TECHNOLOGY ADAPTATION STRATEGY IN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL QUALITY MANAGEMENT: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW AND META ANALYSIS

Abstract: Islamic boarding schools as the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia are faced with the challenge of maintaining their relevance amidst increasingly massive digitalization. This research aims to identify… and analyze effective technology adaptation strategies in improving Islamic boarding school quality management. The method used was a systematic literature review (SLR) and meta-analysis using the PRISMA protocol, resulting in 8 high-quality articles that met the inclusion criteria from a total of 578 articles identified. The research results show that technology adaptation strategies have a significant positive influence on Islamic boarding school quality management with a combined effect size of 0.65 (medium-strong category), with the strongest influence on financial management (d=0.83) and administrative efficiency (d=0.78). The three main patterns of technology implementation in Islamic boarding schools identified are the gradual digital transformation model, the selective adaptation model, and the comprehensive digital transformation model, with implementation success rates between 68-75%. This research recommends a gradual approach in implementing technology by considering the unique characteristics of Islamic boarding schools, developing human resource capacity through continuous digital literacy training, and establishing strategic collaborations with the government and private sector to overcome technological infrastructure limitations..  

GENERATION Z AND SOCIAL MEDIA: COLLABORATING TO ENHANCE COMPETENCIES

Abstract: Generation Z, as digital natives, possesses a strong attachment to social media, which serves not only as a space for communication and entertainment but also as a medium for developing competencies. This article explores… s the collaboration between Generation Z and social media in efforts to enhance their skills in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and literature analysis, this study finds that social media plays a crucial role in building competencies such as digital literacy, visual communication, creative marketing, and entrepreneurship. Platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram have become key channels for self-directed learning, professional networking, and global collaboration. However, this article also identifies significant challenges, including the risk of distraction, consumption of irrelevant content, and the lack of guidance in using social media productively. Based on expert interviews, the study reveals the need for a strategic approach that involves digital literacy education and active supervision from educational institutions and families to optimize the potential of social media. This research contributes to the literature on technology and education by highlighting how Generation Z can effectively utilize social media for personal development and future professionalism.  

NETIZENS' RESPONSE TO THE IKN ISSUE: A NETNOGRAPHY STUDY ON TEMPODOTCO 'S YOUTUBE CHANNEL BOCOR ALUS

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the response of netizens to the issue of moving the National Capital City (IKN) in the episode "The Fate of the IKN in the Hands of Prabowo and Jokowi's Evaluation of the Head of the IKN, from… Land Issues to Investment" on TempoDotCo 's YouTube channel Bocor Alus Politik. Through a nethnography approach, this study examines the comments of netizens in response to the issue, revealing various expressions of digital politics, social identity, and criticism of public policy. Using the Public Sphere theory, and media equation theory, this study highlights the dynamics of interaction between satirical media, public opinion, and digital political participation. he results of the study indicate that netizens' comments serve not only as a means of political expression but also as a reflection of collective negotiation and public discourse surrounding IKN policies. The findings indicate three predominant patterns in netizens' opinions. The first is a rejection of the IKN project, encompassing controversies over its development, concerns regarding its potential impacts, and widespread public skepticism. Second, the perspective of governance and leadership, including the management of the capital city and the political situation of Indonesia. and the third development project of the capital city is considered good which includes community support.  This research contributes to a new understanding of digital political literacy and the importance of social media platforms in shaping contemporary political discourse. The novelty of this research lies in the use of nethnography to examine public responses in the context of satirical media, which is rarely the focus of political communication studies.

INNOVATION IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT: CHALLENGES AND DETERMINING FACTORS

Abstract: Innovation in human resource development (HRD) is a key factor in enhancing organizational competitiveness in the digital era. This study discusses various trends in HRD innovation, key success factors, implementation challenges,… allenges, and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of these innovations. The findings indicate that the utilization of digital technology, flexibility in workforce management, data-driven talent management, and gamification in training are the main trends in HRD innovation. The success of these innovations is influenced by management support, an innovative organizational culture, the use of technology, and employee engagement. However, several challenges remain, including resistance to change, skill gaps, and budget constraints. Therefore, organizations need to increase investment in HR technology, adopt digital-based training models, build an adaptive organizational culture, and develop flexible career development programs. By implementing these strategies, HRD innovation can be more effective in supporting organizational growth and preparing the workforce for the ever-evolving industry dynamics. THE INFLUENCE OF FAMILY COMMUNICATION PATTERNS ON ADULT CHARACTER FORMATION: A BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY

Abstract: Family communication plays a fundamental role in shaping an individual's character, particularly in adulthood. This study examines the influence of family communication patterns on adult character formation through a bibliometric… liometric analysis. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric approach, this research explores key trends, theoretical frameworks, and scholarly discussions related to family communication and character development. The study highlights the significance of open, trust-based, and emotionally supportive communication in fostering essential adult traits such as responsibility, integrity, empathy, and adaptability. Findings suggest that families with high conversation orientation cultivate individuals with stronger social skills and problem-solving abilities, whereas rigid conformity-oriented communication may hinder independent decision-making. Additionally, digital communication emerges as a growing factor influencing family dynamics. By mapping research trends and analyzing citation patterns, this study provides valuable insights into the long-term impact of family communication on adulthood and offers recommendations for future research.

USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN LEARNING BY STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the use of technology in learning by students of the Faculty of Science and Technology at Amal Ilmiah Yapis Wamena University.  This research was conducted from January to February 2025 using… ng a quantitative approach.  Data were collected through surveys of students and observations of the use of various technologies in the learning process.  The research results show that the use of technology in learning is still low.  There are several obstacles such as limited internet access and a lack of digital skills among some students.  To enhance the effectiveness of technology use, strengthening infrastructure, digital literacy training, and optimizing the use of blended learning methods are necessary.  Thus, the integration of technology in learning can be more optimal in supporting students' academic processes.

THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY IN PRESERVING LOCAL WISDOM OF CIRENDEU TRADITIONAL VILLAGE: PERSPECTIVE STUDENT PMM 3 UPI

Abstract: This study aims to examine how digital technology plays a role in preserving local wisdom in the Cirendeu Traditional Village from the perspective of students of the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) 3, Universitas… tas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that digital technology has a significant role in the documentation, education, and promotion of local culture in the Cirendeu Traditional Village through social media, websites, and other digital-based applications. The obstacles faced in the implementation of digital technology are the limited infrastructure and digital literacy of the local community. Therefore, collaboration is needed between students, academics, and the community in developing more effective strategies to utilize digital technology in preserving local culture

PELATIHAN LITERASI DIGITAL : PEMANFAATAN MEDIA CANVA UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract: Digital literacy training using the Canva platform was conducted at MIS Al-Hidayah Leuwohung, involving 13 teachers as participants. This training aims to improve teachers' ability to create interesting and interactive learning… earning materials. The training methods included material presentation, hands-on practice, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the training showed that the majority of participants were able to produce designs that meet the criteria of aesthetics, creativity, and learning relevance. Evaluation through questionnaires showed that the training was very useful and relevant to the participants' needs. The obstacles faced, such as limited devices and internet connection, were successfully overcome with appropriate solutions. The positive impact of this training is not only to improve teachers' competence in digital literacy, but also to create a more interesting learning experience for students.

PKM PELATIHAN NAHWU INTERAKTIF MELALUI MEDIA APLIKASI I’ROB AL-QUR’AN BAGI MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MAKASSAR

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada para mahasiswa tentang pemanfaatan salah satu media digital yaitu aplikasi I’rob Al-Qur’an yang dapat memudahkan para mahasiswa dalam memahami nahwu terkhusus I’rob lebih iudah dan menyenangkan. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa  penerapan pembejaran nahwu interaktif dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi I’rob Al-Qur’an menjadikan mahasiswa lebih bersemangat dan lebih tertarik serta memudahkan dalam memahami nahwu yang selama ini dianggap sulit. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga dapat lebih memahami makna ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dengan memahami I’rob dari setiap kata pada ayat-ayat tersebut, sehingga pemahaman dan penguasaan terhadap Bahasa Arab menjadi lebih baik.

The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews of software industry professionals. Findings reveal that successful virtual leadership relies on a combination of clear communication, trust-building, and the strategic use of digital tools. Furthermore, the research highlights the importance of selecting appropriate collaboration platforms that align with team needs and workflow processes. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on remote work management and provides practical insights for software house leaders seeking to enhance their virtual team's productivity.
