uational Modeling (SEM), it aims to understand how business strategy affects business performance and innovation and how business performance and innovation mediate the relationship between business strategy and competitive advantage. In addition, it investigates the role of competitive advantage as a mediator in increasing customer value. The results show that business strategy has a significant impact on business performance, innovation, and competitive advantage. Competitive advantage proved to be an important mediator in improving customer value. However, business performance and innovation are not always effective in mediating the relationship between business strategy and competitive advantage or customer value. The findings indicate that while business performance and innovation are important, they should be viewed as part of a more holistic approach to business strategy. This research concludes that companies should focus on strategies that integrate competitive advantage through various elements, such as innovation, product quality, and marketing. Good strategic planning and effective implementation are key to achieving and maintaining competitive advantage and increasing customer value. The findings provide important insights into the need for a holistic strategic approach to achieve long-term success in an increasingly competitive market.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the extent to which the Basic Competencies (KD) in Geography in the 2013 Curriculum contribute to strengthening students' spatial literacy. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with…
h content analysis techniques on curriculum documents and source triangulation. The results showed that the Basic Competencies in Geography in grades X, XI, and XII have varying levels of strengthening spatial literacy. Grade X plays a role in building a foundation for spatial understanding related to geosphere phenomena. Grade XI strengthens understanding of spatial interactions through materials on resource distribution, population dynamics, and human-environment relationships. Meanwhile, grade XII is the level with the greatest contribution to spatial literacy through materials on remote sensing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), rural-urban spatial patterns, and zoning. Although the structure of the Basic Competencies shows gradual development, it is not entirely consistent in demanding advanced spatial skills, especially at earlier levels. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening learning strategies and supporting school facilities to maximize the potential of Basic Competencies in building students' spatial literacy.
Abstract:Muhammad Iqbal emerged during a period of intellectual stagnation in the Muslim world in the early 20th century, introducing a fresh and visionary idea: the reconstruction of religious thought. In his seminal work, The Reconstruction…
Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam, Iqbal proposed a way out of this stagnation by revitalizing the Islamic intellectual heritage while engaging in a critical dialogue with modernity. This study aims to examine the key concepts of Iqbal's project, including his critique of Greek philosophy, his dynamic view of ijtihad (legal reasoning), his theory of the "Khudi" (Self), his dynamic concept of God and the universe, and his vision of spiritual democracy. Using a qualitative approach with philosophical-hermeneutic analysis, this research concludes that while Iqbal's thought has been widely appreciated as a revitalizing force for Islamic intellectualism, it has also faced criticism concerning its practical implementation and philosophical consistency. The study finds that Iqbal's ideas remain profoundly relevant today, particularly in navigating the challenges of modernity without sacrificing Islamic identity.
Abstract:The training program “Developing a Growth Mindset Among Elementary School Teachers: A Training Guide for Enhancing Deep Learning” was organized by the Department of Education of Mandailing Natal Regency to strengthen teachers’…
teachers’ pedagogical competence and foster a student-centered learning culture. This initiative was motivated by the 2022 PISA results, which revealed that more than 99% of Indonesian students could only solve problems at lower levels (Lower Order Thinking Skills), while less than 1% reached higher levels (Higher Order Thinking Skills). One of the underlying causes is the prevalence of a fixed mindset among teachers—the belief that intelligence is innate and difficult to change. This training aimed to cultivate a growth mindset based on Carol S. Dweck’s (2006) theory, which emphasizes that abilities can be developed through effort and learning strategies. The method employed was a reflective andragogical workshop involving material presentations, microteaching simulations, and collaborative reflections. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of the growth mindset concept and its implementation in deep learning. Teachers began providing process praise, applying The Power of Yet strategy, and creating emotionally safe and collaborative classroom environments. Furthermore, the establishment of the Growth-Oriented Teacher Community of Mandailing Natal (KGB-Madina) emerged as a sustainable platform for sharing best teaching practices and fostering continuous professional growth.

lieved to improve critical thinking skills, in-depth conceptual understanding, and collaborative skills, which are crucial in facing the challenges of the independent curriculum. In this context, the role of teachers in the West Angkola District Teacher Working Group (KKG) is crucial to examine, particularly in designing creative learning oriented toward developing higher-order thinking skills. This study aims to analyzea the role of teachers in designing creative learning based on deep learning and explore the strategies used to integrate deep learning principles into learning planning and practice. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies involving teachers who are members of the West Angkola District KKG.The results indicate that teachers play a strategic role in designing creative learning through the use of interactive media, developing problem-based activities, and implementing collaborative learning models. Teachers also strive to foster students' critical thinking skills through structured discussions, explorations, and reflections. The learning design implemented has been proven to not only increase student motivation but also strengthen teachers' professional competence in managing more meaningful learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the role of teachers in designing creative learning using a deep learning approach significantly contributes to the quality of the learning process in elementary schools. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference in developing creative learning practices based on deep learning in the Teachers' Working Group (KKG) and other teacher professional development forums.

ve, supported by quantitative analysis, through documentation studies, interviews, and financial statement analysis for the period of 2022 to 2024. The results of this study indicate that the cooperative uses a perpetual inventory recording system and the FIFO (First In, First Out) valuation method, which largely complies with PSAK 14. However, in terms of disclosure, the cooperative has not fully met the standards, as it does not include detailed accounting policies and inventory impairment information. This non-compliance affects the transparency and reliability of the financial statements, which may influence managerial decision-making. The study highlights the importance of implementing updated accounting standards to enhance the credibility of financial reporting and provides recommendations for improving inventory management to strengthen the cooperative’s financial stability and operational efficiency.
Abstract:This research aims to analyze the social criticism conveyed through the short story Wall of Time by Danarto, with a focus on issues of poverty, crime, family disorganization, problems of the younger generation, war, violations…
ations of norms, population problems, and environmental problems. This short story describes the social tensions and pressures of individual life amidst deep social problems. Through symbols of time and various allusions, this short story highlights social inequality, the impact of war, and increasingly severe environmental exploitation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literary mimetic theory, to reveal how Danarto conveys social criticism in a subtle but sharp manner through characters trapped in difficult situations. The research results show that this short story invites readers to be more critical of existing social and cultural conditions, as well as providing reflections on the impact of social problems on human life. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding of Indonesian literature and provide an appreciation for literary works that raise social issues.
