures such as community outreach and education, case handling through the UPTD PPA with legal and psychological services, and child recovery programs including counseling, therapy, and social reintegration. Collaboration with schools, the police, the Social Affairs Office, NGOs, and the establishment of a Children’s Forum further strengthens the child protection system in the region. However, the study also identifies several inhibiting factors, including a shortage of professional human resources, limited operational funding, and low public awareness influenced by patriarchal culture and the normalization of violence. These obstacles result in limited services, delays in case handling, and a large number of unreported cases. In conclusion, DP3A Gowa Regency plays an essential role in creating a comprehensive child protection ecosystem, although it still requires greater support in terms of human resource capacity, funding, and shifts in societal paradigms to ensure optimal child protection

literature search in five international databases for the period 2021-2025, resulting in 20 high-quality articles for analysis. The findings show the evolution of supervision models from a traditional hierarchical approach to a collaborative-transformational paradigm. Four effective supervision models were identified: transformational supervision, instructional leadership supervision, collaborative supervision, and distributed leadership model. The transformational supervision model showed significant changes in teachers' attitudes toward inclusive education, while instructional leadership had a 63.7% correlation with student academic achievement. Components of effective supervision include academic aspects through curriculum and IEP adaptation, professional aspects through teacher self-efficacy development, and organizational aspects through systematic management. Internal factors such as supervisor competence and an inclusive culture, as well as external factors such as policy support, determine successful implementation. Key challenges include issues of bullying, technological barriers, and the complexity of AI integration in supervision. The study recommends developing a contextual supervision model for Indonesia, taking into account local cultural characteristics and resource availability.

examines the implementation of service quality in Islamic boarding schools in the Riau Islands Province and its influence on academic achievement, focusing on SMPIT Assakinah Tanjung Pinang, SMPS Al-Himmah Karimun, and SMP BP Tahfidz Attaubah Batam. Service quality in this context is defined as a student-centered paradigm that integrates academic, pastoral, and social dimensions. Drawing on perspectives from Crosby, Sallis, and Brewster, quality is measured by responsiveness to needs, continuous improvement, and the integration of academic rigor, pastoral care, and co-curricular enrichment. Academic achievement, as described by Bloom, is shaped by cognitive, affective, and environmental factors, where the structured environment of boarding schools can maximize outcomes. This research employed a qualitative case study approach with data gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using an interactive model. Findings reveal that service quality is implemented through four stages: (1) conceptualization with a vision integrating national and diniyah curricula; (2) implementation involving active learning, dormitory services, extracurricular programs, and Islamic character building; (3) improvement via SWOT-based evaluation, facility upgrades, teacher development, and digitalization; and (4) continuous evaluation for relevance and effectiveness. The study concludes that comprehensive, integrated service quality is a decisive factor for success in boarding schools. Effective service quality fosters both academic achievement and the development of religious, independent, and morally sound students. By applying Total Quality Management principles, Islamic boarding schools can establish an optimal educational ecosystem, producing a superior and globally competitive generation rooted in Islamic values.

n the field of Islamic Education Management, particularly in the study of Human Resource Management. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. The research population includes all academic communities in State Madrasah Aliyah in Riau Islands Province. The sample consisted of 155 respondents, selected through purposive sampling techniques. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was used as the instrument. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis. The results show that: (1) Entrepreneurial Competence (X1) has a direct influence on Strategic Decisions (Y) by 27%. (2) Social Competence (X2) has a direct influence on Strategic Decisions (Y) by 30%. (3) Managerial Competence (X3) has a direct influence on Strategic Decisions (Y) by 44%. (4) Entrepreneurial Competence (X1), Social Competence (X2), and Managerial Competence (X3), simultaneously, have a direct influence on Strategic Decisions (Y) by 48%. The conclusion of this study is that Entrepreneurial Competence, Social Competence, and Managerial Competence can influence Strategic Decisions. Strategic decisions are a crucial element in determining the direction and sustainability of an organization. This research proves that several factors can influence strategic decision-making, including entrepreneurial competence, social competence, and managerial competence.
