For cryptography learning to produce students who understand cryptography in-depth, this learning is carried out independently. One of the lessons to improve independent skills is a project approach. With project-based learning, students will be actively involved in completing projects given by the lecturer. To facilitate interaction and monitor projects completed by students, an LMS (Learning Management System) was created. The lecturer will later upload the student projects through the LMS, and if the student wants to work on the project, they can download it from the LMS.

Abstrak:†Kriptografi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang penting untuk dipelajari karena isi bahasannya membahas tentang pengamanan data. Saat ini, keamanan data memiliki peran yang sangat penting, mengingat sebagian besar aktivitas transaksi dilakukan di internet. Banyak platform yang menawarkan transaksi virtual, seperti ojek online, pasar online dan perbankan. Dalam bertransaksi di internet dibutuhkan keamanan data yang handal untuk menjaga keamanan data pengguna dari kejahatan internet (cyber crime). Agar pembelajaran kriptografi menghasilkan mahasiswa yang memahami kriptografi secara mendalam, maka pembelajaran ini dilakukan secara mandiri. Salah satu pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mandiri adalah dengan pendekatan project. Dengan pembelajaran berbasis project, mahasiswa akan terlibat aktif menyelesaikan project yang diberikan dosen. Untuk memudahkan interaksi dan monitor project yang diselesaikan mahasiswa, maka dibuat LMS (Learning Manajement System). Setiap project mahasiswa nantinya akan di unggah oleh dosen melalui LMS dan mahasiswa bisa mengunguh project di LMS
Dengan menambahkan LMS dan pembelajaran yang berbasis project pada pembelajaran kriptografi menunjukkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil tinjauan dilangan dengan penyelesaian sebuah soal dan hasil ujian akhir mahasiswa.

Therefore, this study has goal to compare the music steaming applications’ user experience of the Joox and Spotify by using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. There are 6 scales assessed by UEQ, including attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires and obtained as many as 104 responses that could be processed. The results show that both applications have positive impressions which are indicated by the average value of each scale greater than 0.8. This indicates that these two applications are considered quite fun, effective, easy to understand, and innovative. However, the comparison’ results show that between Spotify and Joox is not significantly different, with Spotify scores slightly better than Joox.

Abstrak: Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, cara masyarakat mendengarkan musik juga mengalami perubahan dengan munculnya banyak aplikasi streaming musik. User experience suatu aplikasi berperan penting untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pengguna aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membandingkan user experience dari aplikasi streaming musik Joox dan Spotify dengan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Terdapat 6 skala yang dinilai oleh UEQ yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring dan diperoleh sebanyak 104 jawaban yang bisa diolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua aplikasi memiliki impresi positif yang ditandai dengan nilai rata-rata setiap skala lebih besar dari 0.8. Artinya kedua aplikasi ini dinilai cukup menyenangkan, efektif, mudah dipahami, dan inovatif. Meskipun demikian, hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antara Spotify dan Joox tidak terlalu signifikan, dengan nilai Spotify sedikit lebih unggul daripada Joox.

In Software Define Network, it still needs a lot of research, especially security, because it is the most important part in the network. One solution that can be used as security is a firewall. With the firewall, every data traffic will be monitored and also determine the entry and exit of data. In this research, a firewall will be implemented at the data link layer which will use a tree topology in the software define network and POX as the controller. The results of this study produce a firewall program with the python programming language which is placed on the POX controller. The code modification has successfully blocked, controlled, and monitored each packet based on the rules on the firewall.

Abstrak: Software Defined Network belakangan ini menjadi satu arsitektur baru pada sistem jaringan komputer yang menawarkan satu kemudahan dengan sistem kontrol terpusat. Pada arsitektur Software Defined Network akan memisahkan control plane dan data plane. Dimana control plane akan ditempatkan pada controller yang bertugas mengatur serta menyediakan segala keperluan yang ada pada sistem jaringan. Pada Software Define Network masih perlu dilakukannya banyak riset khususnya bidang keamanan, karena keamanan merupakan bagian terpenting dalam jaringan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan sebagai keamanan adalah firewall. Dengan adanya firewall maka setiap lalu lintas data akan dapat dimonitoring dan juga menentukan keluar masuknya suatu data. Pada penelitian ini akan diimplementasikan firewall pada data link layer yang akan menggunakan topologi tree pada software defined network dan POX sebagai Controllernya. Hasil pada penelitian ini menghasilkan satu program firewall dengan bahasa pemrograman python yang ditempatkan pada pox controller. Modifikasi kode telah berhasil untuk memblokir, mengontrol dan memonitoring setiap paket berdasarkan rule pada firewall.

STMIK Royal merupakan salah satu sekolah tinggi komputer di Kisaran yang ingin mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswanya. Dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran memerlukan metode sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih yang terbaik menggunakan metode AHP. Metode ini dapat menganalisis sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran terbaik yang ditentukan melalui proses perhitungan. Model ini lebih mudah dan efektif untuk menghasilkan yang terbaik. Metode AHP mampu menghasilkan pemilihan pengembangan model pembelajaran dengan beberapa kriteria seleksi dan alternatif pilihan yang berpengaruh. Hasil perangkingan tertinggi merupakan prioritas pada kriteria dan alternatif dalam pencapaian tujuan memilih model pembelajaran di STMIK Royal Kisaran.

The design quality of the Information System Architecture model has been recognized as an important factor for the success of EA design in enterprises. In meeting this quality, it is necessary to test the relevance of EA to the needs of the enterprise. This study focuses on testing the relevance of Information System Architecture design using the Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). The quality principle of relevance has derived attributes, which are EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, and Level of Detail. Each attribute has an assessment method, whether qualitative, quantitative, or Yes / No. Relevance testing in this study will produce an Information System Architecture model in EA design that meets the quality principle of relevance in the EA quality framework.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat dan menjadikan sistem informasi penting dalam menjalankan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu perusahaan semakin mengadopsi Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA merupakan landasan untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi dalam memenuhi harapan arsitektur sistem informasi. Kualitas perancangan model Information System Architecture telah diakui sebagai faktor penting untuk kesuksesan perancangan EA di perusahaan. Dalam memenuhi kualitas tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu pengujian relevansi EA terhadap kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian relevansi perancangan Information System Architecture menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). Prinsip kualitas relevansi memiliki atribut turunan, yaitu berupa EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, serta Level of Detail. Setiap atribut memiliki metode penilaian, baik yang bersifat kualitatif, kuantitatif, atau Ya / Tidak. Modeling artifacts in a good architectural business phase can help to avoid mistakes from the start, because the quality of the business modeling model will have an impact on the quality of information system design. Therefore, it need to test the quality of the model on every artifact in the architectural business, because many business models are not always of high quality. To have a high quality EA, one of them is by identifying a conceptual quality framework approach. There are six principles that must be considered when assessing the quality of a company model, in this study using the quality of the business architecture validity model with six attributes using the formal Petri net method.

Abstrak: Roeleven dan Broer mengungkapkan bahwa lebih dari 66% program EA tidak memenuhi harapan karena kegagalan untuk menunjukkan nilai yang cukup untuk bisnis. Arsitektur bisnis memiliki peran penting untuk membantu perusahaan mencapai nilai bisnis yang diinginkan. Sebuah organisasi juga bergantung pada seberapa baiknya informasi yang diberikan pada setiap artefak terutama pada fase bisnis arsitektur. Dengan begitu kegagalan pemodelan bisnis juga dapat berdampak pada implementasi EA. Memodelkan artefak pada fase bisnis arsitektur yang baik dapat membantu untuk menghindari kesalahan sejak awal karena kualitas model pemodelan bisnis akan berdampak pada kualitas desain sistem informasi. Maka dari itu, kualitas dari pemodelan bisnis model telah diakui sebagai faktor penting untuk pemodelan sukses di perusahaan, serta perlunya untuk melakukan pengujian kualitas model pada setiap artefak pada bisnis arsitektur, karena banyak model bisnis yang tidak selalu berkualitas tinggi. Untuk memiliki EA yang berkualitas tinggi salah satunya dengan mengidentifikasi pendekatan kerangka kualitas konseptual. Terdapat enam prinsip yang harus dipertimbangkan ketika menilai kualitas model perusahaan, dalam kajian ini menggunakan kualitas model validity arsitektur bisnis dengan enam atribut menggunakan metode formal Petri net.

Abstrak: Informasi tentang ketersediaan bibit budidaya ikan laut sangat penting bagi pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut, karena ketersediaan mempengaruhi harga dan keberlangsungan operasi yang sedang berlangsung yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan laut. Selain itu, pemasok dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan penawaran dan menjaganya tetap seimbang dengan permintaan pasar agar harga pasar tetap stabil. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar adalah proses order atau request yang dilakukan oleh pembudidaya ikan laut masih melakukan order langsung ditempatkan di lokasi tersebut. Selain itu, pasokan ikan mungkin tidak mencukupi. Tentunya hal ini akan menyita banyak waktu saat proses pemesanan atau request antara pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut dan supplier. Masalah lain dengan pemasok adalah ketika mereka siap memanen industri ikan, mereka juga harus bisa menyediakannya kepada semua pihak yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut berbasis web, yang diharapkan dapat mendorong proses supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan / kebutuhan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil perancangan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna.

This research paper provides a design solution for smart traffic light management (Smart Traffic Control System), based on object detection technology that uses deep learning to detect the number and type of vehicles. The number of vehicle is the basis for determining the green light timer automatically. The Smart Traffic Control System (STCS) is integrated with a web based geographic information system (smart map) that can display the current condition (picture, the number of vehicle, congestion level) of each STCS location. This integrated system has been tested on a traffic light prototype, using a mini computer and a miniature vehicle. This integrated system is able to detect 9 out of 12 vehicles, and able to send data regularly to the smart map.

Abstrak: Pengaturan lampu lalu lintas di Kota Pekanbaru masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Pekanbaru sebagai ibukota Provinsi Riau diprediksikan akan mengalami peningkatan jumlah penduduk perkotaan sebesar 54,5% pada tahun 2025. Dengan melihat predikisi ini, penting bagi kota Pekanbaru untuk segera memiliki tata kelola lalu lintas yang cerdas dan efisien agar kemacetan dapat ditanggulangi dengan cepat. Penelitian ini memberikan rancangan solusi untuk tata kelola lampu lalu lintas cerdas (Smart Traffic Control System), berbasis teknologi object detection yang menggunakan deep learning untuk mendeteksi jumlah dan jenis kendaraan. Jumlah kendaraan menjadi dasar penentuan timer lampu hijau secara otomatis. Smart Traffic Control System (STCS) terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi geografis berbasis web (smart map) yang secara kontinu menerima informasi kepadatan (gambar terkini, jumlah kendaraan, level kepadatan), kemudian menampilkannya diatas peta Kota Pekanbaru. Solusi sistem terintegrasi ini telah diujikan pada sebuah prototipe lampu lalu lintas, menggunakan komputer mini dan miniatur kendaraan. Sistem terintegrasi ini mampu mendeteksi 9 dari 12 kendaraan, dan mampu mengirimkan data secara berkala kepada smart map.
