The population of this study is Shopee application users in Indonesia, especially generation Z (1997-2012), with 285 respondents taken using non-probability sampling techniques. The research results show that Sales Promotion, Utilitarian, Self-Esteem, and Hedonic Motive have a positive effect on Purchase Decision. Apart from that, Sales Promotion also has a positive effect on Impulse Buying and Behavior Intention. The implication of this research is that companies can utilize the Self-Esteem motive to improve purchasing decisions. Personalized product recommendations and price offers that match consumer preferences can be implemented to increase consumer satisfaction and trust. Implementing algorithms can help companies provide better shopping experiences, improve purchasing decisions, and strengthen consumer behavioral intentions

plete medical assessments remain a challenge, potentially leading to service gaps and reduced hospital claims. This qualitative descriptive study was conducted at Dharma Yadnya General Hospital, Denpasar, which has fully implemented EMR since 2024. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five informants: two medical record officers, the head of the emergency nursing unit, the head of the inpatient nursing unit, and the head of the medical record department. Data analysis used the 3M framework: Man, Method, and Material. From the Man aspect, heavy workloads of doctors and the lack of administrative support staff often caused delays and incomplete documentation. From the Method aspect, although Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system reminders existed, monitoring relied mainly on manual follow-ups via WhatsApp groups, limiting effectiveness. From the Material aspect, the EMR system was user-friendly and supported by weekly vendor maintenance, but occasional network disruptions and insufficient administrative staff still hampered real-time documentation. Incomplete medical assessments in EMR directly affect INA-CBGs claims, especially when comorbidities, complications, or procedures are not recorded, resulting in under-coding and reduced reimbursement. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was verified using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis included data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that (1) management of educational facilities and infrastructure in high schools throughout Merauke Regency has been carried out. This has been done in SMAN 1 Merauke, SMAN 2 Merauke and KPG Khas Papua Merauke. This is done by managing BOS funds, managing facilities and infrastructure such as providing fans in each class and conducting workshops for teachers to improve their abilities in the teaching process and the quality of education. Supporting factors for management of educational facilities and infrastructure in high schools throughout Merauke Regency such as in SMAN 1 Merauke, namely the principal has a high commitment to managing and prioritizing infrastructure, in SMAN 2 Merauke such as recruiting competent teachers in their fields, in KPG Khas Papua Merauke such as the commitment of solid leadership & team, collaborative culture. logical treatments that can be used is the administration of natural ingredients such as beetroot, which serves as an alternative due to its content of iron, folic acid, and vitamin C that can help increase hemoglobin levels. Objective: To provide an overview of the implementation of beetroot juice to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. Methods: This study used a case study design involving one pregnant woman with anemia who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention consisted of administering 200 ml of beetroot juice per day for seven consecutive days. Evaluation was carried out by measuring hemoglobin levels before and after the intervention using the Easy Touch GCHb device. Results: The results showed that hemoglobin levels increased from 10.5 g/dL before the intervention to 11.8 g/dL after seven days, with an increase of 1.3 g/dL. Conclusion: Regular administration of beetroot juice is effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia.

Objective: To determine the effect of bay leaf decoction on reducing uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis in Serang Village. Method: This research used a descriptive approach with a case study method. The subject was one elderly person with gout arthritis who was given an intervention in the form of bay leaf decoction twice a day for four days. Results: The uric acid level before the intervention was 8.2 mg/dL and after the intervention was 4.2 mg/dL. The reduction of 4 mg/dL indicates that the bay leaf decoction was effective in lowering uric acid levels. Conclusion: Bay leaf decoction affects the reduction of uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis and can be used as a safe, easy, and affordable nonpharmacological alternative therapy.

Objective: To describe the treatment of diabetic ulcers using the modern dressing method with red fruit (Pandanus conoideus Lamk) ointment in Gelang Village, Rakit District. Methods : This study used a descriptive case study approach involving one diabetic ulcer patient who met the inclusion criteria. Wound care was performed every two days for 14 days using modern dressing and red fruit ointment. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: There was an improvement in wound conditions after the application of red fruit ointment, marked by an increase in granulation tissue and a decrease in necrotic tissue. The active ingredients in the ointment such as β-carotene, tocopherol, oleic acid, and linoleic acid have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that accelerate the healing process. Conclusion: Modern dressing with red fruit ointment is effective in accelerating the healing process of diabetic ulcers and can serve as an alternative topical therapy to support optimal wound recovery

Method: This study used a descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: After three days of nursing interventions, the symptoms of social isolation: withdrawal were reduced, and the patient was able to introduce himself. Conclusion: Nursing care for social isolation: withdrawal, focusing on the introduction training intervention over three days, proved to be highly effective for patients with social isolation: withdrawal and can help reduce the associated symptoms.

rol hypertension. The study aims to investigate the relationship between self-care and the decrease in blood pressure among hypertensive patients in Sukamakmur Public Health Center. The population was 110 hypertensive patients, and 86 respondents were selected as the sample using a random sampling technique. The research was conducted from 15 to 21 April 2025. A quantitative correlational research design was used with a cross-sectional approach. The research instruments were the Hypertension Self-Management Behavior Questionnaire (HSMBQ) and blood pressure assessed using a digital sphygmomanometer. The data that was analyzed from the Chi-Square test analysis showed a p-value of 0.020 (p<0.05). This finding indicated a relationship between self-care management and blood pressure decline in hypertensive patients at the Sukamakmur Community Health Center. This study suggests that patients should be more active and consistently do self-care management to help maintain stable blood pressure levels.
