stained professional learning experiences contribute to teachers’ pedagogical transformation from content transmitters to learning facilitators. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis involving four STEM teachers who participated in a year-long CPD program. The findings reveal that CPD fostered significant changes in teachers’ beliefs toward student-centered learning and encouraged more interactive, inquiry-based classroom practices. However, challenges such as limited institutional support and resource constraints still hindered full pedagogical implementation. The study highlights the importance of contextualized CPD programs in developing reflective and adaptive STEM educators, offering insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to enhance teacher professionalism in developing-country contexts.

The focus of this study is to examine how DP3A carries out its role in addressing child abuse in Gowa Regency and to identify the inhibiting factors it faces in handling such cases. The findings reveal that DP3A Gowa Regency plays a strategic role in addressing child abuse through preventive measures such as community outreach and education, case handling through the UPTD PPA with legal and psychological services, and child recovery programs including counseling, therapy, and social reintegration. Collaboration with schools, the police, the Social Affairs Office, NGOs, and the establishment of a Children’s Forum further strengthens the child protection system in the region. However, the study also identifies several inhibiting factors, including a shortage of professional human resources, limited operational funding, and low public awareness influenced by patriarchal culture and the normalization of violence. These obstacles result in limited services, delays in case handling, and a large number of unreported cases. In conclusion, DP3A Gowa Regency plays an essential role in creating a comprehensive child protection ecosystem, although it still requires greater support in terms of human resource capacity, funding, and shifts in societal paradigms to ensure optimal child protection

ess, and emotional balance, which has become a symbol of women’s empowerment (soft empowerment) in the digital era. This phenomenon is significant as it reflects a shift in the meaning of femininity from physical appearance toward self-awareness and personal authenticity. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and observations of social media content produced by influencers who express Feminine Energy values. The analysis draws on Social Identity Theory (Tajfel & Turner, 1979), which highlights the processes of categorization, identification, and social comparison. The findings reveal that the application of Feminine Energy manifests in five key aspects: self-love, confidence, empathetic communication, calm emotional expression, and healthy personal boundaries. Through social processes, influencers internalize these values as integral parts of their personal and digital identities. In conclusion, Feminine Energy is not only a lifestyle but also a social identity strategy used by Gen Z female influencers to build an authentic, empowered, and reflective self-image in the digital space.

This research was conducted with the leadership of the MBI of Lampung Province. The results indicate that leadership in the MBI of Lampung Province, through an understanding of Buddhayana values and humanistic Buddhism, maintains internal organizational harmony, increases congregation participation, and strengthens the socio-religious role. However, challenges arise in the form of limited in-depth understanding of spiritual values and administrative pressures that can shift the focus of leadership. In conclusion, Buddhist spiritual leadership in the MBI of Lampung Province is relevant for adaptation as an organizational management model that combines spiritual values and managerial effectiveness.

Findings show that the campaign relies on persuasive, visual, collaborative, and educational messaging. While digital media enables interactive and contextual communication, effectiveness is shaped by technical and cultural factors. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. However, initial observations indicate resistance from some farmers and signs of political interest dominance in both the formulation and implementation processes. The study aims to identify the political motives behind the policy, the sustainability of the program, farmers' literacy regarding the E-KPB system, and the extent to which the program empowers farmers and engages stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic analysis and source triangulation techniques, data were collected through in-depth interviews with academics and government officials, as well as document studies. The findings reveal that the dominance of regional leaders in decision-making has led to a program orientation that is more symbolic and electoral in nature. The dynamics of competing interests emerge both vertically and horizontally, resulting in weak coordination and reduced policy effectiveness. The transition from KPB to E-KPB has also shifted the program’s focus and reduced its tangible benefits for farmers. The study recommends strengthening multi-stakeholder collaborative governance in agricultural policy, reevaluating the structure of the E-KPB system, and actively involving academics and farmer associations. These findings contribute theoretically to the study of public policy and policy framing, and practically to improving the implementation of programs based on the real needs of farming communities.
