In managing current financial flows, DKM Masjid Al Ashlah Kopo Bandung still uses conventional manual recording methods. Such a system raises problems, including documentation of donors, calculations of zakat to be paid by congregations that are not in accordance with procedures. This makes the management and recording of cash flows less effective and efficient and also makes the management of the Bendahara DKM limited. SiKeMas is a system that has the goal of providing convenience in facilitating various DKM needs in managing financial flows, as well as informing DKM about the management of financial flow data. The research method used is the Object Oriented approach with various tools the design uses the UML. The system development is carried out using the prototype method. The results of this research are an application based on Desktop Client-Server with JAVA NetBeans IDE 7 and MySQL DBMS.

Abstrak: DKM memiliki tujuan antara lain mengawasi keamanan dan ketertiban masjid secara keseluruhan, serta mengelola aliran keuangan yang ada di dalam masjid. Arus keuangan merupakan sarana arus kas dalam suatu periode yang berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab manajemen perusahaan atau instansi dalam mengelola kas baik yang berasal dari kegiatan operasional, pendanaan maupun investasi. Dalam mengelola aliran keuangan saat ini, DKM Masjid Al Ashlah Kopo Bandung masih menggunakan metode pencatatan manual yang konvensional. Sistem seperti itu menimbulkan masalah, antara lain dokumentasi donatur, perhitungan zakat yang harus dibayarkan jamaah tidak sesuai prosedur. Hal ini membuat pengelolaan dan pencatatan arus kas menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien serta membuat pengelolaan DKM Bendahara menjadi terbatas. SiKeMas merupakan sistem yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam memfasilitasi berbagai kebutuhan DKM dalam mengelola aliran keuangan, serta menginformasikan kepada DKM tentang pengelolaan data aliran keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Object Oriented dengan berbagai tools perancangan menggunakan UML. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis Desktop Client-Server dengan JAVA NetBeans IDE 7 dan MySQL DBMS.

The data used as alternative data are elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district. The criteria used in decision making include accreditation, facilities, extracurricular activities, number of classrooms, number of students, and distance between schools.

Abstrak: Salah satu aspek pendidikan utama seperti pendidikan sekolah dasar yang tahap awal bagi anak untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Sekolah Dasar jenjang pendidikan pertama memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan sikap, keterampilan, serta minat dan bakat siswa. Setiap tahun ajaran baru, siswa dan orang tua akan memilih sekolah terbaik sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Ada banyak pilihan sekolah dengan beragam penawaran berbeda yang disediakan. Dengan begitu, banyak orang tua siswa yang bingung dengan banyaknya pilihan jenis sekolah untuk anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi sekolah dasar terbaik di kecamatan Sei Dadap berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan oleh calon siswa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) pada suatu sistem. Metode SAW membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah sederhana yang tidak terstruktur sehingga dengan menerapkan metode SAW dapat dilakukan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Data yang digunakan sebagai data alternatif adalah sekolah dasar yang ada di kecamatan Sei Dadap. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi akreditasi, fasilitas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, jumlah ruang kelas, jumlah siswa, dan jarak antar sekolah.

Abstrak: Pesatnya pertumbuhan penggunaan aplikasi pinjaman online membuat perlindungan data konsumen menjadi isu krusial. Regulasi perlindungan data pengajuan pinjaman online saat ini perlu diperbarui untuk memastikan data pribadi konsumen terlindungi dari potensi penyalahgunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi pembaharuan regulasi perlindungan data bagi pengguna aplikasi pinjaman online melalui pendekatan yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa diperlukan regulasi baru yang lebih komprehensif untuk mengimbangi pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di sektor keuangan. Temuan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi dalam aplikasi yang menawarkan layanan pinjaman online, terlebih dengan semakin banyaknya kasus pelanggaran data pribadi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pembaharuan regulasi perlindungan data pribadi sangat penting untuk menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan data konsumen di aplikasi yang menawarkan layanan pinjaman online.

t has been proven empirically to evaluate information system user satisfaction to see opportunities and improvements in information system development. The sample of this research are users of the MySooltan application, namely MSMEs in Labuan Bajo City. The total sample is 102 respondents. Data was collected using a Google Form questionnaire distributed from October to November 2022 and measured using a Likert scale calculation. The evaluation results found that MSMEs, assisted by Rumah BUMN in Labuan Bajo City, were very satisfied using the MySooltan application during the pandemic. However, PT Telkom still needs to improve the guarantee of confidentiality and protection of user data so that MSMEs can use this application optimally.

Abstrak: Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis kepuasan pengguna aplikasi MySooltan sebagai single digital touch Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menggunakan PIECES framework. Metode ini dipilih karena telah terbukti secara empiris dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi untuk melihat peluang dan perbaikan dari sistem informasi yang dikembangkan. Sampel riset ini adalah pengguna aplikasi MySooltan, yaitu UMKM di Kota Labuan Bajo. Total sampel sebanyak 102 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Google Form yang disebar dari bulan Oktober hingga November 2022 dan diukur menggunakan perhitungan skala likert. Hasil evaluasi menemukan secara keseluruhan, UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN di Kota Labuan Bajo sangat puas untuk menggunakan aplikasi MySooltan selama pandemi. Namun demikian, PT Telkom masih perlu meningkatkan jaminan kerahasiaan dan perlindungan data pengguna, agar aplikasi ini dapat digunakan secara optimal.

Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors.

Abstrak: Untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik dan semangat berprestasi, institusi memberikan penghargaan kepada dokter yang dianggap berprestasi.Metode tradisional masih digunakan untuk menilai kinerja dokter dan manajer. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. which is playing games, for developments in the gaming sector, especially the MOBA (Massive Online Battle Arena) genre game, is being hotly discussed. There are various kinds of MOBA genre games, one of which is the Mobile Legends game. Many E-Sport Mobile Legends teams, especially in Asia, make this phenomenon a business space to generate large profits. In this study, the researcher recommends a good machine learning algorithm to predict the outcome of Mobile Legends matches. Of the 600 match history data analyzed, this study recommends the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Random Forest (RF) algorithms as the right algorithms to predict the outcome of the match. Prediction results from each algorithm can reach 82% and 80% accuracy. These findings can help the E-sports analysis team build their match strategy.

Abstrak: Sebuah lembaga penelitian menjelaskan bahwa dengan 83,7 juta penduduk yang menggunakan Internet, Indonesia termasuk di dalam 20 besar pengguna internet secara global. Berbagai aktivitas individu atau kelompok membutuhkan jaringan internet, salah satunya adalah bermain game, untuk perkembangan pada sektor game khususnya game bergenre MOBA (Massive Online Battle Arena) sedang hangat diperbincangkan. Ada berbagai macam game bergenre MOBA, salah satunya game Mobile Legends. Banyak tim E-Sport Mobile Legends khususnya di asia menjadikan fenomena ini sebagai ruang bisnis untuk menghasilkan keuntungnya yang besar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan algoritma pembelajaran mesin yang baik untuk memprediksi hasil pertandingan Mobile Legends. Dari 600 data riwayat pertandingan yang dianalisis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan algoritma Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dan Random Forest (RF) sebagai algoritma yang tepat untuk memprediksi hasil pertandingan. Hasil prediksi dari masing-masing algoritma dapat mencapai 82% dan akurasi 80%. Temuan ini dapat membantu tim analisis E-sports membangun strategi pertandingan mereka.

The repository is a storage-based service that offers digital materials in various formats managed by certain parties to its users. UPT.PTPH North Sumatra Province is a government agency engaged in the plant and horticulture sector that does not yet have a computerized information system. To obtain related information, workers or staff must manually search for the desired data. The prototyping model used in the design proved to be adaptive in dealing with change. The results of the study reveal that a multi-platform-based financial statement repository system in the form of websites and Android applications can speed up the report processing process, provide valid financial data and a more transparent and structured data management process.

Abstrak: Peran teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi merupakan dua bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Repository adalah sebuah fasilitas storage-based service yang menawarkan bahan digital dalam berbagai format yang dikelola oleh pihak tertentu kepada kalangan penggunanya. UPT.PTPH Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak di sektor tanaman dan hortikultura yang belum memiliki sistem informasi terkomputerisasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait, para pekerja ataupun staff harus secara manual mencari data yang diinginkan. Prototyping model yang digunakan dalam perancangan terbukti adaptif dalam menangani perubahan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa sistem repository financial statement berbasis multi platform berupa website dan aplikasi andoid dapat mempercepat proses pengerjaan laporan, memberikan data keuangan yang valid serta proses pengelolaan data yang lebih transparan dan terstruktur.

This test was conducted using questionnaires with 34 respondents of reinsurance consulting services users. The results obtained from testing on the Severity rating scale and using the Eight Golden Rules are recommendations for improvement on aspects that have a value of 1 which means that there are errors but can be ignored; Help and documentation with a value of 0.99, the Error Prevention aspect with a value of 0.98, and the Match between system and the real world aspect with a value of 0.91.

Website perusahaan tersebut; energyre-int.com sebagai wadah untuk mengiklankan perusahaan dengan fitur surat elektronik untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan calon klien. Heuristic evaluation merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menguji kelayakan user interface dan menganalisis tampilan antar muka dari website energyre-int.com. Pengujian ini dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan 34 responden pengguna jasa konsultasi reasuransi. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian dalam skala Severity rating dan menggunakan aturan Eight Golden Rules adalah rekomendasi perbaikan pada aspek yang memiliki nilai 1 artinya ada kesalahan tapi bisa diabaikan; Help and documentation dengan nilai 0,99, aspek Error Prevention dengan nilai 0,98, dan aspek Match between system and the real world dengan nilai 0,91.

many factors such as the price of other precious metals, the price of crude oil, the performance of the stock exchange, and the exchange rate of currencies. This study discusses gold price forecasting using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that the best model is in the data distribution of 70%: 30% for training and testing, with a MAPE of 4.7% Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of multiple linear regression method produces a fairly good model for gold prices forecasting. Besides, the correlation analysis show that the price of other precious metals greatly influences the price of gold where in this case the silver price whose correlation value is 0.87.

Abstrak: Peramalan harga merupakan bagian dari pengambilan keputusan ekonomi. Melakukan peramalan terhadap kenaikan dan penurunan harga emas harian dapat membantu investor memutuskan kapan harus membeli atau menjual komoditas. Harga Emas bergantung pada banyak faktor seperti harga logam mulia lainnya, harga minyak mentah, kinerja bursa saham, dan nilai tukar mata uang. Penelitian ini membahas peramalan harga emas dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik terdapat pada pembagian data pelatihan 70% dan pengujian 30%, dengan MAPE sebesar 4.7%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan metode regresi linear ganda menghasilkan model yang cukup baik untuk peramalan harga emas. Selain itu, analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa harga logam mulia lainnya sangat mempengaruhi harga emas dimana dalam hal ini variabel harga perak yang nilai korelasinya 0.87.

Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih Reksa Dana Pasar Uang dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hirearchy Process). Perhitungan metode AHP dapat menghasilkan peringkat yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam memilih Reksa Dana Pasar Uang.
