Research This aiming For describe function sexual intercourse in GGK patients undergoing hemodialysis at Aloei Saboe Regional Hospital, Gorontalo City. Research design use approach descriptive quantitative with accidental sampling technique on 70 respondents who met the requirements criteria inclusion . Instruments used is IIEF questionnaire for men and FSFI for women . The results show that in patients male , function best orgasm (65.1%), followed by function erection (58.1%), desire sexual , and satisfaction connection sexual (51.2%). However , the desire sexual in a way overall disturbed (62.8%). In patients women , lubrication and desire sexual prominent (63%), followed by orgasm and comfort moment relate sexual (55.6%), with satisfaction sexual as function lowest (48.1%). are (1) to explain the structure of the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation), (2) to find out the type of stanza among the Lanny tribe, (3) to discuss on what occasions the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation) lamented, and (4) to elaborate the socio-cultural values contained in the Lendawi (Lanny lamentation). This research is qualitative because it only gives explanations about a problem in the form of words, not numbers. The writer found a structural pattern in the lendawi structure. and vomiting. About 50-80% of pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy, typically between 6-12 weeks of gestation, due to gastrointestinal and psychological distress. One therapy to reduce the discomfort of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is the use of citrus lemon aromatherapy. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester. Methods: This paper uses a type of qualitative research whit a case study design. Results: The results of the nursing implementation stated that after the administration of citrus lemon aromatherapy inhalation, there was a decrease in the PUQE-24 score, namely from the category of moderate nausea and vomiting with a score of 12 to no nausea and vomiting with a score of 3. Conclusion: The effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester is quite effective in helping to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

Women's Prison in Padang reported experiencing vaginal discharge accompanied by itching and an unpleasant odor. They received medical treatment at the prison clinic. The incidence of vaginal discharge in West Sumatra is approximately 3.51%. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the occurrence of vaginal discharge among female inmates of childbearing age. A quantitative research approach was used, employing a cross-sectional design and a total sampling technique, with 57 respondents. The variables examined include knowledge level, access to reproductive health information, and personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods with chi-square tests. The findings revealed that 43.9% of respondents experienced vaginal discharge, 71.9% had a low level of knowledge, 57.9% faced difficulties in accessing reproductive health information, and 56.1% exhibited poor personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. There was a significant relationship between knowledge level and the incidence of vaginal discharge (p=0.045), as well as between personal hygiene behavior and vaginal discharge occurrence (p=0.037). However, no significant correlation was found between access to reproductive health information and vaginal discharge (p=0.426). This study concludes that improving reproductive health education and providing adequate hygiene facilities in the prison environment are crucial steps in reducing the incidence of vaginal discharge among female inmates.

Case studies in several Muslim countries were also conducted to assess the implementation of modified mawaris laws within the national legal framework. The results of the study show that mawaris law, although textual in the Qur'an, provides space for reinterpretation through the maqaṣid shari'ah approach. This approach emphasizes aspects of justice, benefit, and equality that are in line with Islamic values. The study also found that the reconstruction of mawaris law can support the strengthening of women's position in the family and society without eliminating the principle of justice that is the core of sharia. This study concludes that mawaris law can be adapted to the modern context through reinterpretation based on maqaṣid shari'ah. Thus, this reconstruction not only answers the challenges of the modern era but also maintains the relevance of Islamic law as a universal guideline.

The findings of the study indicate that, despite significant barriers related to gender stereotypes, women in the legal field usually prioritize ethical principles when making decisions. To create more impartial and fair justice, this study disseminates information about the importance of gender equality in the legal system. Additionally, this study found that while there were no pronounced gender differences, women tended to be more vulnerable to the impact of emotions and social norms on moral judgment. This implies that even while gender has no direct bearing on moral judgments, social and emotional background must still be taken into account. With a focus on the necessity of a more inclusive and sensitive approach to the social elements that influence decision-making, these findings offer significant insights for the establishment of ethical rules and training in the Indonesian legal profession.
