The population in this study is probabilistic and cannot be determined precisely, but the sample calculation used the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 96 people rounded up to 100 respondents. This research is quantitative, and the data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 24. Based on the analysis results, the variable of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application has a significant partial effect on the Quality of Public Services. This study was able to demonstrate that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police has a 44.9% effect on the Quality of Public Services, while the remaining 55.1% is affected by other unobserved factors not included in this study. These results suggest that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police is an important factor in technological development for improving the quality of mobile-based public services that are easily accessible to the public for receiving services or information related to the police

Patient satisfaction with laboratory services is not solely determined by the availability of sufficient healthcare personnel but also requires strong commitment and dedication from healthcare workers to provide professional services, supported by adequate facilities and medical equipment. This study aims to assess the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. The research employs an observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, with a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was performed using the Chi-Square test. Based on the five service quality dimensions—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles—the results showed a p-value < 0.05. Among these dimensions, responsiveness had the lowest p-value (0.005 < 0.05), indicating its stronger influence. These findings conclude that there is a significant relationship between service quality dimensions and the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension, which had the lowest p-value compared to the other four dimensions, indicates that it has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction with laboratory services provided by the staff at RSUD Klungkung.

Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai kebijakan yang telah diterapkan di berbagai negara, tantangan dalam penerapannya, serta peran pendidikan dalam membentuk pola pikir wirausahawan hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpaduan antara kebijakan adaptif dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi katalisator dalam mengakselerasi transformasi ekonomi hijau. Selain itu, dukungan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, baik pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, maupun sektor swasta, sangat penting agar kebijakan ekonomi hijau dapat berjalan efektif. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of creative problem solving learning media based on technology using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. The research was conducted in March-May 2024. The research location was at SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. Respondents were 35 students consisting of 19 male respondents and 16 female respondents. Data analysis techniques used the help of excel and spss applications. s and economic losses. Fire disasters are one of the serious threats in various environments, including Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Prisons have a high potential risk of fire due to various factors, such as the use of unsafe electrical equipment, overcrowding, lack of adequate fire fighting facilities and riots that lead to fires. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture of the attitude of preparedness related to fire disaster management among correctional officers at Pohuwato Prison. The type of quantitative descriptive research , the population of all Correctional Officers at Pohuwato Prison recorded in 2024 was 71 people. Sampling used the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling technique . The technique was chosen based on certain considerations according to the research criteria. A sample of 59 respondents was obtained. The single variable analyzed was related to the attitude of preparedness. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using reliability and normality tests . The results of the study showed a picture of the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers with a sufficient category of 56 respondents (94.9%). It was concluded that the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers was still sufficient and there was a need for counseling or training related to fire disaster management at Pohuwato Prison.

litative, with textual analysis of mawaris verses in the Qur'an, Hadith, and the study of the theory of maqaṣid shari'ah. Case studies in several Muslim countries were also conducted to assess the implementation of modified mawaris laws within the national legal framework. The results of the study show that mawaris law, although textual in the Qur'an, provides space for reinterpretation through the maqaṣid shari'ah approach. This approach emphasizes aspects of justice, benefit, and equality that are in line with Islamic values. The study also found that the reconstruction of mawaris law can support the strengthening of women's position in the family and society without eliminating the principle of justice that is the core of sharia. This study concludes that mawaris law can be adapted to the modern context through reinterpretation based on maqaṣid shari'ah. Thus, this reconstruction not only answers the challenges of the modern era but also maintains the relevance of Islamic law as a universal guideline.

The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of human resource development based on the value of paddle baimbai at SMPIT Robbani is carried out based on teamwork and collaboration. Meanwhile, in SMPIT ANIC is based on morals and self-potential. 2) Programs implemented at SMPIT Robbani include APNI, IHT, Kombel, Morning Instruction, Training, Workshop, Supervision, Coaching, tahsin and teacher tahfizh. At SMPIT ANIC, there are training, mentorship, leadership development, character development and English learning. 3) The obstacles faced by SMPIT Robbani are the time of activities at the same time as other activities, lack of understanding, limited human resources, difficulties in implementation, and lack of motivation. The challenge faced is maintaining commitment. Meanwhile, the obstacles to SMPIT ANIC are limited time and availability of resources, underestimating training, resistance and motivation. The impact of these violations not only harms the image of the notary profession, but also has the potential to reduce public trust in legal institutions as a whole.This research adopts a normative-juridical method, which involves literature study and analysis of secondary data. Data that includes secondary sources such as statutory regulations, scientific journals, research results, and so on is an important reference in understanding the authority of Article 67 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Position of Notaries (UUJN) which states that supervision of notaries is carried out by the Minister. In carrying out this supervision, the Minister formed a Notary Supervisory Council which is tasked with ensuring notary compliance with applicable regulations. Supervising notaries is a Supervisory Council created by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This institution consists of the Regional Supervisory Council (MPD), Regional Supervisory Council (MPW), and Central Supervisory Council (MPP).According to I Gede A.B. Wiranata, there are eight factors that can influence the decline in morality in the legal profession. These factors include profession, business orientation in carrying out the profession, lack of social awareness and care, stagnation in the justice system, influence of position, consumer lifestyle, weak faith, and the influence of family characteristics. If a notary is involved in violations such as falsifying client data, making deeds that favor one party, or providing false information to clients, this can threaten his career. The client has the right to report the action to the Honorary Council to provide sanctions to the notary in accordance with the applicable code of ethics. Apart from that, clients can also report these actions to the police, which could potentially result in criminal legal consequences for the notary concerned. Therefore, notaries are obliged to carry out their duties based on a professional code of ethics.In general, the position of a notary is regulated in Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries, which has been updated through Law Number 2 of 2014, and based on the guidelines contained in the Notary Code of Ethics prepared by the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) in 2005 and updated in 2015.
