(SEO) dalam meningkatkan brand awareness di PT Mitra Teknindo Sejati dan Agency Publishjurnalofficial. Kegiatan internship dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan di PT Mitra Teknindo Sejati dan dilanjutkan secara hybrid di Publishjurnalofficial dengan posisi sebagai Digital Marketing Intern. Metode pelaksanaan internship dilakukan melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pembuatan konten media sosial, desain grafis untuk kebutuhan branding, produksi video promosi dan office life, serta penulisan artikel SEO berdasarkan riset kata kunci menggunakan tools digital marketing. Selain itu, penulis juga berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan operasional pendukung seperti meeting evaluasi, kunjungan warehouse, serta event pameran industri. Hasil dari kegiatan internship menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi digital marketing berbasis konten kreatif dan optimasi SEO mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan brand awareness perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui terciptanya lebih dari 30 konten digital di PT Mitra Teknindo Sejati dan lebih dari 140 konten desain di Publishjurnalofficial, peningkatan followers media sosial, serta publikasi artikel SEO yang berhasil masuk halaman pertama Google Search Engine Results Page (SERP) dan Ringkasan AI Google. Selain memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi perusahaan, internship ini juga meningkatkan kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill penulis di bidang digital marketing. Dengan demikian, program internship ini menjadi sarana efektif dalam mengintegrasikan teori manajemen dengan praktik kerja nyata di dunia industri.

Penelitian ini mengkaji program distribusi makanan yang diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Teknik Industri Universitas Widya Mataram (UWM) sebagai penerapan praktis dari logistik kemanusiaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini secara aktif melibatkan mahasiswa di setiap tahap, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga refleksi. Prinsip-prinsip teknik industri, khususnya logistik kemanusiaan, efisiensi distribusi, dan ergonomi lingkungan, diterapkan untuk mengelola distribusi paket dan memastikan keselamatan lalu lintas di Jalan Tatabumi Selatan yang padat kendaraan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pada tanggal 13 Maret 2025 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Titik Distribusi Terpusat (Centralized Distribution Points/CDP) yang dimodifikasi dan manajemen antrean yang strategis telah berhasil menyediakan makanan bagi para komuter sekaligus mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas dan mendukung UMKM lokal. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa inisiatif semacam ini secara efektif mampu mengubah mahasiswa menjadi agen perubahan yang dapat memberikan solusi sosial yang inovatif. Program-program di masa depan sebaiknya mempertimbangkan penggunaan perangkat lunak optimasi rute dan memperluas kolaborasi dengan otoritas lokal untuk meningkatkan jangkauan sosial.

implemented in response to the needs of the pesantren's laundry unit serving approximately 300 students, as well as to provide entrepreneurial training for teachers and students. The method used is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) with direct training and continuous mentoring approaches. Activities include socialization, product manufacturing training, hands-on practice, and production and marketing assistance. The results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in producing environmentally friendly cleaners. The products have been used in the pesantren's laundry unit and have potential to be marketed to the wider community. This program contributes to improving teachers' welfare through alternative income sources and equips students with entrepreneurial skills. Program outputs include publications in mass media, documentation videos on YouTube, and journal articles under review. This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly goal 8 (inclusive economic growth) and goal 12 (responsible consumption and production).

ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

This Science and Technology for the Community uses a participatory action research approach by involving craftsmen, community leaders, and the village government. Data collection techniques were carried out using field observation techniques and in-depth interviews with craftsmen. The community also conducted workshops and mentoring training. The IbM results show that, to revive the Tosan Aji MSME, craftsmen need training in contemporary tosan aji making techniques that combine contemporary equipment with modern equipment. Craftsmen need assistance in creating e-commerce and digital promotional content. It is possible for these Tosan Aji craftsmen to become more advanced if their lives are packaged in an educational tourism package that includes a tosan aji making workshop, even the creation of a mini museum.

This study aims to assist Al Huda Plastic and Baking Supplies Store in Kebumen in preparing financial statements in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This topic was chosen due to the importance of accounting literacy in managing small businesses, as the understanding of MSME actors regarding accounting standards is still relatively low. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, utilizing observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that Al Huda Store has been recording its finances manually. However, these records do not yet cover the components of financial statements required by SAK EMKM, such as the income statement, statement of financial position, and notes to the financial statements. The preparation of financial statements based on these standards has been carried out and demonstrates more accurate and structured financial information. In conclusion, the implementation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM in MSMEs plays a very important role in increasing accountability and quality in business decision-making. The results of this study also provide practical examples that can be used as references and re-applied by other MSMEs with similar characteristics

Universitas Graha Nusantara (UGN) Padangsidimpuan berkomitmen mengoptimalkan KKL sebagai sarana pengembangan kompetensi akademik dan sosial mahasiswa melalui keterlibatan langsung di tengah masyarakat. Pada tahun 2024, kegiatan KKL dilaksanakan di Desa Siamporik Lombang, Kecamatan Angkola Selatan, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang dikombinasikan dengan prinsip service learning, mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi melaksanakan program lintas bidang, meliputi pendidikan, pertanian, ekonomi, sosial-politik, dan teknik. Kegiatan-kegiatan ini mencakup peningkatan literasi anak, inovasi pertanian berbasis sumber daya lokal, pelatihan ekonomi kreatif, pendataan kependudukan, serta perbaikan infrastruktur dan pengenalan teknologi edukatif. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif efektif mendorong keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dan penguatan kapasitas mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan. Mahasiswa tidak hanya menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah, tetapi juga mengembangkan empati, kepemimpinan, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif. Pelaksanaan KKL ini menegaskan bahwa perguruan tinggi mampu berkontribusi secara konkret terhadap pembangunan masyarakat melalui model pengabdian yang kolaboratif dan transformatif. Harapannya, model ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain untuk mendorong masyarakat yang mandiri dan berdaya.

tourism management largely depends on the capacity of human resources and local institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of community-based nature tourism management training in improving individual capacities and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Giri Puspa Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan/KTH) as the manager of Lembah Puspa Educamp in West Bandung Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Research informants consisted of the group leader, management board members, KTH members, training facilitators, and tourism development partners selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the training contributed significantly to improving participants’ competencies in tour guiding, visitor services, tourism safety, environmental interpretation, and digital marketing. Furthermore, the training strengthened institutional capacity through enhanced coordination, task distribution, member participation, and collective decision-making processes. The program also supported the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) principles, as reflected in increased community involvement in tourism management and destination development. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited funding, inadequate supporting facilities, and unequal competency levels among group members. The study concludes that training serves as a strategic instrument for community empowerment and institutional strengthening to support sustainable community-based nature tourism management
