With a variety of existing economic backgrounds, the issue of ownership of computer equipment is also very limited, not all have computers/or mobile devices/smartphones. Abstrak: Kajian ilmu dalam ilmu komputer adalah mengindentifikasi dengan akurat definisi, prosedure dan fungsionalitas. Pemahaman terminologi keakuratan digunakan dalam ilmu komputer secara mendasar untuk memahami masalah dan menemukan solusi yang dibangun dari masalah tersebut secara logis, terstruktus dan sistematis. Computational thinking (CT) pada dasarnya mendefinisikan abstrak secara tepat dan mengkover berbagai macam ketrampilan-ketrampilan dalam memahami masalah dan menentukan solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan kaidah komputasi dalam ilmu komputer. SMPN 1 Kalimanah merupakan sekolah dengan peringkat baik di wilayah kabupaten karena hampir setiap tahun selalu menempati rangking sepuluh besar pada indeks prestasi lulusannya. Kondisi siswa SMP N 1 Kalimanah sangat beragam latar belakang ekonomi, ada yang berasal dari keluarga pegawai, petani, buruh atau yang lainnya. Dengan beragam latar ekonomi yang ada, maka dalam masalah kepemilikan perangkat komputer juga sangat terbatas tidak semua memiliki komputer/atau perangkat mobile/smartphone. Metode penerapan dalam kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan eksplorasi dengan memberikan pertanyaaan kemudian elaborasi dan konfirmasi yakni memberi pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pembelajaran pemrograman pada level tingkat menengah untuk memberi motivasi belajar secara logis dan sistematis, sehingga dengan pembelajaran berbasis komputer secara komputasi diharapkan memberi pengalaman belajar bagi siswa khususnya pengalaman pemrograman komputer, menjembatani pihak sekolah dalam menyeleksi siswa-siswa berprestasi dalam bidang pemrograman komputer.

Abstrak: SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji adalah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi yang memiliki tiga jurusan yaitu RPL (Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak), TSM (Teknik Sepeda Motor) dan TKR (Teknik Kendaraan Ringan). This application software training at Muhammadiyah Vocational School does not have an RPL major, so students are selected to take part in this activity. Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMK Muhammadiyah Salam, Kecamatan Salam Kabupaten Magelang bertujuan agar para siswa kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah Salam dapat memiliki kreatifitas pada bidang komputer khususnya aplikasi desktop untuk pengembangan ketrampilan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL). Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan secara komprehensif kepada pada siswa kelas X melalui pendampingan program/aplikasi komputer seperti pembuatan database dan desktop. Tujuan jangka panjangnya adalah mempersiapkan siswa kelas X yang mempunyai minat di bidang software aplikasi untuk mengikuti kegiatan Lomba Kompetensi Siswa (LKS) pada periode berikutnya. Pelatihan software aplikasi ini karena di SMK Muhammadiyah tidak memiliki jurusan RPL, sehingga mahasiswa diseleksi untuk mengikuti kegiatan ini. Luaran akhir yang akan dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan siswa dalam penggunaan aplikasi komputer sebagai alat pengembangan kreatifitas siswa dalam bidang pemrograman/rekayasa perangkat lunak. Selain itu adalah terpublikasinya hasil pengabdian ini dalam jurnal pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu kegiatan wajib yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang dosen sebagai bagian dari tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keilmuan yang dimiliki guna memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kebutuhan masyarakat. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan sekolah kejuruan yang dituntut untuk siap masuk ke dunia kerja, maka dari itu lulusan SMK diharuskan mempunyai Skill dan pengetahuan yang akan dipergunakan dalam dunia kerja. Siswa SMK terutama pada jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak harus memiliki keterampilan dalam ilmu komputer, seperti keterampilan programming. Pada kurikulum 2013 yang digunakan oleh SMKN1 Air Joman, sudah ada mata pelajaran programming, tapi masihbersifat muatan lokal dan belum ditemukannya pemrograman mobile. Padahal pemrograman mobile saat ini menjadi salah satu pemrograman yang paling diminati, khusunya Android. Hal ini tidak lepas dari pesatnya perkembangan sistem operasi Android tersebut, sehingga orang berlomba – lomba untuk membuat aplikasinya. Kelebihan dari android adalah sifatnya yang opensource dan mudah dikembangkan, didukung dengan pengguna android yang sangat banyak termasuk siswa-siswa SMK, dengan demikian para siswa bisa membangun dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi android dan mengimplementasikannya pada perangkat masing-masing sehingga bisa digunakan sesuai kebutuhan dan tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk bisa dikomersilkan.

e Department of Manpower of Asahan Regency is still carried out manually, which can lead to subjectivity and inefficiency in determining the most eligible candidates. This study aims to develop a decision support system using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to assist the selection process objectively and systematically. The study applies four evaluation criteria, namely education level, age, work experience, and interview, with a dataset consisting of 31 training candidates. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The TOPSIS method is applied through decision matrix normalization, weighting, determination of positive and negative ideal solutions, and preference value calculation to produce a ranking of candidates. The results show that the proposed system can provide objective recommendations for selecting training participants, improve the efficiency of the selection process, and support decision makers in producing more accurate and reliable decisions.

Abstrak: Pelatihan tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Proses pemilihan calon peserta pelatihan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Asahan selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas dan kurang efektif dalam menentukan peserta yang paling layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk membantu proses seleksi peserta pelatihan secara objektif dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat kriteria penilaian yaitu pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja, dan wawancara dengan jumlah data sebanyak 31 calon peserta pelatihan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan normalisasi matriks keputusan, pembobotan, penentuan solusi ideal positif dan negatif, serta perhitungan nilai preferensi untuk menghasilkan perankingan peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan rekomendasi peserta pelatihan secara objektif, meningkatkan efisiensi proses seleksi, serta membantu pihak dinas dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat.

rolling stock due to manual procedures, which can lead to data inaccuracy, procurement delays, and the risk of stockouts. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) system that integrates stock monitoring and procurement processes. The Reorder Point (ROP) method is applied to determine the optimal reorder point based on average demand, lead time, and safety stock. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results show that the JelitaMed system is able to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of inventory management, simplify the structured procurement submission process between the admin, owner, and supplier, and support decision-making in maintaining the availability of consumable medical devices and drugs. Thus, the implementation of E-SCM combined with the ROP method is a practical solution to improve inventory control in small-scale health clinics.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan persediaan alat dan obat medis habis pakai memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan operasional layanan kesehatan. Namun, Jelita Dental Care masih menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan dan pengendalian stok akibat prosedur manual, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaktepatan data, keterlambatan pengadaan, serta risiko kekurangan persediaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan pemantauan stok dan proses pengadaan. Metode Reorder Point (ROP) diterapkan untuk menentukan waktu pemesanan ulang yang optimal berdasarkan permintaan rata-rata, lead time, dan safety stock. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem JelitaMed mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan, mempermudah proses pengajuan pengadaan secara terstruktur antara admin, owner, dan supplier, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam menjaga ketersediaan alat dan obat medis habis pakai. Dengan demikian, penerapan E-SCM yang dikombinasikan dengan metode ROP menjadi solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan pengendalian persediaan pada klinik kesehatan skala kecil.

The purpose of this study is to apply the Multiple Linear Regression method to analyze the relationship between incoming stock (X1) and outgoing stock (X2) variables with the ending stock variable (Y) to produce an optimal inventory prediction model. The research methodology used includes collecting historical transaction data for building materials such as cement, ceramics, zinc, plywood, and iron. This web-based prediction system was developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The analysis results show that the resulting regression model can provide a mathematical picture of future inventory patterns based on historical data. Implementation of this system is expected to assist the management of Jaqfar Building Materials Store in making strategic decisions regarding purchasing and sales in a more measured and efficient manner.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pengelolaan persediaan bahan bangunan di Toko Bangunan Jaqfar yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan berdasarkan perkiraan subjektif. Hal ini menyebabkan sering terjadinya ketidaktepatan dalam menentukan jumlah stok, baik berupa kelebihan barang (overstock) maupun kekurangan barang (understock) yang menghambat efektivitas operasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode Multiple Linear Regression (Regresi Linear Berganda) untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel stok masuk (X1) dan stok keluar (X2) terhadap variabel stok akhir (Y) guna menghasilkan model prediksi persediaan yang optimal. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data historis transaksi bahan bangunan seperti semen, keramik, seng, triplek, dan besi. Sistem prediksi ini dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model regresi yang dihasilkan mampu memberikan gambaran matematis mengenai pola persediaan di masa mendatang berdasarkan data historis. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen Toko Bangunan Jaqfar dalam mengambil keputusan strategis terkait pembelian dan penjualan secara lebih terukur serta efisien.

One widely used approach is the implementation of automation-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM). This study aims to analyze the implementation of E-CRM automation and its impact on service efficiency at Toko Diah Fashion, a fashion retail business that still faces service challenges due to manual systems, such as customer data duplication, delayed responses, and difficulty in monitoring transaction history. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research focus is limited to aspects of service efficiency, including service speed, accuracy in managing customer data, and ease in customer follow-up. The E-CRM automation system studied is designed using PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The research results indicate that the implementation of E-CRM automation can significantly improve service efficiency. This system facilitates integrated customer data management, speeds up the service process, and supports more personalized communication through notification features and transaction history recording.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pola konsumsi dan perilaku pelanggan, khususnya dalam sektor ritel fashion. Persaingan yang semakin ketat serta meningkatnya ekspektasi konsumen terhadap layanan yang cepat, akurat dan berbasis teknologi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk melakukan inovasi dan transformasi digital. Salah satu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan adalah penerapan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) berbasis automasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan automasi E-CRM serta pengaruhnya terhadap efisiensi pelayanan pada Toko Diah Fashion, sebuah usaha ritel fashion yang masih menghadapi kendala pelayanan akibat sistem manual, seperti duplikasi data pelanggan, keterlambatan respons, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan histori transaksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian dibatasi pada aspek efisiensi pelayanan, meliputi kecepatan pelayanan, ketepatan pengelolaan data pelanggan, serta kemudahan dalam tindak lanjut pelanggan. Sistem automasi E-CRM yang dikaji dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan automasi E-CRM mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan secara signifikan. Sistem ini mempermudah pengelolaan data pelanggan secara terintegrasi, mempercepat proses pelayanan, serta mendukung komunikasi yang lebih personal melalui fitur notifikasi dan pencatatan histori transaksi.

udy is to increase user capacity in viewing content specifically in the field of women's empowerment. By using content-based filtering techniques, the system will analyze user preferences and interests through recommendations for women's empowerment content. The data source is via the YouTube API and is analyzed using PHP programming content-based filtering techniques. The system's recommendations provide a list of women's empowerment content with a user request display. The results of the research evaluation obtained a precision value of 62%, meaning that the recommendations match the topic being searched for, namely women's empowerment. The recall value of 84% indicates that the system has succeeded in finding relations from the database. The f1-score value of 72% indicates that there is a balance between precision and recall, meaning that a system is needed that is not only accurate but also complete. While the cosine value shows a score of 0.7071 approaching the maximum value (1.0). The recommendation of the content-based filtering method produces quite effective women's empowerment content.

The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which facilitates the determination of priority handling of community complaint reports at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Bengkulu Representation. This decision support system is built on a web-based platform using PHP programming language with a MySQL database that can be accessed offline by the admin of the Ombudsman. With the existence of this priority recommendation, it is expected that work will become more effective and efficient, as resources can be focused on reports that most need attention. Based on the test data used, which consists of 12 Community Complaint Reports from July 2024, it was found that the priority handling recommendations for community complaint reports were derived from 3 reports with the highest final AHP values. The recommended priority handling reports are registration number 0021/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 2.074, registration number 0020/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.964, and registration number 0018/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.866.
