ations of norms, population problems, and environmental problems. This short story describes the social tensions and pressures of individual life amidst deep social problems. Through symbols of time and various allusions, this short story highlights social inequality, the impact of war, and increasingly severe environmental exploitation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literary mimetic theory, to reveal how Danarto conveys social criticism in a subtle but sharp manner through characters trapped in difficult situations. The research results show that this short story invites readers to be more critical of existing social and cultural conditions, as well as providing reflections on the impact of social problems on human life. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding of Indonesian literature and provide an appreciation for literary works that raise social issues.

timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and literature analysis, this study finds that social media plays a crucial role in building competencies such as digital literacy, visual communication, creative marketing, and entrepreneurship. Platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram have become key channels for self-directed learning, professional networking, and global collaboration. However, this article also identifies significant challenges, including the risk of distraction, consumption of irrelevant content, and the lack of guidance in using social media productively. Based on expert interviews, the study reveals the need for a strategic approach that involves digital literacy education and active supervision from educational institutions and families to optimize the potential of social media. This research contributes to the literature on technology and education by highlighting how Generation Z can effectively utilize social media for personal development and future professionalism.

e arrival of Islam in the 13th century to the contemporary era in 2023. The analysis was carried out based on primary literature studies sourced from classical qiraat books and secondary research documentation from Scopus indexed journals. The research also examines the role of qiraat expert figures in Indonesia as well as the development of qiraat teaching methods that are adapted to the local cultural context. The research results show that the qiraat tradition in Indonesia experienced a significant transformation along with the interaction between Islamic values and local culture, which in turn formed the variety of qiraat that is popular in the archipelago. It is hoped that these findings can fill the gap in literature regarding the history of qiraat in Indonesia and offer a new perspective for the development of religious studies in the future.

, salinity, and pH, were monitored, along with the growth performance of sea cucumbers in terms of body weight and length during the cultivation period. The results showed water temperatures ranging from 28–31°C, pH values between 8.3–8.7, and an average salinity of 20.5 ppt. Although the salinity was slightly below the optimal range (28–32 ppt), the sea cucumbers demonstrated positive growth. Final measurements indicated an increase in body weight from 10–20 grams to an average of 0.29 kg, and in body length up to 16.7 cm over approximately three months of cultivation. These findings suggest that the coastal waters of Sungai Bakau have potential for sea cucumber aquaculture development, with some adjustments needed to optimize salinity conditions.

Findings reveal that proper sterilization is crucial to preventing cross-contamination, and it aligns with Islamic ethical imperatives based on la darar wa la dirar and hifzh al-nafs. The discussion emphasizes the integration of Islamic values with modern medical standards and calls for structured education, practitioner training, and regulatory oversight. In conclusion, sterilization in sunnah cupping is not merely a technical requirement but a moral and religious obligation to ensure patient safety and uphold the integrity of prophetic medicine in the modern healthcare system.

he research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents who are coastal communities, supplemented by limited interviews to enrich the data. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression to determine the effect of the effectiveness of education (independent variable) on the level of welfare of coastal communities (dependent variable). The results of the analysis show that there is a strong, positive, and significant relationship between the effectiveness of education and community welfare, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.72. This means that 72% of the variation in coastal community welfare can be explained by the effectiveness of education, while the rest is influenced by other external factors. This study shows that education that is right on target, locally based, and contextual has a major contribution in increasing community capacity in managing marine resources sustainably. Therefore, strengthening education in coastal areas is an important strategy in efforts to improve the quality of life and empower the economy of coastal communities.

The Findings in this research show that students require strong skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, especially to understand international literature, compose academic and legal documents, and participate in global discourse. However, students face major obstacles such as limited vocabulary rela ted to Sharia and economic terminology, and a lack of confidence in speaking due to minimal exposure. Despite these challenges, students demonstrate high motivation to improve their English for academic advancement and career opportunities.
