challenges and opportunities in the Arabic language learning process among Gen Z using a literature review approach to various recent studies. The research method uses a literature review by reviewing 30 articles in several published national journals. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges include low digital literacy among educators, limited technological infrastructure, and the dominance of traditional learning methods that are less attractive to Gen Z. However, on the other hand, there are great opportunities through the use of technology such as social media, interactive learning applications, gamification, and blended learning approaches that can increase motivation and learning participation. This study recommends the need for curriculum development that is adaptive to the needs of Gen Z, digital competency training for teachers, and the integration of digital media that is relevant to the learning styles of the younger generation. HMIS is an innovation designed to integrate managerial and administrative processes within hospitals, including patient data recording, resource management, and other healthcare service procedures. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, involving informants such as medical personnel, administrative staff, and hospital management who are directly involved in the use of HMIS.The results indicate that the implementation of HMIS has a positive impact on the hospital’s operational efficiency, including the acceleration of administrative processes, improved data accuracy, and easier coordination between work units. However, the implementation also faces several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, user resistance to change, and insufficient training for staff. These findings are supported by the HOT-Fit framework and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), all of which emphasize the importance of technological readiness, human resource competence, and organizational commitment in ensuring the successful adoption of HMIS.

The research results indicate that the development of core HR competencies, such as leadership, technological mastery, and results orientation, plays a significant role in improving company performance and operational efficiency. Management strategies encompassing continuous training, performance evaluation systems, and strengthening a collaborative work culture are key to reinforcing core HR competencies. The findings also indicate a strong correlation between effective management of core HR competencies and overall improvements in company performance, which contributes to achieving long-term competitive advantage.

and demonstrate their products in real-time, known as live streaming shopping. TikTok has become one of the popular social-commerce platforms with beauty content within its application. This study aims to better understand the influence of TikTok live streaming shopping on the purchase intention of the local beauty brand through emotional factors. We applied the S-O-R (Stimulus, Organism, Response) model, with influencer credibility variables added to the emotional factors in the S-O-R model. Data were collected from 300 respondents who registered through a Google Form survey with predetermined criteria. PLS-SEM using Smart PLS was chosen for data analysis. The study revealed that attraction, cognitive assimilation, and influencer credibility mediate the relationship between real-time interaction, shopping guidance, visibility, media richness, and consumer purchase intention. Therefore, live streaming shopping through emotional factors significantly influences consumers' purchase intention. This research found that the enrichment of material living standards has transformed people’s purely demand-oriented shopping style. This study result help enterprises to better apply live streaming more effectively and expanding channels promotion strategies.

into financial operations, leaders are required to possess not only traditional managerial skills but also a strong understanding of AI concepts, applications, and ethical considerations. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 finance professionals occupying leadership roles across various organizations. The study assessed their levels of AI literacy and examined its relationship with their perceived leadership effectiveness. The results reveal a significant positive correlation between AI literacy and leadership effectiveness, indicating that leaders with higher AI literacy are better equipped to drive innovation, make strategic decisions, and successfully adapt to technological change. These findings highlight the importance of integrating AI literacy into leadership development programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning to ensure sustained organizational agility and competitiveness in the finance sector.

and analyze effective technology adaptation strategies in improving Islamic boarding school quality management. The method used was a systematic literature review (SLR) and meta-analysis using the PRISMA protocol, resulting in 8 high-quality articles that met the inclusion criteria from a total of 578 articles identified. The research results show that technology adaptation strategies have a significant positive influence on Islamic boarding school quality management with a combined effect size of 0.65 (medium-strong category), with the strongest influence on financial management (d=0.83) and administrative efficiency (d=0.78). The three main patterns of technology implementation in Islamic boarding schools identified are the gradual digital transformation model, the selective adaptation model, and the comprehensive digital transformation model, with implementation success rates between 68-75%. This research recommends a gradual approach in implementing technology by considering the unique characteristics of Islamic boarding schools, developing human resource capacity through continuous digital literacy training, and establishing strategic collaborations with the government and private sector to overcome technological infrastructure limitations..

The selection of peer-reviewed articles published within the last ten years involved databases like PubMed and Google Scholar with keywords related to Islamic spirituality and mental health. This method allowed a comprehensive analysis of contemporary studies, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of tawakal and dzikir in clinical settings. Results indicate that tawakal significantly reduces anxiety by fostering a relinquishing of control and instilling peace of mind, while dzikir enhances emotional stability through its meditative repetition of sacred phrases, promoting relaxation and reducing stress responses. Both practices not only support spiritual well-being but also offer practical coping mechanisms in stressful situations. The conclusion underlines the potential integration of tawakal and dzikir into conventional psychotherapeutic practices. It suggests further exploration into the incorporation of these spiritual elements within mental health frameworks to enhance therapeutic outcomes and patient recovery. This research contributes to the broader discourse on the intersection of spirituality and psychology, highlighting the relevance of traditional spiritual practices in contemporary mental health paradigms.

This research is quantitative, and the data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 24. Based on the analysis results, the variable of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application has a significant partial effect on the Quality of Public Services. This study was able to demonstrate that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police has a 44.9% effect on the Quality of Public Services, while the remaining 55.1% is affected by other unobserved factors not included in this study. These results suggest that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police is an important factor in technological development for improving the quality of mobile-based public services that are easily accessible to the public for receiving services or information related to the police
