Mengingatkan masyarakat setempat tentang permainan tradisional dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya permainan tradisional saat ini adalah dua solusi yang disarankan, yang didasarkan pada masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra perjanjian Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat. Ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, dan evaluasi adalah teknik yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini. Artikel ini membahas tentang upaya pengadaan fasilitas air bersih sebagai bagian dari proyek pengabdian masyarakat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kualitas air bersih bagi penghuni di wisma tersebut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kebutuhan, desain teknis, serta implementasi infrastruktur yang sesuai dengan kondisi lokal dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam ketersediaan air bersih dan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya sanitasi yang baik. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan infrastruktur dasar yang vital. Output dari kegiatan ini antara lain berupa pelatihan/bimbingan teknis (bimtek), pembuatan prototipe sistem/proses, dokumen standar operasi, dan pembentukan/penguatan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah daerah.

Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the 5S culture functions as a vital enculturation process, transforming abstract moral values into lived, daily habits. Teachers act as primary cultural models, fostering a respectful social environment. However, challenges persist, such as the social dissonance between the school's structured discipline and the students' varied external home environments. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that embedding repetitive cultural rituals within educational institutions effectively instills core values of empathy, respect, and social harmony, providing a sustainable model for early childhood character development.

rnization and shifts in the lifestyle of younger generations have led to a diminishing understanding of its symbols, ritual language, and moral messages, thereby placing its existence at risk of marginalization. This study addresses the question of how the theological meaning and anthropological values of Natoni are understood and actualized within Christian communities, and to what extent this tradition contributes to the formation of faith identity and social cohesion. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the practice and its meanings. The findings reveal that Natoni functions as a contextual medium of prayer, a means of internalizing faith teachings, a bond of communal solidarity, and a vehicle for transmitting values of respect, responsibility, and intergenerational togetherness. The tradition provides an integrative space between incarnational theology and local cultural realities, thereby enriching contextual expressions of Christian spirituality. The study concludes that the revitalization of Natoni requires synergy among the church, traditional leaders, families, and educational institutions to ensure its continued relevance and responsiveness to contemporary challenges. The novelty of this research lies in its simultaneous integration of theological and anthropological analyses of Natoni as a contextual praxis of faith rather than merely a cultural phenomenon, thus offering a conceptual contribution to the development of Indonesian contextual theology.

Pastoral counseling is a form of interpersonal communication that requires the pastor to have good communication skills. The ability to build strong relationships with the congregation significantly influences their spiritual development. Additionally, empathy and compassion are qualities that pastors must possess to support their interpersonal skills. Diagnostic skills are also crucial for a pastoral counselor. With these skills, the counselor can identify the problems faced by the congregation and provide assistance or refer them for further treatment. Interpersonal skills help build open relationships, while diagnostic abilities are essential in identifying the root causes of the congregation's issues. In the diagnostic process, assessment and interpretation skills are vital to understanding the congregation's problems comprehensively—emotionally, mentally, socially, culturally, and spiritually—so that the solutions provided can be effective and accurate. Pastoral counseling plays a significant role in supporting the growth of faith and overall well-being of the congregation.

This study aims to analyze the electrical installation condition of SDN 002 Bontang Utara through the evaluation of lighting systems, power requirements, conductors, protection systems, and air conditioning based on PUIL 2011 standards and DIALux simulation. The study employed a field research method with a quantitative descriptive approach through observation, technical measurements, documentation, and lighting simulation analysis. The findings indicate that the school’s electrical installation still exhibits several discrepancies with actual technical requirements, particularly regarding the number and capacity of lamps, air conditioner capacity, and electrical power demand. DIALux simulation revealed that several rooms have not yet met the required lighting standards, while power analysis demonstrated that the actual demand of 25,794 VA exceeds the installed capacity of 22,188.8 VA, thereby necessitating adjustments to the protection and conductor systems to enhance installation safety and efficiency. The study concludes that the electrical installation of SDN 002 Bontang Utara requires improvements in lighting, cooling systems, power capacity, and electrical protection. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated evaluation of elementary school electrical installations through field analysis, PUIL 2011 technical calculations, and DIALux simulations across rooms with diverse functions, thereby producing more comprehensive and applicable recommendations.

f cooperative performance heavily depends on effective financial management, particularly in maximizing the utilization of cash, receivables, and assets to enhance profitability. This study aims to examine the influence of cash turnover, receivables turnover, and total asset turnover on the profitability of cooperatives, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) as a financial performance indicator. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, based on secondary data from cooperative financial statements covering the period from 2019 to 2024. The analysis results show that both simultaneously and partially, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Cash turnover and total asset turnover are the primary determinants in improving ROA, reflecting the importance of efficiency in managing liquidity and productive assets. Meanwhile, although receivables turnover is also significant, it requires strict supervision in the implementation of credit policies to avoid an increase in non-performing receivables. These findings contribute empirical evidence to the literature on cooperative financial management and offer practical implications for cooperative managers in designing financial resource management strategies aimed at improving performance and business sustainability. Therefore, optimizing the management of cash, receivables, and assets should be a strategic priority within cooperative financial systems to withstand increasingly complex and competitive economic dynamics.

Southeast Sulawesi Province, as one of the regions on the island of Sulawesi, has great potential in trade, particularly in the agricultural and industrial sectors. This province has made a significant contribution to the country's foreign exchange reserves through export and import activities. This study aims to analyze the development of trade in Southeast Sulawesi Province, focusing on the export-import performance and the region's main commodities. The method used is descriptive, utilizing secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results show that in 2024, Southeast Sulawesi experienced a trade surplus, where the value of exports exceeded the value of imports. The largest surplus was recorded in January 2024, amounting to 256.38 million US dollars. Three major commodities contribute significantly to the province's trade, namely cloves with a transaction value of IDR 480.74 billion, cocoa at IDR 248.74 billion, and cashew nuts at IDR 230.75 billion. These three commodities not only serve as flagship products for the local economy but also have a positive impact on the national economy. The findings of this study suggest that with proper management, the trade potential of Southeast Sulawesi can continue to grow, contributing even more to Indonesia's overall economy.

Through the utilization of research and development (R&D), the primary focus of investigation can be directed towards the creation, advancement, and assessment of learning media in terms of design and viability. The end result is an Android game that serves as a learning tool for computer system topics. The assessment findings indicate that the storyboard design has achieved a validity score of 4.91 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from the evaluation of two design professionals. The initial design expert assigned a validity score of 4.88, while the second design expert assigned a validity score of 4.94 on a 5-point scale. These scores indicate that the research results fall into the “Very Good” category. According to the assessment conducted by linguists, the language employed in creating the tale has been given a validity score of 4.73 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from two linguists. The initial linguist assigned a validity score of 4.5, while the second linguist assigned a validity score of 4.7 on a 5-point scale. These scores placed the results of the study in the “Very Good” category. The study has reached its conclusion. The development step use the RPG Maker MV program. Artikel ini membahas prinsip kerja mesin boiler, komponen utama, pemanfaatan limbah kayu sebagai bahan bakar, serta aspek kelayakan teknis, ekonomi, dan lingkungan penggunaan boiler di pabrik kayu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil studi kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan limbah kayu sebagai bahan bakar boiler lebih efisien secara ekonomi dan ramah lingkungan dibandingkan bahan bakar fosil. Investasi pada mesin boiler berbahan bakar limbah kayu layak secara teknis dan finansial serta mendukung pengelolaan limbah yang berkelanjutan.
